Abstract

Indonesian workers or migrant workers could be interpreted as someone who will, is working and has been working abroad outside their country of origin, whether they meet the requirements or not and through legal or illegal channels.  A person who travels abroad to work is referred to as a TKI.  Becoming a TKI can have an impact on the family, especially harmony. This research aims to determine the impact of TKI on family harmony in Kampung Kotagajah.  Field research is the type of research that used in this thesis, using the nature of qualitative descriptive research.  Research in this thesis used the data collection techniques in the form of interview and documentation. The interview were conducted with the village apparatus from Kotagajah , Bayan Kampung Kotagajah, five people who became TKIs, the TKI families, and the local environment. based on research results, the factors that encourage the society of Kampung Kotagajah to work abroad is the low of economic.  The impact that appears on the TKI family in the are positive and negative. Meanwhile, from the positive impact is that the family's economic situation improves, while disputes, infidelity, lack of affection for children to divorce are the negative impacts of TKI on families.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is a process of providing assistance from the guidance and counseling teacher to students or students in an effort to solve all the problems faced by students or students, not only students who come to provide counseling guidance in problematic situations but also come of their own free will to provide guidance and counseling. counseling.This research aims to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in developing the talents of students at State High School 2 Sekampung, East Lampung Regency. This type of research is field research, with the nature of qualitative descriptive research. This research uses interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. Interviews were conducted with resource persons, namely BK teachers, class X students at State High School 2 Sekampung, and parents. The data was analyzed deductively.Based on the research results, guidance and counseling teachers have played a role in developing the talents of students at State High School 2 Sekampung, East Lampung Regency, namely as mentors and as information providers whose job is to provide material using classical services, individual services, and distribution and placement services. Guidance and guidance teachers as counselors maximize clasical services so that students who do not routinely receive individual guidance are still given guidance and counseling using classical services carried out in the classroom

Abstract

Guidance and counseling is a process of assisting someone in solving and dealing with problems in their life through an extension worker, either by preventing problems from arising or by finding solutions to their problems. This study aims to determine guidance and counseling in optimizing students' interest in continuing their tertiary studies at the eleventh grade of Vocational High School PGRI 1 Transpram II Labuhan Ratu Lampung Timur. This type of research is field research, with the nature of qualitative descriptive research. This study uses interview data collection techniques, observation, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with the Head of the eleventh grade of Vocational High School PGRI 1 Transpram II, Deputy Student Affairs, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Counseling Teachers, eight students, and two alums of the eleventh grade of Vocational High School PGRI 1 Transpram II. All these data were analyzed deductively. Based on the results of research, guidance, and counseling in optimizing the interest of students continuing their tertiary studies at the eleventh grade of Vocational High School PGRI 1 Transpram II Labuhan Ratu Lampung Timur in its implementation uses orientation services, information services, placement, and distribution services, classical guidance services, and individual guidance services. Factors influencing students' interest in continuing their studies at tertiary institutions are support from the school, motivation, and support from the family.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kecemasan public speaking siswa sebelum dan setelah di berikan pendekatan rational emotive behavioural therapy (REBT), serta gambaran umum memberikan pendekatan REBT dalam menurunkan kecemasan public speaking siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasy exsperiment . Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan angket pre-test, post-tes dan dokumentasi.  Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis nonparametric yaitu uji wilcoxon.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebelum diberikan pendekatam REBT diperoleh hasil rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 32,47 tergolong kategori “Tinggi”. Sedangkan setelah diberikan REBT diperoleh hasil rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 48,08 tergolong pada kategori “Sedang”. Dari hasil uji wilcoxon menunjukan Signifikasi (2-tailed) yaitu 0.000 < 0.05 (nilai ), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat penurunan tingkat kecemasan public speaking siswa pada kelas eksperimen dan tidak terdapat penurunan tingkat kecemasan public speaking siswa  pada kelas kontrol. REBT dapat menurunkan kecemasan public speaking siswa. Teknik ini dapat digunakan oleh guru dalam mengurangi kecemasan public speaking siswa. Penelitian ini memperkuat public speaking siswa dengan teknik REBT yang mampu menurunkan kecemasan saat berbicara didepan umum.
