The economic instability following the pandemic has had an impact on small businesses, including Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which have experienced a decline in income and even bankruptcy. Therefore, strategies are needed for MSMEs to survive and develop their businesses. One of the MSMEs in Cirebon City affected by Covid-19 is Aliyah Cake, a snack business that offers various snacks with unique flavors and shapes. The objective of this MSME program is to provide education and assistance in digital promotion, with the hope of increasing sales and the number of customers. The empowerment activities for MSMEs will be carried out for a period of 2 months, from November 2021 to December 2021. The results obtained after implementing the program show that Aliyah Cake is now able to independently conduct digital promotions by creating attractive photos or videos, which have generated visually appealing content that attracts buyers.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Net Profit Margin and Earnings Per Share on the stock prices of IDX-listed manufacturing businesses from 2015 to 2019. The adopted technique of research is quantitative research. This research utilizes net profit margin and profits per share as independent variables. The stock price serves as the dependent variable. The sample for this research consisted of 21 manufacturing companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2015-2019 and were chosen using the technique of purposive selection based on certain criteria. The method employed in this research is an SPSS-based multiple linear regression analysis. The t test revealed that the NPM and EPS variables had a positive and statistically significant effect on stock prices. If Net Profit Margin (NPM) increases in value, so does the share price, resulting in a rise in stock prices. Therefore, it can be extrapolated that investors must enhance their ability to comprehend the information provided by the company in annual reports and financial reports. Permits investors to assess the factors that may affect the growth in a company's stock price, the level of risk, and the resulting rate of return. Before investing money, investors might make better decisions if they are well-informed.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of Net Interest Margin and the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, as well as the combined effect of Net Interest Margin and Capital Adequacy Ratio on stock prices. A quantitative research method was employed for this study. The population consisted of 37 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method used was purposive sampling, selecting 20 companies that were consistent and met the sample selection criteria during the period from 2020 to 2023, resulting in 60 data points after the outlier removal process. The analytical model applied in this hypothesis includes descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, regression equations, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficients of determination. The findings indicate that NIM does not have a significant effect on stock prices, CAR also does not significantly affect stock prices, and together, NIM and CAR do not have a significant impact on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in sales, operating costs, and net income before and after the 11% income tax rate increase. The population in this study were non-cylical consumer companies with a research sample of 24 food and beverage sub-sector companies eliminated by several criteria. The research method used is descriptive and comparative statistics with normality tests, assumption tests, and different tests, researchers use the help of SPSS software version 22. The results showed that there were differences in sales because the increase in VAT had an impact on the increase in selling prices. Then, there are differences in operating costs because VAT is attached to the price of raw materials that the company will purchase, resulting in an increase in the cost of goods manufactured. The increase in the cost of goods produced has an impact on increasing operating costs. Meanwhile, there is no difference in net profit before and after the VAT increase, this is because the company's profit is not directly related to changes in VAT because it has been considered at the time of charging operational costs and the company's profit is more dominantly influenced by changes in income tax.

A descriptive approach and a quantitative method are the research methodologies employed. All banks owned by the Indonesian government between 2019 and 2023 made up the study's population. Through assessment, the sample was employed. With a significant value (α) of 0.076 and a t-count value of 1.825, the study's findings were found to be greater than 0.05 (0.076> 0.05). The study's partial results revealed a t-count value of 2.944 and a significance value (α) of 0.006, meaning that 0.006 is less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic factors on investment decisions, especially in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2020-2023. The financial factors that are the focus of this research are inflation and interest rates, with investment decisions proxied by the Price Earning Ratio (PER). The sample in this study consisted of 8 companies selected using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the research population includes all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, including as many as 94 companies. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression techniques to measure the effect of inflation and interest rates on investment decisions. The results showed that inflation positively and significantly influences investment decisions as measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER). This means that an increase in inflation drives an increase in PER, which indicates that investors still have optimism about the prospects for investment in the property and real estate sector despite inflationary pressures. Conversely, interest rates have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions, which means that an increase in interest rates causes a decrease in PER. This shows that when interest rates increase, investors tend to shift their investments to safer instruments, thereby reducing interest in property and real estate stocks.

Abstract

The health of financial performance is a determinant of a company's value. This is reflected as a record of good company performance in carrying out its operations. However, in addition to healthy financial performance factors, corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices are used as a reference for investors in assessing companies to provide funding. This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of profitability and company size on company value with corporate social responsibility as a moderation variable. The population used as the object of observation used is an energy sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 - 2022 using quantitative methods with purposive sampling as a sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using Panel Data Regression Analysis and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of Eviews 12. Based on the findings in the study, that profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value, company size has a negative and insignificant effect on company value, CSR moderation variables moderate the effect of profitability on company value, CSR moderation variables are not able to moderate the effect of company size on company value on company value. Thus, researchers conclude that companies should optimize operations to identify profitable growth opportunities, organizational restructuring or unnecessary bureaucratic cuts to improve operational efficiency, and strengthen their commitment to corporate social responsibility practices as an integral part of their business strategy.
