Abstract

Currently the tour and travel business in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase. This is seen from the high interest of Indonesian travelers to travelThis research is quantitative, the sample taken is active students in the even semester of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Indonesian Christian University, as many as 96 respondents. To measure the level of satisfaction of traveloka consumers, a performance analysis and performance of the Cartesian diagram is used, and the variables used in this study are professionalism and skills, attitudes and behavior, accessibility and flexibility, reliability and trustworthiness, recovery and reputation and credibility. Abstract

Currently experiencing increasingly rapid technological developments, which have influenced the current economic development. In this modern era, technological developments have made changes where the current payment system has shifted cash into a non-cash payment instrument, its development has further increased. This research is quantitative in nature, the sample was taken in the study, namely the Lippo Cikarang society of respondents as many as 100, to measure interest using Gopay, namely the F test, T test, R2 (coefficient of determination) used. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kepuasan warga Perumahan Lapangan Pors RW.004 Kelurahan Serdang Kecamatan Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat terhadap kinerja dari produk lotion anti nyamuk Soff. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 orang responden, yaitu warga perumahan lapangan Pors RW.004 Kelurahan Serdang Kecamatan Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dengan membaca buku-buku dan sumber data lainnya yang masih berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pengolahan data dengan metode Fishbein, sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdapat skala Likert di dalamnya, dan diagram kartesius. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai sikap sebagai tanggapan warga Perumahan Lapangan Pors RW.004 Kelurahan Serdang Kecamatan Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat atas atribut-atribut dari manfaat produk soff yang nilainya 162,8989 berada di kategori puas dengan persentase kepuasans ebesar 70,28%. Fenomena ini berarti sampai saat ini warga perumahan lapangan Pors RW.004 Kelurahan Serdang Kecamatan Kemayoran Jakarta Pusat telah merasa puas terhadap kinerja yang diberikan oleh produk losion anti nyamuk Lavenda.

Abstract

This study means to survey the effect of the usability of the Shopee application, saw security, and shopping experience on the goal to repurchase inside the Shopee application. The exploration utilizes a quantitative methodology, using an internet based poll made with Google Structures. A purposive testing procedure was used, including 100 respondents who are FEB understudies at the Universitas Kristen Indonesia and are customary clients of the Shopee application. The examination information was dissected through expressive measurable tests, old style supposition tests, various direct relapse investigation, t-tests, F-tests, and the cefficient of asurance. The consequences of the different direct relapse investigation yield the condition Y = 0.572 + 0.17 X1 + 0.256 X2 + 1.034 X3 + e, with a coefficient of assurance of 0.718. The t-test results for the Usability variable (X1) show an importance worth of 0.001 (p < 0.05), for the View of Safety variable (X2) the importance esteem is 0.001 (p < 0.05), and for the Shopping Experience variabIe (X3) the importance esteem is 0.001 (p < 0.05). The F-test creates an importance worth of 0.001 (p < 0.05). That's what the review presumes: 1) Usability fundamentally and decidedly impacts repurchase goal, 2) Saw security essentially and emphatically impacts repurchase aim, 3) Shopping experience essentially and decidedly impacts repurchase expectation, and 4) Convenience, Saw Security, and Shopping Experience together altogether affect repurchase aim.
