Abstract

The recent energy crisis forces everyone to have a conscious awareness of energy. Energy-saving activities can be done in various ways such as turning off unused lights, turn on television as necessary and many more activities undertaken one of them is building a building that has an environmentally friendly concept. The purpose of knowing the rating / certification as a benchmark has been how far the level of application of green building criteria office buildings in Pringsewu District. The research used qualitative and quantitative descriptive method and by using Fuzzy Sample Additive Weighting Analysis (FSAE). The result of research shows that so far the application of environmentally friendly building in Pringsewu District Office Building has not been done completely, based on 27 items of environmental friendly building assessment criteria, there are only few categories that can be fulfilled either in the concept of building and the concept of the manager or the occupant of building. Keywords : Environmentally Friendly Building, and FSAW.

Abstract

Social media is an online media, which makes it easy for us to communicate openly; social media is able to shift conventional mass media in spreading the news. Through social media everyone gets an expression space that is free and easy to communicate, free to express, criticize and share on social media. But in its journey social media provides a space of freedom that transcends boundaries and strikes norms and ethics. Now the easier it is for someone to do hate speech in the form of provocation, incitement, or insult to other individuals or groups in terms of various aspects such as race, color, ethnicity, gender, disability to sexual orientation, citizenship and religion on social media. The legal rules regarding hate speech are regulated in Article 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code and Law Number 40 of 2008 Law Number 11 of 2008. Building good ethics on social media is the rule of law that social media users can know and understand the limitations in communicating on social media so as to create good, polite, responsible and civilized communication ethics

Abstract

Emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) menjadi perhatian seluruh dunia, baik itu dalam proses pengurangan ataupun pencegahan. Emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) dapat dihasilkan dari beberapa aktifitas seperti pertanian, peternakan, transportasi dan yang tidak kalah penting dan menjadi perhatian dunia yaitu akibat dari pembakaran hutan. Kabupaten Pringsewu merupakan hasil pemekaran, sehingga potensi emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) yang dihasilkan relatif lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kabupaten lainnya, kabupaten Pringsewu merupakan lumbung padi di provinsi lampung. sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) pada sektor pertanian dan peternakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganilisis emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) dan pemetaannya menggunakan GIS. Beban emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) di Kabupaten Pringsewu dari sektor pertanian sebesar 79,49 Gg Ton CO2 –Eq/Tahun, dan sektor peternakan sebesar 23,99 Gg Ton CO2 –Eq/Tahun. Total beban emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) kabupaten Pringsewu adalah sebesar 103,49 Gg Ton CO2 –Eq/Tahun.

Abstract

Technology can be used in various fields. One of them is in the field of Education. In this case, it can be done to process databases, and process academic information data, for example: lecture systems, assessment systems, curriculum information, education management or learning materials. It can also implement the system gradually starting from a smaller scope to expanding, making it easier to manage the use of IT in the process of providing education. Electronic Attendance with an Android-based QR code is an application which is able to read the QR code from each user or student scanned by the lecturer in the attendance list process for a course. The development of the Electronic Attendance system with QR code based on Android uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system and is described by the Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Flowchart models followed by web design using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming, and My Structured Query Language (MySQL), Javascript, and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) which produces responsive websites and is converted with android studio into applications

Abstract

Pembelajaran Matematika pada  SDN 01 Candiretno khususnya Pembelajaran Ilmu Bangun Datar masih menggunakan teknik manual yaitu dengan cara menggambar di papan tulis. Pembelajaran Matematika di SDN 01 Candiretno sampai tahun 2013 masih menggunakan teknik manual, tingkat pengetahuan tentang teknologi canggih seperti kegunaan komputer dan programnya masih menjadi permasalahan. Dalam proses pembelajaran ini Pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 digunakan untuk menambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan para siswa bahwa pembelajaran bangun ruang juga dapat dilakukan oleh perangkat komputer. Kecerdasan buatan yang akan dirancang adalah dengan menggunakan pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 (VB), kecerdasan buatan ini sangat membantu dalam pembelajaran dan  pengembangan kemampuan para siswa untuk lebih mengenal teknologi-teknologi canggih yang dapat mempermudah pekerjaan manusia.

Abstract

Program Pemerintah dalam menanggulangi krisis ekonomi yang terjadi selama ini adalah dengan cara memberikan bantuan langsung kepada keluarga sangat miskin(KSM) di setiap desa di seluruh Indonesia. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH), merupakan salah satu program bantuan bersyarat dari pemerintah sebagai bentuk kompensasi dari kenaikan harga Bahan Bakar Minyak(BBM), yang tentunya mengimbas kepada kehidupan masyarakat luas termasuk kalangan masyarakat miskin. Agar hasil yang diharapkan lebih akurat dan sistem yang dirancang tersusun secara sistematis, maka penulis memutuskan untuk menggunakan Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Model pendukung keputusan ini akan menguraikan masalah multi factor atau multi kriteria menjadi suatu bentuk hirarki,Dari hasil pengujian tersebut rengking dan bobot dari bantuan PKH adalah jenis pekerjaan kepala keluarga tidak tetap berada diperingkat pertama dengan rengking 4,9. Dengan hasil output layak atau tidaknya calon penerima dalam PKH,diperoleh dari hasil perbandingan nilai lamda bobot kategori penilaian dengan nilai bobot rasio yang sudah ditentukan.

Abstract

Advances in communication and information technology deserve recognition. Sophistication is increasingly dominating the ladder of life which begins to move to an area without borders. Every progress does have positive and negative effects. We just need to be aware of and avoid negative effects. The rise of crimes in cyberspace, such as the spread of viruses, fake news, violence, fraud, data theft, the distribution of personal photos / videos, pornography and so on, is clear evidence that the use of the internet must have sufficient knowledge about the dangers and anticipation. Based on the contents of Article 28 paragraph 1 in the ITE Law, spreading false information aka hoaxes can be subject to heavy sanctions. Anyone who knowingly and or without the right spreads false and misleading news, the threat can be subject to a maximum sentence of six years and a maximum fine of Rp 1 billion. Problems that often occur among the community or adolescents in using social media, especially students in vocational high schools (SMK), are lack of understanding of how to literate news on social media so that sometimes students easily believe news that is not certain the truth.

Abstract

Sosial media merupakan media online, yang memudahkan kita untuk berkomunikasi terbuka, sosial media mampu menggeser media massa konvensional dalam menyebarkan berita-berita. Melalui media sosial setiap orang memperoleh ruang berekspresi yang bebas dan mudah untuk berkomunikasi, bebas berpendapat, mengkritik dan berbagi di media sosial. Namun dalam perjalanannya media sosial memberikan ruang kebebasan yang melampaui batas dan menabrak norma-norma dan etika. Kini semakin mudahnya seseorang melakukan ujaran kebencian (hate speech) bentuk provokasi, hasutan, ataupun hinaan kepada individu atau kelompok yang lain dalam hal berbagai aspek seperti ras, warna kulit, etnis, gender, cacat orientasi seksual, kewarganegaraan dan agama di media sosial. Aturan hukum tentang hate speech di atur  dalam Pasal 310 dan 311 KUHP dan Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2008  Undang-Undang Nomor 11 tahun 2008 . Membangun etika yang baik di media sosial adalah dengan adanya aturan hukum pengguna media sosial dapat mengetahui dan paham tentang batasan-batasan dalam berkomunikasi di media sosial sehingga tercipta etika berkomunikasi yang baik, sopan ,bertanggungjawab dan beradab.

Abstract

KWT Srikandi Pangan including those engaged in oyster mushroom entrepreneurship. In developing oyster mushroom marketing by following current technological developments, it is necessary to have an online sales system through social media. Information about oyster mushroom, benefits, processed oyster mushroom and purchase registration is available in this online sales system. The development of this system has resulted in a facebook-based online sales system that serves purchases at retail prices and also baskets prices according to message needs. It is hopen that orders can increase rapidly with the online sales system that has been built.
