Abstract

HIV control in Indonesia has been noted to have improved from it’s implementation. Various HIV serviceshave grown and the number of people using them has also increased rapidly. This led the Health Ministerissued a Health Minister Regulation No. 21 of 2013 on HIV/AIDS prevention. But, as practice, every regionhas a yearly rise in HIV/AIDS cases. The purpose of the study is to find out how implementation of theHIV/AIDS prevention policies in Manado can be. The experimental concept used in this research is to takea kind of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Then data-collection techniques will done byinterviews, observations and documentaries. The technique for data-analysis in this research used Miles'and hubennan's qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the implementation of HIV / AIDSprevention policies in Manado was classified as good in terms of communication between the governmentand the targets that had been carried out, but for human resources in HIV/AIDS prevention it was stillconsidered to be less than optimal. Whereas with a very supportive sense of execution, and SOP thatconforms to health care standards and has associated coordination with stakeholders. So it should beconcluded that the implementation of the HIV/AIDS prevention policies in Manado has not been fullyimplemented.Keywords : Policy Implementation, Prevention, HIV / AIDS

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Tourism Office of North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from October to November 2021. The research method used was a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. Samples were taken as many as 63 respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and uses questionnaire data sourced from respondents and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work discipline and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The percentage value of the independent variable on the dependent variable has a coefficient of determination of the stimulus (R Squere) of 0.743. This means that the rise and fall of the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y) at the Regional Tourism Office of North Sulawesi Province is influenced by the independent variable, namely work discipline (X1) and motivation (X2) by 73.4% while the remaining 26.6 is influenced by factors others that were not investigated in this study.

Abstract

Permasalahan untuk menentukan uang kuliah tunggal (UKT) bagi calon mahasiswa baru membutuhkan analisis yang mendalam dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Hal ini dikarenakan ada beberapa kriteria kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan. Permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan dengan memanfaatkan logika Fuzzy terlebih khusus dengan metode Simple Additive Waighting (SAW). Oleh karena itu, studi ini berfokus pada pengembangan logika fuzzy menggunakan aplikasi SAW untuk menentukan UKT calon mahasiswa baru di Universitas Negeri Manado. Fokus dari studi ini adalah mencari bobot untuk beberapa atribut yang menjadi dasar untuk menentukan klasifikasi calon mahasiswa baru, sehingga dapat menentukan kelompok penerima UKT. Hasil studi ini dapat menjadi rujukan untuk diterapkan pada institusi lain dengan kriteria yang sama.
