Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku ajar yang layak _ digunakan dari aspek kelayakan , efektivitas , daya tarik dan kemudahan penggunaan dalam penerapannya di SDN Klampis Barat. Studi ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil uji coba kesesuaian buku ajar dari validator yaitu ahli 80% materi, ahli bahasa 83%, ahli media pembelajaran 93%, dan ahli desain pembelajaran 94% dengan kategori sangat layak. (2) Hasil uji daya tarik berdasarkan respon siswa pada uji coba produk 91,7% dan uji coba penggunaan 90% dengan kategori sangat menarik. (3) Hasil uji keefektifan berdasarkan observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa pada uji coba produk dan uji coba penggunaan. Pada uji coba produk hasil observasi aktivitas guru sebesar 97,3% dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa sebesar 89%. Pada uji coba penggunaan, hasil observasi aktivitas guru sebesar 98,3% dan hasil observasi aktivitas siswa sebesar 95% dengan kategori sangat efektif. (4) Hasil uji kepraktisan berdasarkan respon guru sebesar 94% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah buku teks pendamping _berbasis kearifan lokal Rokat Tase' sangat layak digunakan sebagai tema pendamping 7 pada subtema 2 kelas IV SD.

Abstract

Efforts in quality improvement and development of education in the era of regional autonomy are not only the responsibility of the central government and provincial governments, but also the responsibility of local governments. Quality improvement and development of education thus become strategic issues for any local government. This study aims to address issues related to: (1) the condition of school facilities and infrastructure (2) the role of school committees which is not optimal; (3) the absence of equitable distribution of teachers; and (4) the lack of Information and Communication Technology/ICT-based learning application in in secondary schools. The research was conducted in four districts, namely Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan and Sumenep. The main theory employed in this study is the School Based Management (SBM) or the so-called School Based Management (SBM). The population was students, parents and teachers. The total number of samples was 250 people comprising 100 students, 100 parents and 50 teachers. The research data were obtained from primary and secondary data. The study yielded a number of key findings. First, 90% of High School (or its equivalent) teachers master the materials taught. This is due to fact that the materials taught are in accordance with the education qualification of the teacher. Secondly, the mismatch found in Madurese high schools was apparently caused by the lack of educators with suitable qualification for the subjects they teach concurrently. Almost all secondary teachers in Madura island require trainings related to the development of competency for mastering the subject materials. The last but not the least, the majority of teachers still apply simple learning methods. Although the method applied by teachers are generally similar, there are significant differences between the favorite schools and the other schools.

Abstract

This research departs from various issues related to the definition of literature which always raises debates and dissatisfaction with the existing definition. Literature as national identity also raises debates. Those two reasons had, directly and indirectly, influenced the development of Indonesian map literature. Formation of Indonesian map literature from different periods needed to be clarified so it could provide a clear definition of Indonesian literature development. The aims of this research are (1) constructing Indonesian literature map which explains the development of Indonesian literacy from different periods; and (2) explaining literature as nation identity with character. To analyze the issues, theories and concepts about literature are applied. Thisresearch uses descriptive method. Data gathered by descriptive technique and content analysis. The main finding of this research is that there is a significant influence of Indonesian literature development by tracing Indonesian literature to the formation of nation identity with character.

Abstract

Anarchism and other forms of violence committed by religious groups and mass organizations are still very common in Indonesia. There have been violations of human rights, religious freedom and civil liberties, which are essential pillars of democracy. Indonesia, as a country that adheres to religious freedom regards all forms of intolerance as violations of democracy. This study described and explored the views of young cadres of Muhammadiyah and Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) in Malang, East Java, about democracy, pluralism and tolerance. This research intended to unravel some of the issues of how young generations of Muhammadiyah and NU understand democracy, pluralism and tolerance and if their views are associated with their social construction. This study employed qualitative methods using interviews and direct observations to collect the data. The results of this study showed there were differences in the patterns between the younger generation and the older generation of Muhammadiyah. The members of Muhammadiyah recognized that the young cadres of Muhammadiyah tended to act more violently towards intolerant mass organizations compared to their senior (old cadre) generation. The senior cadres, such as the Muhammadiyah Youth, were more likely to be calm when responding to the presence of radical organizations. The senior cadres of Muhammadiyah tended to be open-minded with the community organizations that are perceived by the public to be a radical mass organization, which is fundamental in addressing the presence of radical organizations. This view indicated by the absence sense of precariousness or a situation that is considered to be very threatening to religious and national life while still in the corridor of diversity. On the other hand, the younger generation of Nahdlatul Ulama showed a different pattern, revealing that their seniors tended to be harsher in responding to radical organizations and supporting mass organizations.

Abstract

Sexual violence can occur anywhere and anytime. It can cause the victim to have prolonged trauma. This article aimed to examine the experiences of victims or survivors of sexual violence and to find out the healing process they carried out. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach by interviewing 377 respondents. According to the findings of this study, sexual violence has various impacts on victims, including shame, low self-esteem, feelings of inferiority, and a desire to retaliate against the perpetrator. Fears that arise as a result of sexual violence include the fear of getting pregnant, contracting sexually transmitted diseases, sin, and feeling inferior. As a healing process, the victims engaged in a variety of activities ranging from worship to favorite activities to reduce trauma. This study concludes that the healing process is significant for victims, with the aim of accelerating both physical and psychological recovery.

Abstract

The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has affected social and economic sectors and has created new behavior and lifestyles. This article employs a quantitative methodological approach. Through interviews with 274 university students in East Java, Indonesia, the findings suggest that young people’s awareness of health behavior shifted after the spread of COVID-19. Before the pandemic, parents are struggling to have their children consume herbs. Youngsters consider herbs as a traditional lifestyle for the elderly. However, after COVID-19, the results suggest that young people are more supportive of herbal medicine in order to protect themselves from COVID-19. Therefore, it can be argued that COVID-19 pandemic generates a growing awareness for young people to consume herbal medicine, which becomes a new lifestyle and preserves the nation’s centuries-worth wisdom of the local culture.

Abstract

The two most important things in education in Indonesia today are 'Freedom to Learn' and driving teachers. This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of the 'Freedom to Learn' program at the elementary school level, as well as to explain the various innovations, obstacles encountered, and solutions made by the school and teachers as teaching boards. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods, with 166 respondents from 21 districts/cities in East Java. The results of this study show that; (1) the successful implementation of the 'Freedom to Learn' program can be seen from the ability of schools and teachers to develop teaching creativity during the learning process. (2) Most of the obstacles encountered during program implementation stem from the inability of the teacher to provide learning methods that are right on target, skills that are not sufficient and the limited ability of students to accept the 'transfers of knowledge' provided by the teacher. This study concludes that schools and teachers can optimize learning innovations by using various methods adapted to the student's environment, such as; applying student center learning learning methods, exposition discovery learning methods, individual group learning methods, brainstorming methods, blended learning, and other methods that can improve students' skills and creativity, by implementing fun teaching and learning programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain whether or not there was an effect of using the quizizz application on digital literacy of fourth grade students at SDN Bilaporah 1 Bangkalan. This type of research is experimental research with a quantitative approach. This study uses a posttest-only control design model. The research sample used in this study was fourth grade students at SDN Bilaporah 1 Bangkalan. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique. Data was collected using performance test sheets. The results of data analysis calculated using the independent sample t-test show that the sig value is 0.000 where the value is less than 0.05. So these results indicate that there is an influence between quizizz application assisted learning on students' digital literacy in class IV SDN Bilaporah 1 Bangkalan.

Abstract

The learning and teaching process at SDN Mrecah 1 experienced a setback from the level of student understanding, because learning experienced changes and the teaching and learning process stopped at SDN Mrecah 1. This study uses qualitative research methods by using interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. This study uses descriptive data analysis techniques that aim to find out the learning loss events that occur at the school. The research results obtained from this study resulted that 4 out of class IV members experienced learning loss and the educators had made efforts and efforts to provide a way out of this incident. The conclusion from this study concludes that the pandemic has had a negative impact on fourth grade students at SDN Mrecah 1. As many as 4 fourth grade students at SDN Mrecah 1 have lost their skills in reading and speaking Indonesian fluently, and online learning is not suitable for application in grade IV SDN Mrecah 1.

Abstract

Pada kelas V siswa SD Al-Islam Morowudi ditemukan kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini karena aktivitas yang diberika guru kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk pengaruh metode card sort terhadap keaktifan siswa kelas V SD Al-Islam Morowudi. Pendekatan penelitian telah digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif jenis eksperimen metode quasi eksperimental design teknik non equivalent control grup design. Instrumen lembar observasi terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan uji reliabilitas untuk digunakan dalam proses pengambilan data. Uji prasyarat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dua sampel independen dengan IBM SPSS 25. Hasil uji hipotesis data ada pengeruh positif kekatifan siswa pada kelas kontrol dan eksperimen sesudah perlakuan, didapatkan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan diperoleh 5,127 > 2,015. Sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha di terima, maka ada perbedaan pada keaktifan siswa. Jika ada perbedaan berarti ada pengaruh. Kesimpulannya adanya pengaruh metode pembelajaran card sort terhadap kekatifan siswa kelas V SD Al-Islam Morowudi Gresik.
