Abstract

Latar belakang: program kesehatan yang diharapkan menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian anak balita adalah buku KIA. Upaya  strategis desentralisasi untuk meningkatkan kemandirian keluarga dan masyarakat dalam memelihara kesehatan anak adalah mengembangkan model peningkatan penggunaan buku KIA oleh masyarakat melalui Kelas Ibu Balita (1). Desa Krowe Kecamatan Lembeyan Kabupaten Magetan belum melaksanakan program kelas ibu balita sampai dengan tahun 2020. Hal ini dikarenakan kader belum memahami   program kelas ibu balita. Kader beranggapan  kelas ibu balita dapat dilaksanakan bersamaan  Posyandu. Kegiatan rutin posyandu hanya penimbangan, imunisasi, belum ada penyuluhan khusus terkait perawatan anak. Penyuluhan diberikan bersifat individu apabila ada anak yang bermasalah. Tujuan: Pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang pelaksanaan kelas ibu balita dan perawatan anak meningkat setelah mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi kelas ibu balita. Kader menindaklanjuti melaksanakan kelas ibu balita dengan pendampingan dari tenaga kesehatan. Metode: Peserta 36  kader Posyandu. Fasilitator adalah dosen, mahasiswa, bidan puskesmas, bidan desa. Metode pembelajaran  ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktek. Media pembelajaran  lembar balik kelas ibu balita, buku KIA,  food model,  model gigi,  alat permainan edukatif,  LCD. Tempat pelaksanaan di Balai Desa Krowe. Waktu  pelaksanaan tujuh  pertemuan. Evaluasi   dilakukan dengan pre tes dan pos tes  setiap materi.  Hasil: ada peningkatan rata-rata nilai post tes dibandingkan pretes. Kesimpulan: ada peningkatan pengetahuan kader tentang pelaksanaan kelas ibu balita dan perawatan bayi dan balita setelah mengikuti kelas ibu balita. Kader diharapkan dapat menindaklanjuti melaksanakan kelas ibu balita dengan pendampingan tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

The Maternal Mortality Rate in Magetan Regency in 2018 increased by 157.08/100,000 compared to 2017 at 97.57 / 100,000 live births. The increase in the number of high-risk pregnancies in 2018, which amounted to 24.60% also contributed to the high MMR in Magetan District. Based on the findings above, Magetan Regency has implemented the MAYANGSARII by cadres. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of cadre training in improving the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of MAYANGSARII. In this study, the type was analytic with a pre-experimental design in the form of a One Group Pre-Post Test design with a population of 50 cadres of PKK IV. Samples are taken with the total population. The instrument collects data on knowledge and attitudes using a questionnaire while the skills to use the checklist. The results of the study were analyzed by descriptive univariate in the form of mean, median, mode, and standard deviation and bivariate with Paired Samples T-Test. The results of the study showed that the average value of cadres' knowledge, attitudes, and skills after training increased. From the results of hypothesis testing the variable knowledge, attitudes, and skills obtained a value of p = 0,000. The conclusion of this study is that cadre training is effective in increasing the knowledge, attitudes, and skills of MAYANGSARII cadres. It is recommended that the Magetan District Health Office continue to train MAYANGSARII cadres as a form of community empowerment in an effort to reduce AKI and AKB in the Magetan district.

Abstract

This community empowerment activity is carried out in the form of mentoring for the people of Bedagung Village, Panekan District, Magetan Regency, East Java. The people of Bedagung Village, Panekan District, Magetan Regency, are very anxious and afraid of the ferocity of the Covid-19 Non-Natural Disaster. Besides they face natural disasters of landslides and cyclones every year, they are currently facing the ferocity of the Covid 19 pandemic. Bedagung village is located on the slopes of a mountain so it is very prone to natural disasters, landslides. Based on these problems, the role of academics is needed to improve preparedness and Disaster Risk Reduction, through community empowerment. Community empowerment is very much needed through the assistance of Interprofession Collaboration (IPC) and Interprofession Education (IPE) approaches with Disaster Mitigation And Training (DMT). The purpose of empowering community assistance is to realize a Healthy Village through preparedness and disaster risk reduction in dealing with the threat of natural disasters and non-natural disasters (Covid-19). Methods to achieve the goal with the Golden Triangle, namely: 1) apply research and expertise; 2) build university cooperation; 3) apply IPC and IPE from 5 (five) professions, namely the profession of Midwife, Nurse, Electromedical Engineering, Environmental Health and management science. Parties involved in this activity: 1) Magetan Regency Government; 2) Bedagung Village Government; 3) Community health center; 4) Disaster Preparedness Village Team; and 5) Regional Disaster Management Agency. Activities carried out to achieve the objectives include: 1) classical material; 2) field practice; 3) follow-up implementation. The time for empowerment activities is 6 months. Outputs: 1) Journal publications; 2) publication through mass media; 3) Intellectual Property Rights; 4) update the Village Disaster Risk map; 5) the establishment of a Destanasif Task Force (Comprehensive Disaster Resilient Village); 6) have a Volunteer certificate and a trainer certificate; 7) training module with ISBN.
