Abstract

Slogan merupakan frasa pendek atau suatu kalimat pendek yang mudah untuk diingat, digunakan untuk menjelaskan sesuatu dengan singkat dan menarik. Dalam slogan, terdapat frasa yang mampu menjadi karakteristik agar mudah diingat. Pembuatan sebuah slogan tentu saja membutuhkan kontruksi frasa yang terstruktur dengan baik agar penyampaiannya tak hanya menarik namun juga tepat. Fokus penelitian ini adalah kontruksi frasa pada slogan-slogan iklan kecantikan wanita berbahasa Jerman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kontruksi frasa yang terdapat dalam slogan iklan kecantikan wanita berbahasa Jerman. Teori yang digunakan untuk menganalisis frasa tersebut adalah Duden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode Baumgrafik yang merupakan salah satu teknik dalam penganalisisan kalimat bahasa Jerman yang diperlukan untuk pemahaman terhadap struktur kalimat, kelas kata, dan jenis frasa dalam bahasa Jerman. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah iklan Nivea dari internet/web resmi Nivea. Data yang diambil sebanyak 11 data slogan iklan kecantikan khusus wajah yang mempunyai ciri spesifik seperti frasa dari slogan iklan dengan menyesuaikan tujuan penelitian. Dari data tersebut akan disusun pengumpulan data iklan secara sistematis dengan cara mengklasifikasikan data, menganalisis data, dan menjelaskan data terkait dengan teori yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 11 iklan kecantikan wajah produk dari Nivea, terdapat 5 frasa nomina, 3 frasa preposisi, 2 frasa konjungsi dan 1 frasa adverb. Adanya kecenderungan frasa kata benda (Nominalphrase) dari beberapa slogan iklan Nivea dikarenakan, sebuah iklan akan lebih objektif dan informatif ketika menggunakan frasa nomina. Dalam Duden, Frasa nomina mampu menjadi subjek, objek, dan pelengkap. Menurut Hemmi (Janich,2010) frasa nomina (Nominalphrase) merupakan salah satu tipe frasa yang muncul dalam sebuah teks iklan. Kata Kunci : Frasa, Iklan, Slogan, Sintaksis.

Abstract

Topik lumut merupakan satu dari beberapa materi yang menuntut kompetensi mengelompokkan, mengamati, menganalisis, menjelaskan dan menyimpulkan, dan melalui aktivitas penemuan sendiri maka peserta didik bisa lebih mudah memahami konsep materi. Hal ini didukung dengan adanya penggunaan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis discovery learning yang bisa membimbing peserta didik dalam menguasai materi yang dipelajari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD “Lumut” berbasis discovery learning untuk melatihkan keterampilan literasi sains peserta didik yang dinyatakan layak secara teoretis. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4-D dengan tahapan Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), dan Disseminate (penyebaran). Tahap disseminate pada penelitian ini tidak dilaksanakan. Tahap pengembangan dilakukan di jurusan Biologi FMIPA Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Uji kelayakan teoretis dilakukan pada tahap pengembangan berdasarkan penilaian pakar pendidikan dan pakar botani. Intrumen penelitian berupa lembar validitas yang berisi 44 pertanyaan yang tekait aspek konstruksi, teknis, dan dikdaktik. LKPD dinyatakan layak secara teoretis jika penilaian validasi pakar mendapat persentase rata-rata ≥ 71%. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa validitas LKPD mendapat nilai 97,93% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Dengan demikian LKPD “Lumut” berbasis discovery learning untuk melatihkan keterampilan literasi sains dinyatakan layak secara teoretis dengan kriteria sangat valid. Abstract

The development of high-quality and character-driven human resources is a national priority program. Human resources in Indonesia must be based on Pancasila values. Therefore, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology is committed to realizing the Pancasila Student Profile. Educators play a key role in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile. This research aims to gain deeper insight into the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile through the concept of grit, which is identified as a form of educator resilience in facing students’ moral degradation. This research uses a qualitative method. The method used is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews with two respondents who were teachers and elementary school principals. The results showed that both respondents had a high level of grit, characterized by strong motivation, consistency in facing challenges, and resilience in the face of psychological pressure from parents and the environment. Educators can incorporate Pancasila values into the learning process despite post-pandemic challenges. The conclusion of this study states that grit is an important factor in the successful implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implications of this study highlight the importance of strengthening the capacity and psychological resilience of teachers in implementing national character programs. Further research is suggested to include more respondents and adopt a multi-level approach to examine the influence of cross-school and institutional policies on the implementation of character values.

Abstract

The dynamic changes within the world of work require individuals to engage in robust career planning. In this context, career aspiration is understood as a psychological construct reflecting an individual’s hopes, motivations, and goals related to their future employment. This study aimed to adapt and evaluate the psychometric properties of the Career Aspirations Scale-Revised (CAS-R) into Indonesian to provide a valid and reliable measurement tool. The respondents comprised 549 Indonesian adolescents. The adaptation process followed the ITC (2018) guidelines, encompassing content validation, construct validation through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Rasch analysis, as well as reliability testing. The CFA results supported a three-factor structure (RMSEA = 0.034; CFI = 0.990; TLI = 0.990), with 18 items meeting the factor loading criteria. Cronbach’s alpha of 0.910 indicated high reliability. Rasch analysis further supported the instrument’s validity and internal consistency, with 19 items deemed to fit the model. These findings confirm that the Indonesian version of CAS-R is a suitable instrument for measuring adolescents’ career aspirations in Indonesia. It can be used by schools, counselors, and psychological institutions to support career assessment and planning.
