Abstract

Abstrak - Indonesia dengan keanekaragamannya tentu memiliki nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang sudah sepatutnya dilestarikan. Salah satu wujud menjaga nilai-nilai kearifan lokal adalah dengan mengembangkan konsep pariwisata berbasis kearifan lokal. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal menjadi salah satu pilihan strategi untuk meminimalisir dampak negatif dari era globalisasi ini. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di Desa Bugisan, Kecamatan Prambanan, Propinsi Jawa Tengah karena secara lokasi Desa Bugisan ini sangat strategis. Wilayahnya berada di Kawasan Stategis Nasional (KSN) Prambanan untuk aktivitas sosial budaya. Di Desa Bugisan terdapat satu candi yang terkenal yaitu Candi Plaosan. Disamping kondisi alam sekitar yang masih asri, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal perlu digali karena kearifan lokal merupakan potensi besar dalam pengembangan Desa Bugisan yang secara lokasi sangat mendukung keberadaan Candi Plaosan. Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengkaji potensi kearifan lokal di Desa Bugisan dalam upaya pengembangan Desa Bugisan sebagai daya tarik pendukung di kawasan Candi Plaosan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitik yaitu memberikan gambaran yang cermat dan lengkap tentang objek yang diteliti, menjelaskan fenomena yang ada dan diakhiri dengan sebuah analisis dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Desa Bugisan antara lain seni-budaya, mitos-mitos, sosial-ekonomi, dan arsitektur lokal yang berpotensi dikemas sebagai daya tarik pendukung di Kawasan Candi Plaosan.Kata kunci : candi plaosan, daya tarik, desa bugisan, kearifan lokal Potential Local Wisdom of Bugisan Village as an Development Effort Attraction to Support the Plaosan Temple AreaAbstract - Indonesia with its diversity certainly has local wisdom values which should be preserved. One form of maintaining the values of local wisdom is to develop the concept of tourism based on local wisdom. The values of local wisdom become one of the strategy choices to minimize the negative impacts of this globalization era. The location of this research is in the Bugisan Village, Prambanan District, Central Java Province because the location of the Bugisan Village is very strategic. The area is in the Prambanan National Strategic Area (KSN) for socio-cultural activities. In the village of Bugisan there is one famous temple, the Plaosan Temple. In addition to the natural surroundings that are still beautiful, the values of local wisdom need to be explored because local wisdom is a great potential in the development of the Bugisan Village which is very supportive of the existence of Plaosan Temple. This study aims to examine the potential of local wisdom in the Bugisan Village in an effort to develop the Bugisan Village as a supporting attraction in the Plaosan Temple area. This research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytic approach which provides a careful and complete picture of the object under study, explains the phenomena that exist and ends with an analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are several values of local wisdom in the Bugisan Village, including arts, culture, myths, socio-economics, and local architecture that have the potential to be packaged as a supporting attraction in the Plaosan Temple Area. Keywords: attractiveness, bugisan village, local wisdom, plaosan temple

Abstract

This research is a study that took @thepotraitjogja instagram account as the research object. This research focuses on how instagram @thepotraitjogja accounts promote the city of Yogyakarta to tourism. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study it is known that instagram accounts @theportraitjogja image use a variety of language styles in their caption to influence readers' feelings. The feeling that you want to cause is a feeling of love and missing to Yogyakarta. Therefore, through the style of the language used, the instagram seeks to bring the image of a lover who is warm, charming and longed for in the city of Yogyakarta. The emotional closeness that is expected to be difficult after reaching the image is expected to strengthen the readers' desire to come to visit the city of Yogyakarta, just like coming to visit a lover. There are three styles of language used to bring up the image, among others: (1) comparative language style consisting of litotes, personification, metaphor, hypocorism, hyperbole, allegari and simile language styles, (2) affirmation language style consisting of language style repitition, parallelism and silepsis; and (3) the opposing language style consisting of the pardox language style.Keywords: promotion strategy, language style, tourism destination

Abstract

Sonobudoyo Museum Yogyakarta is a state museum that has the second largest number of collectibles in Indonesia. In 2019 the application of digitization was carried out on several museum collection objects. The purpose of implementing digitization at the Sonobudoyo Museum is to provide visitors with the convenience of providing information on collections of objects. This research was conducted to observe the effectiveness of the application of digitalization at the Sonobudoyo Museum in attracting tourist visits. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The description includes internal and external factors in tourism objects. The data found were analyzed using SWOT to describe the results in the historical and cultural tourism object of the Sonobudoyo Museum, Yogyakarta. Based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the application of digitalization provides satisfaction to tourists with a satisfaction level of 96%. Based on the visit data, there was an increase in visits of more than 50% after the application of the concept of digitization was applied at the Sonobudoyo Museum, Yogyakarta.Keyword: Sonobudoyo Museum, Yogyakarta State Museum, Effectiveness of Digitalization Implementation

Abstract

Plaosan Temple is one of the famous new tourist destinations at the moment located in Bugisan Village, Prambanan District, Klaten Regency, Central Java. Beautiful natural conditions become part of the attraction of a tour in the village of Bugisan. In addition to the natural conditions, the Bugisan Village has several values of local wisdom that have been passed down from generation to generation by the local community. This study aims to assess the perceptions of tourists and local communities regarding the values of local wisdom in the Bugisan Village. Based on the value of local wisdom in the Bugisan Village include (1) Cultural Arts: Srandul, Jathilan, Campur Sari, Gejog Lesung, Karawitan, (2)Myth: Mbah Budho Mound and Njama Keris, (3) Socio- Economy: Agriculture, Trade, Crafts, Traditional Transportation Models, (4)Local Architecture. Based on the perceptions of tourists and local people, art and culture aspects are considered the most interesting and potential to be developed as the main attraction in the Bugisan Village.Keywords: attractiveness level, bugisan village, local wisdom

Abstract

AbstractTourism is closely linked to service, and restaurants, as tourism stakeholders, strive to offer unique and authentic experiences to attract visitors. Japanese restaurants in Yogyakarta adopt the Japanese omotenashi service standard as a key attraction. This study aims to (1) assess visitor satisfaction with the service and (2) describe variables influencing satisfaction with Japanese style food and beverage services in Yogyakarta’s Japanese restaurants. The research employs qualitative and quantitative methods, with the population being customers of these restaurants. The sample size was adjusted due to the uncertain population size. Primary data were collected through observations and interviews, while secondary data came from omotenashi related literature. Data collection occurred naturally, with the researcher as the key instrument, using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The analysis shows that omotenashi implementation positively impacts visitor satisfaction. Visitors are satisfied with the unique experience and excellent service. However, among the 5S elements (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsukei), seiton (tidiness) and seiso (cleanliness) do not significantly affect satisfaction. Yogyakarta’s community tends to overlook tidiness and cleanliness, despite restaurants maintaining well-kept spaces, prompt service, and attentive staff. Thus, efficient, diligent, and responsive service is more valued, while tidiness and cleanliness are not primary factors for satisfaction.Keywords:       Quality; Service; Customer Satisfaction; Omotenashi AbstrakPariwisata sangat terkait dengan pelayanan, dan restoran sebagai pelaku pariwisata berlomba menyediakan pengalaman unik untuk menarik wisatawan. Restoran Jepang di Yogyakarta mengadopsi standar omotenashi Jepang untuk meningkatkan daya tarik layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap layanan dan (2) mendeskripsikan variabel yang memengaruhi kepuasan terhadap layanan makanan dan minuman ala Jepang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan populasi pelanggan restoran Jepang di Yogyakarta. Sampel disesuaikan karena jumlah populasi belum pasti. Data primer diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder dari literatur omotenashi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara alami, dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci, menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan omotenashi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung. Pengunjung merasa puas dengan pengalaman unik dan pelayanan terbaik. Namun, dari unsur 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsukei), aspek seiton (kerapian) dan seiso (kebersihan) tidak signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan. Masyarakat Yogyakarta cenderung tidak memprioritaskan kerapian dan kebersihan, meskipun restoran menunjukkan tempat terawat, pelayanan cepat, dan pelayan tanggap. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan yang ringkas, tekun, dan responsif lebih dihargai, meskipun kerapian dan kebersihan bukan faktor utama kepuasan.Kata Kunci:    Kualitas; Pelayanan; Kepuasan Pelanggan; Omotenashi

Abstract

The world of tourism is synonymous with services and services. One of service is tour guide. Tour guides are considered as the main actors in the world of tourism. Service actors interact directly with tourists to explain and provide assistance. Prambanan temple is the largest Hindu temple in Indonesia that holds much history. Therefore tour guide is the first source of information for foreign, especially Japanese. As a provision to communicate with Japanese tourists, need to understand the principle of language politeness in science pragmatic to support the success of communicating. This research uses descriptive qualitative method.
