Varicella and herpes zoster are two infectious skin diseases of human that caused by varicella zoster virus, where varicella disease is a primary infection that often infected younger people while herpes zoster disease is a recurrent disease that often infected older people because of reactivation of latent varicella-zoster virus. If the pain caused by herpes zoster after recurrent phase is a appeared then the condition is known as postherpetic neuralgia. This study builds a mathematical model of primary infection (varicella disease) and recurrent infection (herpes zoster disease) developed from the SIR model (Susceptible, Infected, Recovered). The human population is divided into seven subpopulations, namely susceptible, infection, recovered of varicella, herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia subpopulation. Stability analysis at the critical point by linearization method gives a critical point ð‘‡1 that guaranted to exist and unstable if 𛼠ðœ‡(ð›½1+ðœ‡) ð´ , while the critical point ð‘‡1 does not have any reqruitment. Stability analysis at the endemic disease-free critical point is represented ð‘‡1 that will be unstable if ð‘‡2 exist and stable ð‘‡1 if ð‘‡2 exist. Numerical simulations by simulated to describe such temporary disease-free conditions and an endemic stable conditions.

The goal of this study is to determine the level of fibre contained in bakso made from rice shiftings. The analysis employed gravimetric method with fibretherm apparatus. Firstly, the sample was defatted through n-hexanic soxhletation. After that,the gravimetric treatment was carried out in the apparatus to obtain the weight of the fibre. The data were then converted to percentage value. This step resulted the content of the fibre as following as 0.41; 0.23; 0.34; and 0.36% repectively for four samples. It shows that the level of those are below the standard of SNI 01-4439-1998.

Abstract: The Development of Instrument for Learning Outcomes of Al-Quran and Hadith Learning in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Makassar. This study aimed to develop an instrument for evaluating the learning outcomes of the Qur'an and hadith in Madrasah Aliyah in the realm of affective, cognitive and psychomotor. This research was an instrument development research that used 3D models and involved 252 subjects in class XI in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Makassar City. Data analysis techniques in content validation were carried out qualitatively using expert judgment and in empirical validation was inferential quantitative analysis and item analysis. The results showed that (1) the learning outcomes of the Qur'an and hadith were in the cognitive domain of class XI in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Makassar, in the form of a multiple choice test package 1 with 5 answer choices and 28 items and its reliability was 0.939 while the multiple choice test package 2 with 5 choices answers and 26 items and their reliability were 0.906 (2) The results of development of the instrument of learning assessment results of the Qur'an and hadith were in the affective domain of class XI in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Makassar, in the form of self-assessment scale with 27 statements and the reliability of 0.741 (3) The results of development of the instrument assessment of learning outcomes of the Qur'an and hadith were in the psychomotor domain of class XI in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 3 Makassar in the form of performance, with 13 statements accompanied by an assessment rubric. Based on the results of calculation of content and empirical validity, these cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domain assessment instruments were stated to be accepted.

The low level of fulfillment of learning needs is an obstacle for students; besides that, the use of a curriculum that is still based on a rote system and the lack of diverse values result in students being passive in the teaching and learning process. As students have a variety of characteristics that must be met, one way of learning diversity is Indonesian. This research aims to see the results of differentiated learning in the implementation of the independent curriculum in Indonesian language subjects held in class IX-A at MAS As'adiyah Putri Sengkang as the subject of research. Then the approach taken is qualitative with a descriptive analysis method, which is carried out in two parts, namely activity analysis and other files. The results obtained show that differentiated learning is suitable for practice in the classroom environment at school as part of the learning requirements in Indonesian language lessons. So the hope is that students can develop their learning activities optimally. This can be seen in the evaluation section, which shows the diversity that exists within each student.

This research discusses the creativity of teachers in developing students' creative thinking skills, the demand of the 21st century that demands the educational world to create a generation that has the ability to think creatively and critically. Such abilities can be developed if the creativity of the teacher is run optimally. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Long using descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that: As for the forms of creativity carried out by teachers by strengthening their abilities through: First: Strengthening the ability to think smoothly, discussions with fellow teachers can produce different ideas. Second: Improving the ability to think luwes, when the teacher's learning process uses projector media to convey the learning material. Third: Improvement of original thinking, teacher varies learning methods, they not only use lecture methods but use discussion methods and ask answers. Fourth: Improved ability to detail or elaborate teachers to apply existing media, by inviting students to participate in the creation of learning media. As for the inhibitory factors that influence the creativity of teachers in developing the creative thinking skills of students in the upper class SDN 1 Long is the first: the lack of training or seminars provided by the school that makes it difficult for teachers to develop information or its intelligence. Second: the ability of the pupils to learn differently so that the teachers have difficulty explaining the material attached.

With the empowerment of the elderly in terms of posyandu aspects for the elderly, it is hoped that the elderly will be healthy, independent, qualified and productive. In line with that, the elderly do not feel burdened and must be able to know how to interpret the elderly from burdens to assets. The objectives of this activity include: 1) Providing motivation to partner communities, especially the elderly posyandu in increasing care for the elderly, 2) The ability and success of partner communities depends on family participation in caring for and handling family members, 3) The outputs of this activity are in the form of increasing the knowledge of families and the elderly about efforts to empower themselves, 4) This activity is expected to create a good synergy between health facilities, both puskesmas and posyandu for the elderly in improving the health status and independence of the elderly. Due to the current pandemic conditions, this activity was carried out online using a zoom meeting. The number of participants who were successfully recorded was based on the attendance list of 20 people. The activity of providing material lasted for approximately 50 minutes and at the end of the session the presenters gave the opportunity for participants to ask questions related to the material that had been delivered

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah(PBM)yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam mnyelesaikan soal cerita keliling dan luas daerah persegi panjang di kelas VII C MTsN 1 Palu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Desain penelitian ini mengacu pada desain penelitian Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui penerapan model PBM dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah, yaitu (1) orientasi siswa pada masalah menggunakan power point, hasil yang didapatkan pada fase ini adalah hampir semua siswa memperhatikan penyampaian guru dan aktif mencari tahu cara penyelesaian masalah keliling persegi panjang pada siklus I dan luas daerah persegi panjang pada siklus II dengan memberikan tanggapan terhadap masalah yang diberikan oleh guru.(2) mengorganisasikan siswa untuk belajar, hasil yang didapatkan pada fase ini di siklus I adalah masih ada siswa yang menunjukkan ketidaksetujuannya kepada guru tentang anggota kelompoknya yang telah ditentukan. Hasil yang didapatkan pada fase ini di siklus II adalah semua siswa langsung membentuk kelompok sesuai dengan anggota kelompok yang telah ditentukan oleh guru. (3) membantu penyelidikan individual maupun kelompok. Hasil yang didapatkan pada fase ini adalah siswa mampu untuk mengungkapkan ide-ide mereka dalam menjawab masalah yang ada dalam LKS melalui diskusi kelompok. Selain itu, siswa sudah dapat menggunakan rumus keliling persegi panjang dengan bantuan seperlunya dari guru jika siswa mengalami kesulitan pada siklus II. (4) mengembangkan dan menyajikan hasil karya, Hasil yang didapatkan pada fase ini di siklus I adalah siswa sudah mampu mempresentasikan hasil pekerjaan kelompoknya dengan penguasaan topik dan proses pengerjaan yang cukup baik. (5) menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses pemecahan masalah, Hasil yang didapatkan pada fase ini adalah siswa sudah mampu menganalisis hasil proses pemecahan masalah keliling persegi panjang di siklus I dan masalah luas daerah persegi panjang di siklus II. Puskesmas ramah anak pada kabupaten luwu timur belum berjalan secara maksimal karena masih banyak kendala sehingga puskesmas ramah anak masih sulit untuk di wujudkan antara lain, Sumber Daya Manusia, Sarana dan Prasaran, Pelayanan, Media, Pengelolaan Data, Partisipasi Anak, dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Tujuan Untuk mendapatkan informasi secara mendalam, mengkaji dan menganalisis mengenai pelaksanaan Puskesmas Ramah Anak di Kabupaten Luwu Timur. Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sumber data di peroleh dari 7 informan biasa dari 3 puskesmas wawondulla, 2 Puskesmas Malili dan 2 Puskesmas Burau, 1 diantanya terakreditasi Madya dan 2 terakreditasi Utama, 1 informan kunci Dinas Kesehatan dan 1 informan pendukung dari Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Dan Perlindungan Anak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan Sumber daya manusia belum sepenuhnya terpenuhi masih kurangnya pengetahuan petugas kesehatan mengenai Konvensi Hak Anak dan sarana serta prasarana merupakan inovasi sendiri dari puskesmas tersebut. Puskesmas ramah anak di luwu timur belum memenuhi indikator dan masih kurangnya perhatian terhadap hak anak. Pemerintah perlu lebih memeratakan informasi mengenai puskesmas ramah anak.
