Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand the effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) and organizational culture on productivity. It was a quantitative research was conducted ten schools located in Jakarta Centre.The research uses a survey method with path analysis was applied in testing hypothesis. It was conducted to 153 teachers at Private Catholic Elementary Schools as the respondents which were selected in a simple random way.The result of this study are: (1). There is a positive direct effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on productivity. (2). There is a positive direct effect of organizational culture on productivity, and (3). There is a positive direct effect of Quality Of Work Life (QWL) on organizational culture.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quality Of Work Life (QWL) dan budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas. Itu adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan sepuluh sekolah yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur yang diterapkan dalam pengujian hipotesis. Hal ini dilakukan kepada 153 guru di Sekolah Dasar Katolik Swasta sebagai responden yang dipilih secara acak sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1). Ada efek langsung positif dari Quality Of Work Life (QWL) terhadap produktivitas. (2). Ada pengaruh langsung positif dari budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas, dan (3). Ada efek langsung positif dari Quality Of Work Life (QWL) terhadap budaya organisasi. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Hidup Kerja (QWL), Budaya Organisasi, Produktivitas

Abstract

Digital transformation has created new opportunities and challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. In this context, entrepreneurship management strategies have become a crucial element in ensuring the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs amid rapid technological changes. This study aims to identify and analyse the entrepreneurship management strategies used by MSMEs in facing the digital economy era. Using a qualitative approach with case studies on several MSMEs in the trade and service sectors, data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation. The results of the study indicate that a combination of product innovation, the use of digital technology (such as e-commerce and social media), and managerial capacity development are key factors in strengthening the competitive position of MSMEs. Additionally, adaptability to market changes and the ability to build digital business networks were also found to significantly contribute to business growth. The implications of these findings highlight the need for policy support and continuous training to enhance digital literacy and strategic management among SMEs.

Abstract

Peran Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) sangat penting dalam menopang perekonomian nasional, termasuk di wilayah Papua Barat yang sedang berkembang pesat. Dunia Print Manokwari sebagai salah satu UMKM di sektor jasa percetakan menghadapi dinamika pasar yang kompleks, mulai dari perubahan perilaku konsumen hingga peningkatan persaingan di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal Dunia Print Manokwari serta merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang tepat untuk meningkatkan daya saing usaha. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan dukungan analisis kuantitatif sederhana melalui teknik Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) serta Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dunia Print Manokwari berada pada posisi kuadran II (growth and build) dengan total skor SWOT sebesar 2,90, yang menunjukkan kondisi stabil dan peluang pengembangan yang besar. Melalui analisis QSPM, diperoleh lima strategi utama dengan prioritas tertinggi yaitu penguatan promosi digital melalui media sosial dan katalog online dengan nilai daya tarik tertinggi (Total Attractiveness Score/TAS = 6,35). Berdasarkan konsep bauran pemasaran 7P (produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang, proses, dan bukti fisik), Dunia Print Manokwari telah memiliki keunggulan pada kualitas produk, harga kompetitif, dan lokasi strategis, namun masih perlu perbaikan pada aspek promosi digital, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, dan tampilan fisik usaha. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi digital merupakan langkah strategis bagi UMKM percetakan untuk memperkuat daya saing dan memperluas pangsa pasar di era ekonomi kreatif. Penerapan strategi berbasis digital marketing diharapkan mampu meningkatkan visibilitas merek, efisiensi operasional, dan loyalitas pelanggan, sekaligus mendorong kontribusi UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah Papua Barat.
