Abstract

Carbon tax is new matter for company in Indonesia nowadays. The tax that charges for carbon is embodiment of constitution commitment. Indonesia government make a promise that written in Indonesia Constitution, which is the promise is to provide all of Indonesian People and give everyone healthy living environment. This promise has evolved into a carbon tax which is expected to curb corporate carbon spreading. This study will be based on Indonesia law Number 7 of 2021 on the Harmonization of Tax Regulation and Presidential Regulation Number 98 of 2021 on the Implementation of Carbon Value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali peran strategis Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam meningkatkan ketenagakerjaan di era teknologi. Dengan adopsi teknologi yang cepat dan transformasi digital yang meluas, peran SDM tidak hanya sebagai pengelola administratif, tetapi juga sebagai katalisator utama dalam memanfaatkan potensi teknologi untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dan studi kasus terhadap perusahaan-perusahaan terkemuka yang berhasil mengintegrasikan inovasi teknologi dengan strategi SDM mereka. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi dalam pengembangan kompetensi digital karyawan, strategi rekrutmen yang adaptif terhadap teknologi, dan promosi budaya kerja kolaboratif yang mendorong inovasi merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan ketenagakerjaan di era digital. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran strategis SDM dalam merespons dan mengelola dampak transformasi teknologi terhadap pasar kerja, serta perlunya pendekatan holistik dalam mengintegrasikan SDM dengan strategi teknologi perusahaan. Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the language development of a 1-year-7-month-old child named Ary, with a focus on phonological and semantic aspects. The research was conducted through a three-month observation period, during which interactions between Ary and his surroundings, particularly his mother, were meticulously documented.The findings indicate that, in the phonological aspect, Ary has demonstrated the ability to produce various words, although there are pronunciation errors such as with the letters "L" and "R" (puyang for ennen, kokok for rokok). These errors are typical and reflect the articulation development process at his age. In the semantic aspect, the child has begun to demonstrate an understanding and use of words with more complex meanings, such as api for "hot" and amen for "prayer."The study also found that communication strategies such as motherese, recasting, echoing, and expanding play a crucial role in supporting the child's language development. These strategies provide linguistic stimulation that helps the child enrich his vocabulary, improve his pronunciation, and build simple sentence structures. The study's findings underscore the pivotal role of social interaction, particularly that of parents, in facilitating children's language development.These findings resonate with the theories propounded by Vygotsky and Brunner, which accentuate the significance of environmental support and the sociocultural context in attaining optimal language development.

Abstract

This study aims to produce ethnomathematics-based teaching modules on Nagekeo tie woven fabrics and to determine the effectiveness of ethnomathematics-based teaching modules on Nagekeo tie woven fabrics in improving learning outcomes. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMP Manungae Ndora class VIIA with a total of 21 students. Data collection techniques are carried out with test sheets, questionnaires and documentation. Student success indicators are marked by increasing student learning outcomes with KKTP 60 and student completeness reaching 70%. The results of research on the development of ethnomatemtics-based teaching modules on Nagekeo tie woven fabric can improve student learning outcomes. Increasing student learning outcomes are characterized by increased student activeness in following learning. The results showed that the effectiveness of students during the learning process using ethnomathematics teaching modules increased by 70%. Meanwhile, using ordinary teaching materials, students are less active and the percentage of learning is 60%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of ethnomathematics-based teaching modules can improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) in influencing employee performance and effectiveness in a company. With advances in technology, AIS has become an integral part of modern organizations. AIS is not only a tool for recording financial transactions, but also provides strategic information that supports managerial decision making. Effective employees are considered key to a company's success, but the challenge of managing their performance and effectiveness is increasingly complex in a rapidly changing business environment. Through AIS, employees can easily access the information needed for their tasks, and influence their motivation and job satisfaction. This study adopts a literature review approach to investigate the role of AIS in the context of employee performance and effectiveness. Through a synthesis of recent findings, this article concludes that quality AIS implementation can have a positive impact on employee performance, depending on the system's ability to provide clear guidance to users. Therefore, companies need to ensure that the AIS they implement meets certain quality standards to ensure effective employee performance improvement in today's competitive business environment. Further research is needed to understand more deeply the relationship between AIS and employee performance and identify factors that influence the implementation and adoption of AIS in organizations.
