Abstract

Abstract : The results from the study showed that the poverty reduction policies which in the determination of the distribution of social insurance corporation cards and Indonesia Smart Card conduct preliminary fielded clerk who will then conduct a survey or checking the area or areas deemed eligible to receive assistance from the government that came with the role of the community itself , Based grouping of people is done by officers to facilitate the distribution of aid means social insurance corporation cards and Indonesia Smart Card in the city of Malang, especially in Sub Kuaman which has a population of 560 inhabitants of poor people among them who are entitled to a card guarantor of social only 30% while the card Indonesia smart as much as 5%. Keywords: Implementation of Policy, Poverty, social insurance corporation cards (KPS) and Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) Abstrak: hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pengurangan angka kemiskinnan melalui pendistribusian KPS dan KIP dilakukan melalui studi pendahuluan terlebih dahulu, kemudian survey serta pengecekan area yang dianggap memenuhi syarat untuk menerima bantuan dari pemerintah. Berdasarkan pengelompokan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh petugas terkait untuk memfasilitasi pendistribusian KPS dan KIP khusus nya masyarakat Kecamatan Kauman yang populasi nya mencapai 560 penduduk di temukan data bahwa masayarakt miskin yang berhak menerima KPS sebanyak 30% sedangkan masyarakat miskin yang berhak menerima KIP sebanyak 5%. Abstract

We all know that Bloom’s Taxonomy consists of three domains of educational goals and objectives; (1) Cognitive Domain, (2) Affective Domain, and (3) Psychomotor Domain. The major idea of this taxonomy is the process of thought which educators expect from students to emerge based on the educational objectives from less to more complex. This paper is a discussion of theories suggested by education experts who have dedicated their excellent ideas in enhancing students’ thinking process by using Bloom’s Taxonomy in mainly the Cognitive Domain. The writer finally concludes that the levels of thinking processes in the Cognitive Domain(remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and creating) are in badly needed to be applied to enhance students’ critical thinking.Key words: Bloom’s taxonomy, cognitive domain, critical thinking

Abstract

Dividend is one determinant factor level of shareholder. In determining dividend policy, the average company uses the free cash flow. On the other hand, when a company does not distribute dividends in that year, it is likely that the company will choose the long-term investment option in the form of investment opportunity set. Agency conflicts that arise between shareholders and managers to determine dividend policy can be overcome by increasing the level of company ownership. One of them is to increase the level of institutional ownership. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of free cash flow and investment opportunity set on dividend policy with institutional ownership as a moderating variable. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and which distributed dividends in a row from 2014 to 2018. The sampling method used in this study was the purposive sampling method and the resulting sample of this research were 24 companies. The data analysis of this research was processed using themethod Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that free cash flow had a significant positive effect on dividend policy. In addition, the investment opportunity set variable has a significant negative effect on dividend policy. While the level of corporate institutional ownership is not significant in moderating the relationship between the free cash flow variable and the investment opportunity set partially on dividend policy. Nevertheless, institutional ownership variables can have a strengthening effect in partially affecting the variable free cash flow and investment opportunity set on dividend policy.

Abstract

This study examines the variables of stock return and investment knowledge on investment interest of students with minimum capital as a mediating variable at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang Sharia Investment Gallery with a sample of 105 members. This research uses quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that the instrument data items are declared valid and reliable. The path coefficient test shows that the effect between the variables of stock returns and investment knowledge on minimum capital is positive, and the effect between investment knowledge and minimum capital on investment interest is positive, while the effect of stock returns on investment interest is negative. The hypothesis test shows that stock returns have no significant effect on investment intention, investment knowledge has a significant effect on investment interest, minimum capital has a significant effect on investment interest, stock returns have no significant effect on minimal capital, investment knowledge has a significant effect on minimal capital, stock returns have no effect significantly to investment interest through minimum capital, investment knowledge has a significant effect on investment interest through minimal capital. This shows that stock returns are not the main reason that makes students interested in investing but rather the investment knowledge received and the minimum capital required which is the reason for student investment interest.

Abstract

The manager's main goals for his employees are to maximize job performance and ensure them remain working at the company for a significant period of time. This research aims to prove the influences of school principals’ personality and managerial roles on their managerial effectiveness and organizational commitment. This is non-parametric research as the totally population of 136 private elementary school principals at South Jakarta Indonesia are all taken as the sample. The data was collected by using questionnaire forms and analyzed by applying PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling). The results show that school principals’ personality and managerial roles have direct and indirect positive influences towards their managerial effectiveness and organizational commitment. Discussion of the research findings and their implications as well as suggestions are further explored at the end of the article.

Abstract

English The purpose of this study was to: (1) the effect of green products on brand image of Drinking Water in AQUA Brand Packaging, (2) green advertising on brand image of Drinking Water in AQUA Brand Packaging, (3) the influence of green products on the purchase of Deep Drinking Water AQUA Brand Packaging, (4) the influence of green advertise on the decision to purchase Drinking Water in AQUA Brand Packaging, (5) Regulation of the brand to buy Drinking Water in AQUA Brand Packaging. This study uses a type of explanatory research with a qualitative approach, in which this research instrument is a questionnaire. The population in this study were Yudharta University students who had consumed Drinking Water in AQUA Brand Packaging. The sample is 96 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. Path data analysis used. The results of this study: (1) green product variables are positive and significant on brand image with a beta coefficient of 0.251 and a significance level of 0.028. (2) Green advertising variables are positive and significant for the brand image with a beta coefficient of 0.299 and a significance level of 0.009. (3) Variable green products are positive and significant for purchasing decisions with a beta coefficient of 0.263 and a significance level of 0.024. (4) Green advertising variables are positive and significant for purchasing decisions with a beta coefficient of 0.306 and a significance level of 0.010. (5) The image image of positive and significant recognition of the purchase decision with a beta coefficient of 0.350 and a significance level of 0.004. Indonesia Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh green product terhadap citra merek Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA, (2) green advertising terhadap citra merek Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA, (3) pengaruh green product terhadap keputusan pembelian Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA, (4) pengaruh green advertisinh terhadap keputusan pembelian Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA, (5) pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Universitas Yudharta yang pernah mengkonsumsi Air Minum Dalam Kemasan Merek AQUA. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa: (1) variabel green product berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek dengan nilai koefisien beta sebesar 0,251 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,028. Abstract

English Version This study aims to determine the role of work productivity on the effect of knowledge sharing and innovative behavior on employee performance. This type of research is an explanatory research. The research sample was 114 employees at the operational site of PT. Lyondell Basell Indonesia Gempol Pasuruan. Samples were collected using purposive sampling technique. This research is quantitative in nature and uses a path analysis model. The results showed that knowledge sharing had a significant effect on work productivity, innovative behavior had a significant effect on work productivity, knowledge sharing had a significant effect on employee performance, innovative behavior had no significant effect on employee performance, and work productivity had a significant effect on employee performance. Indo Version Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran work productivity pada pengaruh knowledge sharing dan perilaku inovatif terhadap employee performance Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory. Sampel penelitian adalah 114 pada karyawan site operasional PT. Lyondell Basell Indonesia Gempol Pasuruan. Sampel yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan alat analisis model analaisi jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work productivity, perilaku inovatif berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap work productivity, knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance, perilaku inovatif tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance, dan work productivity berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance.

Abstract

This study explores the dynamics of financial behaviour among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) within the framework of contemporary Islamic financial management. It focuses on analyzing the relationship between financial literacy, attitudes toward Islamic finance, intention to manage finances in line with Sharia principles, and the influence of personality traits on financial decision-making. Using a quantitative survey involving MSME actors from various industry sectors, the research finds that while overall financial literacy remains relatively low, most respondents possess a basic understanding of Islamic financial principles. Higher levels of financial literacy—especially in areas like cash flow and investment—are positively linked to effective financial management. A positive attitude toward Islamic finance also enhances MSME actors' intention to apply Sharia-compliant practices in their business operations. Those who value Islamic financial principles tend to manage debt more responsibly and avoid non-compliant financial behaviour. The study further shows that intention plays a central role in shaping Sharia-aligned financial practices. MSME actors with strong Sharia-based financial intentions are more open to using Islamic financial instruments and participating in related educational programs. Personality traits, particularly openness and conscientiousness, are found to significantly influence the likelihood of adopting Islamic financial practices, whereas closed or less detail-oriented individuals face greater challenges. This research contributes to the broader literature on Islamic financial management by offering insights into the behavioural factors influencing MSME financial practices and providing practical implications for strengthening Islamic financial literacy and implementation in the MSME sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial technology on financial behavior through behavioral intentions as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research type. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with a method that focuses on MSME actors in Malang City. This study was conducted statistically using the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. Analytical findings show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the behavior and behavioral intentions of MSMEs in Malang City. While financial technology has a positive but insignificant effect on financial behavior. In addition, behavioral intentions are proven to be an important relationship that connects financial literacy and financial technology with financial behavior, emphasizing the crucial role of intentions in supporting better financial management. This study provides recommendations for improving financial literacy and adoption of financial technology among MSMEs to encourage sustainable economic growth.
