Abstract

Program Branchless Banking (BB) adalah program nasional yang dilaksanakan oleh Bank Indonesia untuk mencapai tujuan Keuangan Inklusif. Tujuan Keuangan Inklusif adalah untuk mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, menciptakan distribusi pendapatan yang adil bagi masyarakat serta mengurangi kemiskinan dan menstabilkan sistem keuangan dengan menyediakan akses keuangan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memotret implementasi program Branchless Banking di Kabupaten Sumedang, Provinsi Jawa Barat, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa layanan keuangan melalui agen Branchless Banking telah berjalan dengan baik dan lancar di wilayah Kabupaten Sumedang. Namun, sosialisasi program BB dalam hal perekrutan agen tidak dilakukan secara terbuka oleh Unit Bank tetapi dilakukan berdasarkan kriteria kepemilikan modal dan kegiatan bisnis. Unit Bank sebagai regulator di tingkat implementasi belum memperhitungkan kebutuhan pasar dan jenis produk sesuai dengan kegiatan bisnis agen dan pelanggan di masa depan. Karena itu, target pertumbuhan ekonomi sebagai tujuan keuangan inklusif masih sulit untuk dicapai.

Abstract

Currently the tour and travel business in Indonesia has experienced a rapid increase. This is seen from the high interest of Indonesian travelers to travelThis research is quantitative, the sample taken is active students in the even semester of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Indonesian Christian University, as many as 96 respondents. To measure the level of satisfaction of traveloka consumers, a performance analysis and performance of the Cartesian diagram is used, and the variables used in this study are professionalism and skills, attitudes and behavior, accessibility and flexibility, reliability and trustworthiness, recovery and reputation and credibility. Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing risks as a whole in red chili agribusiness in the Cibedug village, Ciawi area. West Java is one of the chili agribusiness centers closest to the capital city which is a very large market potential. Starting with a group discussion forum among red chili farmers, the authors use interviews as well as surveys of red chili agribusiness entrepreneurs. Data analysis was carried out in a simple qualitative and quantitative way that found at least 10 (ten) unwanted events and the impact of existing opportunities, unwanted events that must be prioritized to be mitigated. The most extreme risk of unwanted events namely different retail price constraints; end consumers who don't take much; profit margins are being eroded by unexpected costs and difficult to find marketing channels that buy routinely.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Pamatang Sidamanik. Tujuan PkM adalah untuk membangun motivasi masyarakat untuk mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif. Kegiatan PkM dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan masyarakat dari berbagai desa di Kecamatan Pematang Sidamanik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Materi ceramah adalah memberikan pengertian dan menjelaskan mengapa perlu ekonomi kreatif. Bahwa ekonomi kreatif muncul dari berpikir kreatif. Selanjutnya dijelaskan bagaimana mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif, antara lain dengan melalukan metode ATM (Amati, Tiru, Modifikasi). Selanjutnya dijelaskan tentang contoh-contoh desa yang telah mengembangkan ekonomi kreatif berdasarkan potensi yang dimiliki. Kata Kunci:ekonomi kreatif; berfikir kreatif; ATM (Amati Tiru Modifikasi) Abstract Community Service Activity is conducted in Pamatang Sidamanik District. The aims of Community Service Activity is to build community motivation to develop the creative economy. Community Service Activity is carried out by gathering people from various villages in Pematang Sidamanik District. The implementation of the activity is done by lecturing and question and answer method. The lecturing aims to provide understanding and explain, why needs a creative economy. Creative economy comes out from creative thinking. Furthermore, it is explained how to develop a creative economy, among others through the ATM method (Observe, Imitate, Modify). Abstract

Human resource is one of the main elements that’s crucial for a company because employees are very important in helping the company to reach the goal. The purpose of this study were to know the correlation of job satisfaction and organizational commitmen to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of the employees of Sales & Marketing Department, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan. This is a descriptive-correlational study with the number of 29 people as the population. Data analysis used is Rank Spearman analysis. The results of this study at a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) There’s a significant correlation between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the employees of Sales & Marketing Department, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan which is indicated from the value of 0,476 (sign 3,197 > 2,052), means that the correlation is postive and strong enough. (2) There’s a significant correlation between organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the employees of Sales & Marketing Department, The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan which is indicated from the value of 0,649 (sign 5,389 > 2,052), means that the correlation is postive and strong.Keywords: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

With higher dynamics of lifr makes people want everything quick and instant. It resulted with companies now starting to do e-commerce. The purpose of this research are to find out (1) celebrity endorser influence on purchasing decision in Tokopedia (2) brand image influence on purchasing decision in Tokopedia (3) reference group influence on purchasing decision in Tokopedia (4) age influence on purchasing decision in Tokopedia (5) celebrity endorser, brand image, reference group and age influences on purchasing decision in Tokopedia. Data were analyzed using Logistic Regression. The results of this research are (1) there is no significance influence between celebrity endorser and purchasing decision in Tokopedia. This is indicated by significant value 0.588 greater than 0.05 (2) ) there is significance influence between brand image and purchasing decision in Tokopedia. This is indicated by significant value 0.003 smaller than 0.05 (3) there is significance influence between reference group and purchasing decision in Tokopedia. This is indicated by significant value 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (4) there is no significance influence between age and purchasing decision in Tokopedia. This is indicated by significant value 0.186 greater than 0.05 (5) celebrity endorser, brand image, reference group and age together affect on purchasing decision in Tokopedia of 71.2%

Abstract

Exports are economic activities that can increase growth. However, during the ten years from 2018, the Indonesian economy to ASEAN experienced a growing deficit. The same thing happened in Indonesia's exports in total. The slowdown could occur due to a decrease in export volume and price decline. Therefore, this condition becomes a challenge for Indonesia's foreign trade. The problem becomes more severe for SMEs. Thus, efforts or strategies are needed to increase Indonesia's exports to ASEAN and the world. This paper is a simple study of the challenges and strategies of Indonesia's exports. Abstract

Corporate governance is a set of guidelines used by companies in managing their operations with the hope of maintaining productivity and sustainability, so as to optimize company profits. The objective of this research is to evaluate the impact or influence of corporate governance, both partially and simultaneously, on profitability in agricultural sub sector enterprises publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Assessment of corporate governance is carried out through indicators such as the composition of the board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee and institutional ownership, while profitability uses return on assets (ROA). This research utilizes a quantitative methodology utilizing secondary data acquired from financial reports, company annual reports, and corporate governance implementation reports. The data analysis methods used include quantitative descriptive statistics, data normality tests, multiple linear regression analysis, additionally conducting hypothesis testing utilizing the t test and F test. The outcomes of the t test research indicates that the variables concerning of the board of commissioners, board of directors and audit committee do not have a significant effect on profitability (ROA) agricultural sub-sector enterprises publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. However, institutional ownership has a significant effect on the company's profitability (ROA). The results of the study indicate the f test indicates that the variables board of commissioners, board of directors, audit committee and institutional ownership have a significant influence on the profitability (ROA) of agricultural sub sector enterprises publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

The objective of this paper is to describe and evaluate the implementation of community service conducted by the author from the Graduate Program of Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta to build community awareness of education and health, two forgotten areas that this service targeted for the Hmong tribe in Ban Nong, Hadxayfong District, Vientiane Prefecture, Laos. The steps and strategies chosen for this Hmong community outreach included a survey of health care and education opportunities and partner referrals on which the strategies were based. The strategy included counseling on healthy teeth and nails and promotion of the importance of schooling, especially for children, delivered through education, especially for young families (counseling on healthy teeth and nails and counseling on the essence of education), conducted through presentations to the participants with the support of World Prayer International. We conducted the outreach over a one-week period, during which it gave approximately 100 participants including mothers and children education and demonstrations on how to properly brush their teeth and take care of their nails to keep them free from disease. On average, 60% of the participants who attended this counseling claimed to understand how to brush their teeth properly, how to care for and clean their nails, and the importance of education for children. Awareness of the importance of maintaining healthy teeth and nails increased by 10% after they received the education. The outreach and community engagement strategy, especially the provision of toothbrush and nail clipper packs, made the outreach more effective as the researchers practiced it directly in front of the participants.
