Abstract

This research aims to analyze effect from human development index (HDI), dependency ratio, open unemployment rate to poverty is partially and simultaneously. Data used in research is secondary data are poverty, human development index (HDI), dependency ratio, open unemployment rate overall in percentage (%)., with used analyze of multiple linier regression methode. This result is human development index (HDI), dependency ratio, open unemployment rate have a effect to partially and simultaneously to poverty.

Abstract

Pengelolaan keuangan dalam suatu organisasi merupakan aspek penting untuk membangun tata kelola organisasi yang sehat dan kredibel. SMA Intensif Taruna Pembangunan, termasuk sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan lainnya, telah berkembang cukup pesat, baik jumlah maupun nilai asetnya sehingga membutuhkan pengelolaan yang baik agar dapat terwujud organisasi yang baik dan bermartabat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini terdiri dari pelatihan dan pembenahan serta evaluasi dari kegiatan. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah modul pelatihan dan pembenahan manajemen keuangan dan administrasi yang bisa digunakan oleh yayasan dalam mengelola keuangan dan pembenahan administrasi SMA Taruna Intensif Pembangunan Surabaya.

Abstract

This study entitled "Factors Affecting Street Vendors in 2020 (Case Study: Pasar Gembong Asih Surabaya)" aims to determine how the influence of labor, working hours, labor wages on the income of traders. This research method uses multiple linear analysis with cross section data. The population in this study was 200 traders, the number of samples used was 40 traders. The results of the simultaneous multiple linear analysis of labor, working hours and labor wages together affect the income of traders. Partially, labor and working hours have no effect on the income of traders, while the wages of labor have an effect on the income of street vendors.

Abstract

Regional economic development has the main objectives, namely the prosperity of the region and the prosperity of the local community. Local governments and communities try to use and manage the resources in their area to the fullest. This study discusses the effects of poverty, unemployment, population on the economic growth of districts and cities in East Java in 2015-2019. The purpose of this study was to find out how the development of economic growth in districts and cities in East Java during 2015-2019. The method used in this study is panel data regression and statistical testing. This result are R2 is 0. 269270, F test with p-value is 0,0000 use alpha 0,05 and t-test variable poverty and unemployment are have significan 0.0000 and 0.0004 and t-test variable population not significan 0.1858.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Earnings of Women Workers at PT Pal Indonesia from 2017 to 2021 in the City of Surabaya". The purpose of this study was to measure and analyze whether the level of education of women (X1), tenure of female employees (X2) and the number of female employees (X3) partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of female employees (Y) at PT Pal Indonesia, Surabaya city. From a total of 65 observations, a sample of 13 divisions was used in this study. This research uses literature study and documentation study to collect data. The multiple linear regression model, or OLS, is the analytic approach used in this study. The results of the data analysis show that the variables of female education level (X1), female employee tenure (X2) and number of female employees have a partial and simultaneous significant effect on the variables income of female employees (Y). Other results show that the contribution or contribution of the Education Level of Women (TPW), Years of Service of Female Employees (MKW) and Number of Female Employees (JKW) together have an influence on the Income of Female Employees (PKW), which is equal to 60.2380%. While the remaining 39.7620% is caused by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Gender is one of the important issues and current discussions in North Kalimantan Province. This is indicated by the contribution of women as workers in North Kalimantan who still lack participation with the gender empowerment index being in the range of 50 to 60. Focusing on the role and function of women in society and government in their contribution to the regional economy of North Kalimantan Province, it is necessary to increase the active role of women. The role and function of women is measured by 3 (three) factors, namely the presence of women in parliament, women in professional staff, women's income so that these three factors are independent variables in the research, which will influence the gender empowerment factor which is used as the dependent variable in this research. Developing and balanced gender empowerment can formally increase the role and position of women workers in society and encourage sustainable development in North Kalimantan Province. This research is quantitative research with secondary data sourced from BPS North Kalimantan Province. The research sample used 5 districts/cities in North Kalimantan Province, namely Kab. Malinau, Kab. Bulungan, Kab. Tana Tidung, Kab. Nunukan, Tarakan City. The research method uses a panel method for the period 2017 to 2022, with a panel data multiple linear regression model. The analytical tool used to calculate research data is Eviews 10. The alpha (α) value in the research is 5% or equivalent to 0.05 and the result is that all independent variables in the research are able to influence the dependent variable, namely the gender empowerment index to improve the role and position of the workforce. women and encourage sustainable development in North Kalimantan Province in the long term and support SDG's point 5, namely gender equality.

Abstract

Home is one of the basic needs for humans. Over time, the function of the house is also growing. Especially in Indonesia, the population is increasing every year, so the need for a place to live is also increasing. This research uses panel data with a sample of 34 provinces in Indonesia with a range from 2017 to 2022. The variables in the study are Home Ownership Status, Gro ss Regional Domestic Product, House Prices and Number of Houses. Calculations using the EViews 9 analysis tool by conducting hypothesis testing and classic assumption tests, it is expected that the variables used in the research are economic factors and have a significant influence and have a positive relationship in home ownership status.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the economic sectors that has a characteristic and contributes to the GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product) in East Java. East Java has a large tourism potential with a pattern of tourism development that can contribute to increasing East Java's economic growth. The role of the tourism sector in East Java can improve the national economy and contribute to the national GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the development of the tourism sector in East Java during 2016 to 2020 using the LQ (Location Quotient) method so as to produce the tourism sector in the basic or non-basic sector category. The data used is secondary data and this research is a quantitative research. Abstract

Gender merupakan konsep klasifikasi sifat maskulin (laki-laki) dan feminim(perempuan) yang dibentuk oleh sosio kultur, pendapat ini sejalan dengan pendapat pada umumnya kaum feminis yang berpendapat bahwa gender merupakan ketentuan masyarakat mengenai seseorang yang lahir dengan sifat kelaki-lakian (maskulin) atau sifat keperempuanan (feminis) adalah termasuk dari bidang kajian gender. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menganalisis peran pendidikan terhadap pembangunan gender di Provinsi Papua. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah penel data dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM) atau Least Square Dummy Variable (LSDV) model, dengan menggunakan data time series selama lima tahun (2017-2021) dan data cross section sebanyak 29 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Papua. Dengan LSDV model diharapkan dapat memperoleh hasil estimasi yang lebih efisien. Hal ini dikarenakan tingginya jumlah observasi yang memiliki implikasi pada data yang lebih informatif, lebih variatif, dan peningkatan derajat bebas (df). Hasil Estimasi data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Harapan Lama Sekolah (HLS) dan Pengeluaran Per Kapita disesuaikan Perempuan (PPKP) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Gender (IPG) menurut Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Papua dan Variabel Rata-Rata Lama Sekolah (RLS) secara parsial menunjukan tidak signifikan Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Gender (IPG) menurut Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Papua. Sedangkan hasil analisis regresi berganda secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Harapan Lama Sekolah (HLS), Rata-Rata lama Sekolah (RLS) dan Pengeluaran Per Kapita Disesuaikan Perempuan (PPKP) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Gender (IPG) menurut Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Papua
