Abstract

Introduction: Hazardous and Toxic Materials (B3) waste management is a crucial issue in efforts to protect the environment and public health. The main problems include low compliance with regulations, waste management that does not meet standards, lack of public awareness, weak supervision, and lack of adequate processing technology.Purposes of The Devotion: This legal counseling aims to increase the understanding and commitment of all parties in managing B3 waste responsibly, so as to prevent environmental pollution and protect public health. Method of The Devotion: Legal counseling activities are carried out by the panel discussion method where the presenter delivers the material in turn then continues with a question and answer between the speaker and the community.Results Main Findings of the Devotion: The results of the study indicate that the socialization carried out by the local government is still limited, both in terms of frequency and reach of participants. The community in Gadingan Village still has a low understanding of the importance of environmental protection based on the law. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the intensity of socialization and more active community involvement in environmental programs. This study is expected to contribute to efforts to increase community understanding of the importance of environmental management and protection in accordance with the provisions in force in Law Number 32 of 2009.

Abstract

Air pollution is a significant environmental issue with severe consequences for human health and ecosystems. In Indonesia, particularly in major cities, high levels of air pollution pose a serious threat to public health and quality of life. The primary contributors include emissions from motor vehicles, industrial activities, and forest fires. However, law enforcement against polluters remains weak, and protection for victims is inadequate. This study examines law enforcement efforts aimed at protecting victims of air pollution and the government’s role in fostering a cleaner environment. A normative legal research method with a qualitative approach was employed. The findings highlight the urgent need to strengthen regulations, improve institutional coordination, and implement policies that effectively reduce pollution. Additionally, public awareness must be enhanced to ensure sustainable air quality and long-term environmental preservation.

Abstract

This journal analyzes Bank Muamalat's performance based on the financial ratio and the Sharia Maqashid Index for the 2014 period to 2022. This study aims to assess the financial stability of the bank and their obedience to Islamic principles. The results of the financial ratio research: this condition is still in a reasonable condition, because the quick ratio value is still below 3, with a value of 0.20 when compared to existing standards that are in ROA ≤ 1.5% which means the bank is ineffective and efficient, ROE is 2 , 78 at Muamalat Bank which is below 12 shows that the ability of banks to generate profits by using equity owned by banks in bad conditions, net interest margin of the bank is at the value of NIM ≥ 2% means the condition of a healthy company, 97, 36% Bopo value ≤ ≤ 100% means that the company's health condition in carrying out its activities is efficient, with a value of 90.30 in a composite ranking position 3 (85% <FDR ≤ 100%), which means the ability of bank liquidity to anticipate the liquidity needs and determination of adequate liquidity risk management. This study uses a quantitative analysis method to analyze financial data from the annual report of the Muamalat Bank. This journal also includes a qualitative assessment of Islamic banking practices and its impact on performance. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights for Bank Muamalat.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di Indonesia berkembang pesat seiring meningkatnya penetrasi internet, termasuk di kalangan ibu rumah tangga yang kini aktif memanfaatkan media sosial untuk kebutuhan informasi, hiburan, hingga aktivitas ekonomi. Namun, peningkatan partisipasi ini tidak diiringi dengan literasi keamanan yang memadai sehingga menimbulkan kerentanan serius. Di lokasi mitra, puluhan ibu-ibu mengalami kerugian finansial akibat penipuan berkedok arisan online, menggambarkan rendahnya kewaspadaan terhadap ancaman digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dirancang untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut melalui penguatan literasi digital yang berfokus pada tiga pilar: keamanan digital, etika digital, dan kecerdasan dalam pengasuhan digital. Metode yang digunakan mencakup penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, serta praktik langsung yang menekankan pengamanan akun, verifikasi informasi, etika bermedia sosial, dan pemanfaatan positif media digital bagi keluarga maupun Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta serta kesadaran untuk menerapkan perilaku digital yang lebih aman dan produktif. Secara keseluruhan, literasi digital terbukti menjadi kompetensi esensial yang memberdayakan Ibu Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) sebagai agen perubahan, memperkuat ketahanan keluarga, dan mendukung gerakan nasional dalam membangun masyarakat digital yang cerdas dan berdaya.

Abstract

Lingkungan hidup di Indonesia menghadapi ancaman serius akibat eksploitasi sumber daya alam, pencemaran, dan lemahnya pengawasan. Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup hadir sebagai instrumen hukum utama dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, namun implementasinya di tingkat masyarakat masih menghadapi berbagai kendala. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman warga desa mengenai hak, kewajiban, serta peran mereka dalam mendukung penegakan hukum lingkungan hidup. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui ceramah, diskusi interaktif, serta pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan masyarakat tentang substansi UU No. 32/2009, khususnya prinsip kehati-hatian, partisipasi publik, dan tanggung jawab kolektif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa edukasi hukum berbasis partisipatif efektif dalam memperkuat kesadaran hukum sekaligus mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

The purpose of this legal counseling is to provide understanding to students about the prevention and handling of sexual violence in the tertiary environment. This needs to be done considering that sexual violence in the university environment is a real phenomenon that occurs. Among the students themselves still do not understand the concept of sexual violence Legal Counseling Activities to Faculty of Law Students, Universitas Slamet Riyadi (UNISRI) Surakarta is carried out online (online) using the Microsoft Team application. Counseling is given using the lecture method and interactive dialogue.
