The globalization that takes place in the last few decades has led to international trade openness with regard to economic growth. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of international trade openness, the quality of human capital, and capital flows to the country's economic growth in ASEAN-5 in 1993-2013. The unit of analysis is the ASEAN-5 consists of: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. The method used is the typology of the State to determine the position of ASEAN-5 and Vector Error Correction Model (Vector Error Correction Model-VECM) to determine the impact of international trade openness, the quality of human capital, and capital flows as indicated by gross fixed capital formation (gross fixed capital formation) on economic growth. Results Quotients State is all ASEAN-5 changes position during the observation period 1993-2013 year. VECM results showed that the openness of international trade and the quality of human capital has a positive and significant correlation to economic growth in ASEAN-5 during the period 1993-2013. Gross fixed capital formation has a negative and significant impact on economic growth of ASEAN-5 countries during the period 1993-2013.

The agricultural sector in Semarang district has the third contribution in Gross Regional Domestic Product, but it became the most high-sector employment women. This indicates that employment opportunities for women are wide open, so the more you enter the job market. This raises the dual role of the female worker as a housewife as well as workers. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the flow of time working women farmers in the study village Tajuk, district. Getasan, Semarang.Method of data analysis used in this study is a model of multiple linear regression or OLS with outpouring of work time as the dependent variable, while age, number of dependents, land area, level of education, distance of residence of workers to work, profit as an independent variable.Results of the analysis showed the variables age, number of dependents, land area, the distance of residence to the workplace, and profit a positive and significant effect of the outpouring of women farmers working time. Education variables and no significant negative effect on women farmers outpouring of work time.

This research is motivated by the current dual role of women, both as housewives and career women who seek income and are tested for their resilience and competitiveness in the face of the current global COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the pre-research data we obtained, women make a significant contribution to the economy of the City of Tasikmalaya, where more than 50% of MSME actors in the City of Tasikmalaya are female. This research itself aims to provide a general description of the opportunities faced by womenpreneurs in the City of Tasikmalaya, as well as to study further about what challenges are faced by womenpreneurs in the City of Tasikmalaya. The object of the research is womenpreneurs SMEs located in the city of Tasikmalaya. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where the analytical tool used for the data obtained is the SWOT analysis. The technique of collecting data is by using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study are based on the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrices, the position of Womenpreneur in Tasikmalaya City [IFE 3.101, EFE 3.037] is in Quadrant I.

Keberadaan sampah rumah tangga di suatu lingkungan tidak dapat dihindarkan. Hal ini disebabkan pengelolaan sampah yang masih didominasi sistem pengumpulan sampah, pengangkutan sampah dan pembuangan ke Tempat Pembuangan Sampah (TPS) atau Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA). Saat ini, Kecamatan Jambangan, Kota Surabaya, Provinsi Jawa Timur mengeluhkan adanya timbunan sampah yang berada di TPS Jambangan, sehingga beberapa warga mengeluhkan bau dan asap hasil pembakaran sampah yang terkadang masuk ke area perumahan, sehingga masyarakat terganggu dengan adanya sampah tersebut. Maka dari itu, perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mengatasi persoalan tersebut, yaitu dengan memberikan pelatihan pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga untuk tetap menjaga lingkungan. Tujuan pelatihan ini, supaya masyarakat lebih peduli terhadap sampah rumah tangga sehingga mampu menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat. Para peserta kegiatan yaitu Ibu PKK RW 06 Kecamatan Jambangan. Adapun permasalahan sampah tersebut dapat diatasi dengan konsep ekonomi sirkuler yaitu reduce, reuse, reycle repair dan renew. Maka harapannya setelah diadakan pelatihan ini, para peserta yang terlibat diharapkan mulai sadar untuk memilah sampah rumah tangga sebelum mereka membuangnya ataupun dijadikan pupuk kompos atau digunakan untuk menghasilkan barang baru yang memiliki nilai guna lebih.

This study aims to Visits of tour on revenue (PAD) in Surabaya City, analyze the effect of Micro Small Medium Enterprises to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya City, analiyze Restaurant on revenue in Surabaya City, analiyze Hotel on revenue in Surabaya City. This analyze used quantitative approach. The population in this study were tourist visits, Micro Small Medium Enterprises , hotels, restaurants and local original income (PAD) in the city of Surabaya. The sample for this study has a period of 30 years in 1989-2018. The analytical method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that most tourist visits, umkm, restaurants, and hotels have a significant effect on PAD. Tourist visits, umkm, official restaurants are not significant on PAD. Whereas the hotel is significant to PAD in Surabaya City.

This research was to analyze the impact of the activities of the electronic cigarette industry PT. Atomization Technology Indonesia on the social, economic and public health conditions of the Purwosari village comunity, Pasuruan Regency. The method of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using qualitatuve data that will then be described in a descriptive way. The description in the research are carried out factually or based on existing fcts, systematically, and connecting the phenomena being investigated. Based on the survey results, there are positive and negative impacts felt by the people of Purwosari village duw to the activities of the electronic cigarette industry of Pt. Atomization Technology Indonesia. Keywords : E-Cigarettes; Industry; Rural Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kegiatan industri rokok elektrik Pt. Atomization Technology Indonesia terhadap kondisi ekonomi sosial dan kesehatan masyarakat desa Purwosari Kabupaten Pasuruan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan data kualitatif yang kemudian akan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Pendeskripsian yang ada dalam penelitian dilakukan secara faktual atau berdasarkan fakta yang ada, sistematis, serta penghubungan fenomena yang diselidiki. Berdasarkan hasil survei diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat dampak positif dan juga negatif yang dirasakan masyarakat desa Purwosari akibat adanya kegiatan industri rokok elektrik Pt. Edukasi pemanfaatan barang bekas menjadi nilai jual serta memahamkan kepada Masyarakat untuk mengurangi penggunaan plastik masih kurang. Untuk meminimalisir penggunaan barang bekas seperti plastik maka perlu dilakukan dengan metode 3R (Recycle, Reuse dan Reduce). Saat ini, Kecamatan Jambangan, Kota Surabaya, Provinsi Jawa Timur mengeluhkan adanya barang bekas yang terlihat menumpuk di tempat pembuangan sampah (TPS) seperti botol plastik, kaleng, dll. Persoalan penumpukan barang bekas juga memberikan dampak ekosistem lingkungan yang tidak sehat dan sangat mengganggu kenyamanan di tempat tinggal wilayah setempat. Untuk itu perlu diadakan penyuluhan pemanfaatan barang bekas Reusable bagi Masyarakat untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, permasalahan yang ada di Kecamatan Jambangan, khususnya untuk ibu PKK bisa mencontohkan ke Masyarakat sekitar untuk menghasilkan produk dari pemanfaatan barang bekas agar memiliki memiliki nilai ekonomis serta bisa menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menjaga ekosistem lingkungan.

The purpose of this study is to analyze variables that influence Indonesia's economic growth from 1994 to 2023. The variables believed to impact economic growth in this research are foreign debt, inflation rate, and poverty rate. This research is quantitative, utilizing multiple linear regression analysis with time series data over a period of 30 years. All data used in this study were sourced from the World Bank, Bank Indonesia, and the Badan Pusat Statistik. The results of the partial analysis show that foreign debt, inflation rate, and poverty level each have a significant effect on economic growth. Specifically, foreign debt, inflation, and poverty have a negative impact on economic growth. Additionally, the three independent variables, such as foreign debt, inflation rate, and poverty rate that simultaneously have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth.

The research to determine the effect of commercial bank lending on economic growth and employment absorption in Indonesia. The data sources used are BPS, Bank Indonesia, and OJK. The data collection method is using periodic report data (time series) for 2007-2017. The method is quantitative analysis, using path analysis. The results: commercial bank credit has a direct effect on economic growth; commercial bank credit has a direct effect on employment absorption; Economic growth does not directly affect employment absorption; Commercial bank credit has no indirect effect on employment absorption through economic growth.
