Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the tourist’s perceptions about Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The population of the study is tourists visiting Tenganan Pegringsingan with an infinite number and 100 respondents were taken using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that tourists' perceptions of Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction in terms of the dimensions of attractions, amenities and accessibility were very amenable. That means Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction has a unique nature, tradition and culture. The existence of a tracking tour, a friendly community, a safe tourist attraction environment, no entrance fee (there are donations that can contribute voluntarily), supporting facilities are available and have an easy access to Tenganan Pegringsingan tourist attraction

Abstract

Pendidikan pancasila menjadi bagian penting  pendidikan kewarnegaraan dengan bertujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai dasar Pancasila bagi peserta didik untuk dirinya agar sebagai warga negara yang berkarakter. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi strategi efektif yang digunakan guru dalam mengajarkan Pendidikan Pancasila di Sekolah Dasar, khususnya di SDN 3 Bebetin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yakni teknik teknik utama, yaitu studi lapangan dan studi pustaka.  Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil yaitu strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan, antara lain pendekatan kontekstual berbasis lingkungan, metode diskusi dan tanya jawab interaktif, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran variatif, pendekatan kolaboratif melalui proyek kelompok, dan model bermain peran. Strategi-strategi ini terbukti berhasil untuk mengembangkan penghayatan siswa pada nilai-nilai Pancasila, menumbuhkan keterampilan sosial, serta membentuk sikap positif yang sesuai dengan prinsip Pancasila. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa taktik yang digunakan dalama pembelajaran yang kreatif dan variatif memudahkan siswa SD mengaplikasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila di kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga mendukung terbentuknya karakter generasi muda yang berkualitas dan berjiwa kebangsaan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial slack, board diversity gender on the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports with the effectiveness of the board of commissioners. The population used in this study is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019 - 2023. The sample used is based on predetermined criteria. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, SEM PLS and hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 4.0 program. This study shows the results that: (1) Financial slack has no effect on the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports in the banking industry. (2) Board diversity gender has a significant positive effect on the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports in the banking industry. (3) The effectiveness of the board of commissioners has a significant positive effect on the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports in the banking industry. (4) The effectiveness of the board of commissioners is unable to moderate the relationship between financial slack and the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports in the banking industry. (5) The effectiveness of the board of commissioners is unable to moderate the board diversity gender relationship on the quality of disclosure of sustainability reports in the banking industry.
