Abstract

Abstraksi Penyuluh agama Islam Kecamatan Bandar Dua menyikapi konflik pelaksanaan shalat tarawih dengan berbagai upaya. Penyuluh agama Islam fungsional dan honorer bertindak sebagai sebagai fasilitator dan bersikap netral dalam menghadapi perbedaan yang mengarah kepada konflik horizontal yang lebih besar.Dialog menjadi media yang dikembangkan dengan melibatkan sebanyak mungkin pihak ataupun tokoh agama. Melalui dialog, beberapa pemahaman yang sebelumnya tampak bertentangan, dapat bersanding secara damai dan tidak memunculkan konflik.   Abstract Religious Conselour of Islam of Bandar Dua Sub-district addressing conflict in the implementation of tarawih prayers with various efforts. Religious Counselor of Islam and officer act as a facilitator and to be neutral in facing differences that leads to greater horizontal conflicts. Dialogue becomes developed media by involving as many parties or religious figures. Through dialogue, some understandings that previously seemed contradictory, can be coupled with peacefully and without conflict.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership and capacity building strategies in the construction of improving the quality of madrasas in Madrasah Aliyah Private (MAS) Patra Mandiri Palembang. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with a case study design, which focuses on the leadership practices of madrasah heads, strengthening the capacity of human resources, and the implementation of the internal quality assurance system (SPMI). Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed with the interactive model Miles, Huberman, and SaldaƱa. The results of the study show that madrasah heads play the role of transformational leaders who combine Islamic values with modern management principles, building a reflective, collaborative, and quality-oriented culture. The capacity building strategy is implemented through continuous training, reflective supervision, and the formation of a professional learning community, which collectively strengthens the professionalism of teachers and the madrasah work climate. This finding confirms that the synergy between value-based leadership and capacity building is the main foundation in realizing the quality of religious, adaptive, and competitive madrasas. This research provides theoretical contributions to the development of Islamic education management as well as practical implications for policy makers in designing sustainable and contextual quality improvement models.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru tingkat taman kanak-kanak pada program penggerak sekolah Kabupaten Bireuen, ruang lingkup penelitian adalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengorganisasian dan pengawasan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana metode pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dimana semua guru diikut sertakan dalam perencanaan perencanaan awal sekolah, visi dan misi serta kepala sekolah memberikan format dalam penyusunan modul terbuka. Pengorganisasian kepala sekolah menerapkan sesuai dengan yang ditetapkan dalam penilaian kinerja kepala sekolah, kepala sekolah memiliki kemampuan dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas kepemimpinan dengan baik, yang diwujudkan dalam kemampuan menyusun program sekolah, personalia organisasi, memberdayakan tenaga kependidikan dan mendayagunakan sumber daya sekolah secara optimal. Pelaksanaan kepala sekolah selalu memberikan bimbingan dan dorongan kepada guru agar mampu meningkatkan kinerjanya sehingga mampu meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Kegiatan pengawasan atau monitoring terdapat dalam program sekolah dan program kerja kepala setiap TK Penggerak Kabupaten Bireuen dengan dilakukannya pemeriksaan kehadiran tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, ataupun daftar hadir peserta kegiatan atau pelatihan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the process of creativity of school principals, obstacles faced by school principals and what solutions are taken by school principals to improve teacher effectiveness in learning at SD Negeri 1 Lamcot Aceh Besar Regency. This research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis process is carried out qualitatively with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the managerial creativity process of school principals improves the quality of learning by increasing teacher abilities through coaching in the learning process. The second step is to increase teacher discipline or enforce teacher discipline, increase teacher behavior standards, and implement all regulations. The third step, increasing teacher motivation, is to create a harmonious situation, fulfill all the necessary equipment and provide rewards and punishments. The fourth step, I hold training, bring tutors to schools, and provide opportunities to continue their education, assign teachers according to their fields, and hold meetings at the beginning of each semester

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of principal supervision in improving the performance of elementary school class teachers in cluster XXXVI Ateuk, Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection through in-depth interviews and observations. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results of the study show that the supervision of the principal plays a role in improving teacher performance, improving teacher performance, especially in the learning process. The role of the principal as a supervisor in improving teacher performance is to act as a coordinator, consultant, group leader and evaluator. Supervision activities of school principals in improving teacher performance are carried out through planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of supervision is carried out to see the condition of learning activities carried out by teachers, namely, to check the suitability of learning tools with their application in class, if not this is what is evaluated, and guidance and coaching are carried out to be better.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the principal's leadership style and teacher motivation and student character in SD Negeri Cluster Lambada Klieng, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency. The type of research used is ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The study population was 117 teachers who taught at SD Cluster. The sampling technique uses random sampling, with a selected sample of 31 teachers from 9 elementary schools in the cluster. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, and the data is analyzed by simple regression calculations and multiple regression. The results showed that there was an influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) on the character of students (Y) in the Lambada Klieng Cluster, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency, with a percentage of 23%. There is an influence of teacher motivation (X2) on student character (Y) in SD Negeri Cluster Lambada Klieng, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency, with a percentage of 05.9%. There is an influence of the principal's leadership style (X1) and teacher motivation (X2) on the character of students (Y) in the Lambada Klieng Cluster, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency with a percentage of 23.4%.
