Abstract

Keguguran merupakan masalah kesehatan reproduksi pada perempuan yang menimbulkan dampak fisik dan psikologis yang serius. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu mengenai penyebab keguguran, hal yang akan dialami ibu setelah keguguran dan KB pasca keguguran. Media yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah poster, yaitu suatu media yang dipasang pada dinding untuk menyampaikan pesan. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah kegiatan mulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pengakhiran. Waktu pelaksanaan bulan April-Juli 2023, responden sebanyak 10 pasien. Tempat pelaksanaan di Ruang nifas Lantai 1 Pav Iman Sudjudi RSPAD Gatot Soebroto. Untuk mengetahui efektifitas poster pada saat edukasi dilakukan evaluasi tingkat pemahaman melalui pre test dan post test. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini karakteristik berdasarkan umur ibu ditemukan terbanyak berumur > 36 tahun yaitu 5 responden (50%), dan paling sedikit berumur 31-35 tahun yaitu 1 responden (10%). Berdasarkan paritas ditemukan 5 responden (50%) primigravida dan 5 responden (50%) multigravida. Pengetahuan ibu sebelum diberikan edukasi ada 6 responden (60%) mempunyai pengetahuan baik, 3 respoden (30%) pengetahuan sedang dan 1 responden (10%) pengetahuan buruk. Ada perubahan pengetahuan ibu menjadi baik semua (100%) setelah diberikan edukasi dengan media poster. Kesimpulan poster efektif digunakan sebagai media edukasi asuhan kebidanan pasca keguguran. Saran poster belum membahas aspek psikis ibu, sebaiknya ditambahkan juga.

Abstract

Introduction: Many women die because of cervical cancer. Treatment for cervical cancer is based on the stage of cancer. Such as radical hysterectomy, radiation, chemotherapy, and chemoradiation. Side effects of treatment can appear and make changes both physical and psychological. Objectives: The objective of this study is to determine the influence of coping, family support, and motivation on the quality of life in cervical cancer. Method: The method used in this study is cross-sectional, the transverse direction using a sample of 54 cervical cancer patients who get treatment (hysterectomy, radiation, chemotherapy, and chemoradiation) in Indonesia Army Hospital Gatot Soebroto 2015. Primary data was used in this study by questionnaire. Later in the analysis technique uses a quantitative approach, with analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and using the SPSS application, and SmartPLS 2. Result: The result of this study, the family support variable can explain the coping variable 15,9%, and 84,1% is explained by another variable outside of this study. The family support variable can explain 39,2% quality of life of cervical cancer patients and 60,8% was explained by another variable outside of this research. The family support variable can explain 58,7% motivation variable and 41,3% was explained by another variable outside of this study Conclusion: The q square result analysis model can explain 78,9% phenomenon of this study, while 21,1% was explained by another component of this study.

Abstract

The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has spread globally and caused nearly 10,000,000 diagnosed cases and 500,000 deaths as of June 28, 2020. The impact of covid-19 can be greater on vulnerable populations. Pregnant women tend to be more physiologically and psychologically vulnerable to infectious diseases, putting them at higher risk of maternal complications. To avoid exposure to the COVID-19 virus, the government through the task force protocol recommends that health services in the form of education through teleconsultation, so that in exploring the challenges faced during the current covid-19 pandemic, smartphone technology in the form of applications with android operating information systems in support of information is provided. The purpose of making the Android-based "Ask Only" Midwifery Consultation application is as a promotive and preventive effort to spread the Covid-19 virus both to health workers and clients in providing remote midwifery care services. This devotional activity was held in December 2021. The method of devotion carried out by the form of socialization to the target of midwifery in Posyandu Kemuning VII Karawang Kulon Puskesmas Tanjungpura village with a total of 57 participants. The results of this activity obtained more participant data in the age group of ≤ 35 years, most participants from high school-PT education background, the majority of participants as Housewives, the majority of participants' knowledge about teleconsultation both, most participants gave an interested response using the Tanya Saja application.

Abstract

Background: During the Covid-19 pandemic, promotive and preventive efforts online with reliable sources are the best choice for the public. Tanya Saja application was formed as an android-based midwifery counseling media that can meet information about the health of mothers and children. This research aims to find out the characteristics, interests, information, perceptions and knowledge before the use of the Tanya Saja application. Method: This study uses the cross-sectional method, data collection was carried out in July - December 2021, at posyandu Kemuning VII Karawang Kulon Village Tanjungpura Karawang Health Center Working Area involving 57 participants, where the participants of the activity were village midwives, kader and posyandu participants including pregnant women, mothers who have babies, toddlers and children, women of childbearing age. Analyze the data using chi square with a signification rate of 5%. Results: the average ask application user who is 33 years old, has a high school education background of 50.9%, works as a housewife 89.5% has knowledge of good midwifery teleconsultation as much as 82.5%, has a good perception of the application tanya saja as much as 38.6%, exposed to information The health of mothers and children from the tanya saja application as much as 91.2%, have an interest in using the tanya saja application as much as 81.1%. The variables related to the use of the tanya saja application are the age of the respondent (p 0.015), information (p 0.000), and interest (p 0.000). As for the education and perception variables have no relationship with the use of the application. Conclusion: Tanya Saja application can be used as a medium for midwifery counseling during the Covid-19 pandemic.
