Abstract

Background: The first 1,000 days of life, encompassing fetal development during pregnancy (approximately 270 days) through the child's second year (approximately 730 days), represent a critical window for the development of vital organs, as well as cognitive and motor functions. Optimal monitoring during this period is essential for ensuring healthy growth and development. This study aimed to develop an electronic-based monitoring tool for maternal and child health, designed to deliver comprehensive, accurate, and timely information to facilitate early detection of health risks and support evidence-based interventions. Subjects and Method: The study was conducted using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, which includes the stages of planning, design workshops, and implementation. The tool is intended to be used by health cadres at integrated health posts (posyandu) to support maternal and child health monitoring. Results: A simple and user-friendly electronic-based program has been developed to record and monitor maternal and child health status over time. Users can input the results of maternal and child health assessments, which are then presented in graphical form and can be printed as needed. The application received a feasibility score of 89.8% based on the PIECES framework, indicating strong potential for practical implementation. Conclusion: Graphical representations in maternal and child health applications allow for easier monitoring of examination results. These visual tools enable early identification of potential malnutrition-related risks, such as stunted growth in children, thereby supporting timely intervention and prevention efforts.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Sambirejo memiliki 5 jurusan dan memiliki jumlah guru sebanyak 71 orang. Pelatihan dan pedampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran untuk menjadi langkah pertama dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas media pembelajaran di SMK Negeri 1 Sambirejo. Pelatihan dan pendampingan media pembelajaran mempunyai dampak positif yaitu dapat menyampaikan pelajaran menjadi lebih baku, menarik dan interaktif. Beban guru untuk menyampaikan materi menjadi berkurang karena tidak lagi menyampaikan secara berulang. Materi pelatihan yang disajikan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu : Pengantar Desain Komunikasi Visual, Prinsip-prinsip Desain Grafis, Teknik Pemilihan Warna yang Efektif, Penggunaan Tipografi dalam Desain, Pemanfaatan Visualisasi Data dalam Media Pembelajaran, dan Pengenalan Software Desain Grafis (opsional). Kegiatan pendampingan pembuatan Google Form, Multimedia Interaktif dan Video Pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik dan antusias guru yang sangat besar dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini. Tujuan pelaksanaan dan solusi yang ditawarkan dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pedampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran bagi Guru di SMK N 1 Sambirejo yaitu : (1) Meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang media pembelajaran, (2) Memberikan keterampilan kepada guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif, dan (3) Mendorong guru untuk mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip Desain Komunikasi Visual dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mereka. Semoga kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi pengembangan pendidikan di SMK Negeri 1 Sambirejo. Disarankan agar dilakukan pelatihan lanjutan yang lebih mendalam mengenai kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran

Abstract

ICD coding is usually done by a coder who assigns the ICD code according to the Doctor's clinical diagnosis. However, because coders need to master specific skills, such as knowledge in the field of medicine, coding rules, and medical terminology, manual coding can be costly, time-consuming, and inefficient. Based on this, developing a computationally accurate approach to automatic ICD encoding is imperative. This literature study aims to provide an overview of automatic ICD in terms of the dataset and classification method used. The literature study results show that automatic ICD research to improve the accuracy of diagnosis coding has been done and is still a challenge today. Most of the datasets used are the public MIMIC-III dataset, while automatic ICD classification is the current research trend with deep learning. The deep learning algorithms that are widely used include CNN, RNN, and LSTM. The resulting accuracy based on the dataset and classification method is very diverse. Future research still has many opportunities to contribute and improve the correct classification method to improve automatic ICD accuracy.
