Abstract

Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data berupa gambar dan video yang berisi objek kendaraan di lalu lintas. Data tersebut kemudian akan diproses menggunakan  algoritma pengolahan citra dan dikombinasikan dengan algoritma kecerdasan buatan. Penelitian ini akan difokuskan pada pengolahan citra berbasis algoritma hibrid Interest Point jenis Harris yang dapat mengoptimasi segmentasi citra objek. Proses tersebut dilakukan sebab segmentasi citra objek merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi hasil dari sistem. Pada akhirnya sistem akan dirancang untuk menghasilkan informasi baru sesuai dengan alur sistem yang didasarkan pada kebutuhan, antara lain: pengenalan kendaraan, pengklasifikasian kendaraan, perhitungan jumlah kendaraan, dan pergerakan kendaraan.

Abstract

Teknologi ITS dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan rekayasa lalu lintas seperti survei arus lalu lintas yang meliputi perhitungan volume dan komposisi jalan. Integrasi teknologi tersebut merupakan serangkaian teknik untuk mendeteksi kendaraan dan mengklasifikasikannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengadopsi beberapa metode antara lain sliding window untuk pencuplikan area, HOG sebagai deskriptor ciri objek, dan SVM yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan jenis kendaraan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan serangkaian metode tersebut dapat memberikan hasil deteksi dengan  nilai sensitifitas yang tinggi. Kata Kunci : ITS, survei arus lalu lintas, sliding window, HOG, SVM

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce a smart robot prototype that is able to attract toddlers' attention so that they can respond in the form of motor movements. The making of smart robots will be adjusted to the needs of toddler stimulation in the form of movement interactions approaching or away from objects so that toddlers are triggered to chase or avoid the robot. Educational games that are designed appropriately for toddlers can improve their motor development. This can occur due to stimulating activities from educational games that can stimulate the toddler's brain. Smart robots are one of the educational game technology products that apply the concept of the industrial revolution 4.0. The smart robot prototype design will use the Arduino Mega microcontroller. The microcontroller input is obtained from a proximity sensor that is implanted in the robot's body. The essence of the smart robot in this study is a dynamic and very flexible robot movement caused by the use of the omni wheel as a driving wheel.

Abstract

The Public Relations and Protocol Working Group (Pokja Humas) of Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang (PNUP) faces challenges in providing interactive and responsive information services. The official website functions only as a one-way medium, and the high volume of repeated questions causes delays in response time. This study developed a public relations chatbot based on Large Language Model (LLM) using the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) method to improve information services. The chatbot data were obtained through web scraping of the PNUP official website and internal PDF documents, which were processed through preprocessing, text splitting, and embedding using Hugging Face and stored in a FAISS vectorstore. The system was built using FastAPI as the backend and web-based interfaces for admin and user interactions. The results show that User Acceptance Test (UAT) involving 35 respondents achieved 91.93% acceptance (very good). The Retrieval-Augmented Generation Assessment (RAGAS) evaluation achieved average scores of 0.89 for Faithfulness, 0.91 for Answer Relevancy, 0.89 for Context Precision, and 0.89 for Context Recall, indicating that the chatbot produced relevant and contextually accurate answers.
