Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in risk and return in the transportation sector during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used was quantitative, namely determining stock prices before Covid-19 and during Covid-19. Systematic and unsystematic risks and market equilibrium models are verified using the CAPM method. This article is expected to increase individual and investor knowledge in predicting profits and losses in investing. The results of the study show that there is no significant difference between stock returns in the transportation sector from 2017 to 2021 before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The hypothesis is supported by the data, with the paired t test producing significant results sig (2-tailed) > α value of 0.034 > 0.05. The stock returns in the transportation sector were not much different before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, there was no significant difference between stock risk in the transportation sector from 2017 to 2021 before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the paired t test with a sig (2-tailed) value > α value of 0.029 > 0.05 are used to support the conclusion that the hypothesis is supported. Abstract

The research was carried out in PT. Inasa Lafacos to know the relationship of quality of service and trust of customer loyalty on all parts of the consumer at PT. Inasa Lafacos. As for the purpose of this research is to know the relation of quality service to customer loyalty, loyalty towards the trust relationship customers in all parts of the consumer at PT. Lafacos Inasa. The research is descriptive-correlation with sample as much as 97 of the consumer and the data were analyzed using analysis of Rank Spearman. The results of this study suggest that (1) there is a significant relationship between the quality of service of customer loyalty on the whole consumer PT. Inasa Lafacos. This is attempted with the obtained t hitung (27.809) greater than t tabel (1,985). (2) There is a significant relationship between confidence in the loyalty of customers in all parts of the consumers of PT. Inasa Lafacos. This is attempted with the obtained t hitung (13.105) greater than t tabel (1,985). Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the overall quality of service and trust have better relationship towards customer loyalty, then the company should further increase as do concern employees against customers, employees can meet consumer complaints properly and also employees can serve consumers well. Need for improved performance of employees at PT. Inasa Lafacos by providing training (Traning) so that employees can improve or master the skills and techniques against the implementation of a particular work. PT. Inasa Lafacos need to do a survey to consumers by way of providing a questionnaire or interview is directly related to the perceived satisfaction of consumers.

Abstract

This research aimed to knowing the influence Profitability, Firm Size and liquidity of capital structure. The population in this research are all Manufacturing company cement industry sub-sector on LQ45 listed on the BEI from 2006 to 2015 period. This type of sampling in this research using purposive sampling technique. The data used in this research is secondary published data. The results showed that the Profitability has no effect on cement industry sub sector manufacture capital structure in 2006-2015, Firm size has effect on capital structure in the 2006-2015. Manufacturing company cement industry sub-sector, while Liquidity has no effect on cement industry sub sector manufacture capital structure in 2006-2015.Keywords: Manufacturing Companies cement industry sub-sector, Return on Equity, Debt To Equity, Firm size, liquidity.

Abstract

The influence of profitabilities and capital stucture to company performance. Research aims at explaning effect of profitability and capital stucture on company performance. Research also considers testing the effect of profitability and capital stucture simultaneously or partially on company performance. Study sample of 7 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Observation made during the period of 7 years, the years 2009-2015. Data analysis techniques used in the study was conducted using miltiple regression analysis. Results of research indicate that variables of profitability and capital structure simultaneoously provide significant effect on company performance. Partially, only variabel of profitability ROE significantly affect company performance, while ROA not. Also DER variable of Capital Structure don’t have significant affect on company performance.Keywords: Profitability, Capital Structure, Company Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between leadership style and organizational culture, the relationship between leadership and employee performance at PT. AKA Sinar group data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. This study had a sample of 20 employees and the data were analyzed using Spearman rank correlation analysis using SPSS Version 20. Research can show that (1) seeing the relationship between leadership style and organizational culture with employee performance at PT. AKA Sinar group. With Rank Spearman analysis obtained correlation value of 0.556 with a significance of 0.011 < 0.05, positive value and thre is a moderate relatinship. (2) There is an relationship with employee performance at PT. AKA Sinar group obtained spearman rank correlation coefficient of (0.455) and the significance of 0.44 < 0.05, with these results can be taken a decision that is positive and there is a moderate relationship. Abstract

He problem of the main objective of investors to invest their funds in the capital market is, among others, to get a maximum return on certain risks. Investors are interested in stocks that have positive and high returns because they will improve the welfare of investors. To attract investors, companies and improve their financial performance. Measurement of financial on thee performance can be done using financial ratios. so in this case if the financial performance of a company is good, it will automatically also affect the stock price movements in the capital market. As study To determine whether the measured financial performance is through the financial ratios of Gros Profit Margin (GPM) Earning Per Share (EPS), Debit to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets ( ROA) has a significant effect on stock returns. there is also a method that is used in this fixing is Addit Market Value (MVA) analysis, t test analysis and also F test is used by a sample of 8 companies through purposive sampling method. The results obtained in this study prove that the MVA analysis proves that the company's development moves simultaneously and is seen partially only Gros Profit Margin (GPM), which affects the Stock Return, but if viewed simultaneously addressing the four variables that affect significant to Stock Returns. Abstract

Abstract
