Abstract

This study entitled "Factors Affecting Street Vendors in 2020 (Case Study: Pasar Gembong Asih Surabaya)" aims to determine how the influence of labor, working hours, labor wages on the income of traders. This research method uses multiple linear analysis with cross section data. The population in this study was 200 traders, the number of samples used was 40 traders. The results of the simultaneous multiple linear analysis of labor, working hours and labor wages together affect the income of traders. Partially, labor and working hours have no effect on the income of traders, while the wages of labor have an effect on the income of street vendors.

Abstract

Regional economic development has the main objectives, namely the prosperity of the region and the prosperity of the local community. Local governments and communities try to use and manage the resources in their area to the fullest. This study discusses the effects of poverty, unemployment, population on the economic growth of districts and cities in East Java in 2015-2019. The purpose of this study was to find out how the development of economic growth in districts and cities in East Java during 2015-2019. The method used in this study is panel data regression and statistical testing. This result are R2 is 0. 269270, F test with p-value is 0,0000 use alpha 0,05 and t-test variable poverty and unemployment are have significan 0.0000 and 0.0004 and t-test variable population not significan 0.1858.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Earnings of Women Workers at PT Pal Indonesia from 2017 to 2021 in the City of Surabaya". The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze whether the level of education of women (X1), tenure of female employees (X2) and the number of female employees (X3) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of female employees (Y) at PT Pal Indonesia, Surabaya city. From a total of 65 observations, a sample of 13 divisions was used in this study. This research uses literature study and documentation study to collect data. The multiple linear regression model, or OLS, is the analytic approach used in this study. The results of the data analysis show that the variables of female education level (X1), female employee tenure (X2) and number of female employees have a partial and simultaneous significant effect on the variables income of female employees (Y). Other results show that the contribution or contribution of the Education Level of Women (TPW), Years of Service of Female Employees (MKW) and Number of Female Employees (JKW) together have an influence on the Income of Female Employees (PKW), which is equal to 60.2380%. While the remaining 39.7620% is caused by other factors not examined in this study.
