Abstract

This research entitled "Development Based Multimedia LibreOffice Impress On the Subject of History in Class X at Senior High School number 4 Palembang" contains data on the Role of Inscription-inscription Sriwijaya In Explaining Political Life, Social Religious, and Economic kingdom of Srivijaya, this research has been carried out and implemented in the classroom X Science 1 at Senior High School number 4 Palembang. This research is the development of research development model Hanafin Peck. As for the formulation of the problem in this research is how to develop Based Multimedia Libreoffice Impress On the Subject of History in Class X at Senior High School number 4 Palembang valid, and how to develop Multimedia Based Libreoffice Impress On the Subject of History in Class X at Senior High School number 4 Palembang has an impact effectiveness. Furthermore, the purpose of this research is to develop a valid instructional media and have an impact effectiveness. Influence Based Multimedia LibreOffice Impress Impress On History Lesson in Class X at Senior High School number 4 Palembang visible on improving learning outcomes of students before and after using instructional media at the stage of field trials of 36.57% with Ngain of 0.7. Abstract

Post-independence education changed following the ideals of Indonesian based on the 1945 Constitution. At this time, the emphasis of education was on nationalization and democracy. Thus, todays Indonesia need educators who suit by the ideals of Indonesian education that are democratic and nationalist. As a result, there is emergence of educator in various regions. This study aimed to determine the role of Hasanuddin Damrah in the education development of South Bengkulu Regency. This research uses a historical approach. The steps in this research initiate with topic selection, source collection, verification (external criticism and internal criticism), interpretation (analysis and synthesis). The result of this research show that the role played by Hasanuddin Damrah in advancing education in South Bengkulu has yielded good results. It is starting with his line of business, build the first secondary school in South Bengkulu, called Manna Middle School (SMP Negeri 1 Bengkulu Selatan), and build Manna High School (SMAN 1 Bengkulu Selatan), SMEP (first economic management school), SKP (first school of expertise). Moreover, his nationalist thinking by the ideals of education made him develop education in South Bengkulu which can be felt today.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuai Sejarah Muhammadiyah dan pengaruhnya terhadap pendidikan di Kota Bengkulu 1967-1998. Masalah Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sejarah muhammadiyah dan pengaruhnya terhadap bidang pendidikan di Kota Bengkulu pada tahun 1967-1998. Metode penelitian yaitu Metode yang digunakan dalam mengkaji penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Metode deskriptif kualitatif selalu dikaitkan dengan analisis sebuah studi kasus yang  dikaji. Hasil dan pembahasan, yaitu pengaru adanya muhammadiyah memberikan dampak terhadap pendidikan islam dikota bengkulu 1967-1998 dalam bidang pendidikan Muhammadiyah kota Bengkulu memiliki beberapa sekolah yakni SD Muhammadiyah, SMP Muhammadiyah Terpadu, SMA Muhammadiyah I, Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu (UMB). Lembaga –lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah di kota Bengkulu berhasil melahirkan out put yang berkompeten di bidangnya, salah satu di bidang pemerintah terbukti dengan sejumlah alumni lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah di Kota Bengkulu yang berhasil menjadi pimpinan propinsi yaitu bapak Adjiz Ahmad dan Razie Yahya. Selain itu masih banyak lagi tokoh-tokoh alumni lembaga pendidikan Muhammadiyah yang ikut serta memperjuangkan Bengkulu menjadi propinsi, serta menjadi anggota DPR. Dari hasil diatas, state of the art dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengaitkan peran muhammadiyah dalam konteks perkembangan pendidikan islam di Bengkulu mulai rututan tahun 1967-1998 dimana sejak berkiprahya muhammadiyah dalam perkembangan pendidikan islam di Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the themes of flora and fauna motifs on Hindu temples during the Srivijaya period as part of the study of the history and art of religious architecture. The main objective is to understand how these motifs reflect the cosmology and spiritual values ​​of Hindu society during that period. The research methods used include descriptive analysis of temple reliefs in Sumatra, literature review of archaeological sources, and comparison with motifs on other Hindu temples in Southeast Asia. This analysis technique involves detailed observation of floral elements such as leaves, lotus flowers, and trees, as well as fauna such as birds, snakes, and mythological animals, which are often found on temple reliefs. The discussion focuses on the symbolic meaning of these motifs, where flora is often associated with fertility and life, while fauna symbolizes strength and wisdom. This study also discusses how these motifs function as a medium to convey spiritual values ​​and emphasize the harmonious relationship between humans and nature. The conclusion of this study shows that the flora and fauna motifs on Srivijaya Hindu temples not only function as aesthetic elements, but also have deep religious meanings. These motifs provide important insights into how the Srivijaya people combined their beliefs with a respect for nature, as well as their contribution to the understanding of Hindu history and culture in the archipelago.
