Abstract

Pemerintah Kabupaten Garut adalah contoh nyata dari upaya inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Kehadiran program pasti oke diharapkan dapat sangat membantu masyarakat, terutama yang berada di Desa Neglasari, dalam mengurus berbagai dokumen administrasi kependudukan. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam kategori atau jenis penelitian kualitas pelayanan yang mengacu pada teori Jeany dan Mauli Siagian (2020) tentang indikator kualitas pelayanan. Adapun pencarian data pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dengan beberapa responden yaitu Kepala Desa Neglasari, Sekretaris Desa Neglasari, Kaur TU & Umum Desa Neglasari dan lima orang masyarakat Desa Neglasari. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa standar pembuatan persyaratan pelayanan administrasi online kependudukan (pasti oke) di Desa Neglasari Kecamatan Cisompet berdasarkan lima indikator kualitas pelayanan Telah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan efektif sebagaimana ekspetasi oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Background : One of the side effects of chemotherapy related to hematology can be neutropenia. Neutropenia can occur in patients receiving chemotherapy with a combination of taxan and platinum regimens, such as Paclitaxel and Carboplatin. Loss of neutrophils can cause disruption of the immune defense mechanism and increase the risk of infection in patients. So it is necessary to prevent infection both pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. Objective : To describe neutropenia in breast cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant paclitaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy, as well as actions that can be taken to prevent infection in patients. Case Description : A 35-year-old patient, with a medical diagnosis of positive HER2 ductal mammary gland left and experienced severe neutropenia with a neutrophil count # or ANC (absolute neutrophil count) 0.021 x 103/µL. During treatment, prevention of infection is carried out by giving leucogene, washing hands, applying aseptic techniques, using PPE, and monitoring signs and symptoms of infection. In addition, the cleanliness of the environment around the patient must be maintained and environmental modifications can be made. As well as providing education to patients and families regarding hand washing, nutritional intake, and limiting the number of families. Conclusion : Severe neutropenia in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can increase the risk of infection. There are several actions that can be taken by patients and their families, health workers, especially nurses, as well as by managing the surrounding environment to prevent infection in patients.

Abstract

This study presents the development of an automated Smart Waste Sorting, Shredding, and Compressing System to improve waste management efficiency. The system integrates capacitive and proximity sensors to classify waste into organic (leaves) and plastic categories with 100% accuracy in testing (20 plastic samples and 9 liters of organic waste accurately sorted). The shredded waste is reduced to 3 cm fragments, and subsequent compression achieves a 60% volume reduction, significantly optimizing storage and transport. The system utilizes an ESP32 microcontroller for real-time control, supported by ultrasonic sensors and servo motors for precision. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the integrated design, highlighting its potential for sustainable waste management in communities and institutions. This innovation offers a practical solution to enhance recycling processes and reduce environmental impact through automation.

Abstract

Extracurricular is an activity aimed at developing potential, talents and abilities outside the academic field that must be followed by students.The extracurricular registration process at SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede is currently still using conventional methods in the form of paper forms.In addition to this, the process of recapitulating student data from each extracurricular activity, which is still done manually. This process takes a long time because you have to check each formula sheet and also have a lot of risk of errors. It should be more efficient if it is done online using an information system that can simplify, save time and cost in the extracurricular selection process and the student data recapitulation process. The purpose of this system is the creation of an Extracurricular Information System that can speed up and make it easier for grade 10 and 11 students to make selections and make it easier to manage registrant data for each extracurricular.The benefit of this system is that it helps the Student Staff of SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede to process extracurricular information data and process student data and recap data on extracurricular registrants, for Class 10 and 11 students of SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede it is easier to get extracurricular information and the extracurricular selection process, for those in charge of extracurricular activities at SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede Makes it easier to get information on the schedule of extracurricular activities that are taught and student registration data, for the Principal of SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede and PCM Somagede Staff Makes it easier to get information from extracurricular activities and find out the comparison graph of the extracurricular activities that are most chosen by students, and as a medium to introduce STIKOM Yos Sudarso Purwokerto to the general public. In this case the system development method uses a prototype model. Based on the results of the benefit test, the average value of the Correctness value is 99.37%, the Usability value is 97.5%, the Efficiency value is 97.5% and the Reliability value is 99.12%. From the results of the benefit test, it can be concluded that the Web-Based Extracurricular Information System at SMK Muhammadiyah Somagede can be used to speed up the recapitulation process of extracurricular registrants

Abstract

Pan Gas Gombong Store is a distributor of industrial gas and medical gas that sells gas cylinders. Pan Gas Gombong does not yet have a system to process computerized data, therefore sales data recording is still manual so a lot of sales data is lost, which causes a long time for making sales transaction reports. With the existing problems, an oxygen cylinder sales information system was built at Pan Gas Gombong. System development is carried out using the prototype method, PHP programming language, Codeigniter framework, and MySQL database. This study uses the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, white box testing, and black box testing. Testing the benefits in the aspect of efficiency using the ISO 9126 standard, it was found that 60% of respondents answered agree and strongly agree. Based on this, it can be concluded that the oxygen cylinder sales information system at Pan Gas Gombong can speed up the process of making sales reports.
