Koperasi Simpan Pinjam menurut UU No 25 tahun 1992 adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk menghimpun dana dan menyalurkannya melalui kegiatan usaha simpan pinjam dari dan untuk anggota koperasi yang bersangkutan, calon anggota koperasi yang bersangkutan, koperasi lain dan atau anggotanya [1]. Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Beta Karina Jaya memberikan pelayanan penyimpanan dan peminjaman uang kepada masyarakat di daerah Cilacap Jawa Tengah. Permasalahan dalam Koperasi Beta Karina Jaya adalah nasabahnya hampir secara keseluruhan berasal dari beberapa pasar di wilayah Cilacap, dan Koperasi ini melakukan sistem jemput bola, sedangkan proses simpan pinjam masih dilaksanakan secara manual dan tidak tersistem sehingga menimbulkan resiko kesalahan informasi sempan pinjam per nasabah dan proses yang lama dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka akan dibuat Sistem Informasi Simpan Pinjam Berbasis Website dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall dan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database MySql. Sistem ini dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat proses simpan pinjam dalam menghasilkan informasi kepada nasabah pada koperasi Beta Karina Jaya Cilacap.

The development of advances in information technology requires business people to use this technology, but there are still many hotels that use manual systems for data handling and recording. The Hotel Management Information System was made using the interview method, literature study, and observation to the location for data collection. This research will be designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. From the results of this study, it has been proven that the Hotel Management Information System can help hotels to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the booking process, data processing and produce information quickly and accurately.

The process of recording sales transactions, which currently still uses manuals through books, creates a lot of risks of data errors and data loss. Toko Roti Bakar Pelangi is an MSME business that operates in Semarang and sells more than 100 pieces every day, with the recording of sales done manually causing many sales report calculation errors. So the authors designed a website-based sales information system that can be used to facilitate recording and preparation of sales reports. The development method used is the prototype method. System design uses UML models such as use case diagrams and class diagrams and activity diagrams. The system is built using the PHP programming language and Mysql database, which is analyzed using White Box, Black Box, Hypothesis Testing, Normalization Testing, Validity Testing, Reliability Testing, and Benefit Testing. The result of the system created is a Website-Based Sales Transaction Information System at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang Stores. The purpose of the information system is to produce a system that assists in the process of recording reports at Roti Bakar Pelangi Semarang to make it more efficient.

AbstractThe aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between digital workplace variables and SMEs performance, analyze the relationship between digital leadership variables and SMEs performance, analyze the relationship between digital leadership capability variables and digital workplaces, analyze the relationship between digital workplace and leadership digital capability variables, the mediating role of digital leadership capability variables in the relationship. digital workplace and SMEs performance. This research method is quantitative through an online survey, research data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to 639 SMEs owners in Indonesia who were selected using a simple random sampling method. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM) partial least squares (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software tool. The questionnaire contains statement items and is designed using a 9 scale Likert scale. The data analysis stages are validity testing, reliability testing and direct and indirect hypothesis testing or mediation effect testing. The independent variable in this research is digital work place, the dependent variable is SMEs performance and the mediating variable is the digital leadership capability variable. The research results show that the digital leadership variable has a positive and significant relationship to SMEs performance, the digital workplace variable has a positive and significant relationship to digital capability, the digital leadership capability variable has a role as a full mediator in the relationship between digital workplace leadership and SMEs performance. The novelty of this research is the creation of a model of the relationship between digital workplace variables, SMEs performance and the mediating role of digital leadership capability variables.

Nonparametric regression is used to determine the relationship between the response variable and the predictor variable whose shape of the regression curve is not known. This study examines the factors that affect the number of tuberculosis cases in Central Java in 2021. The number of berculosis cases in Central Java reached 117 cases per 115,000 residents with a mean of 110,35 and a variance of 1360.74. Tuberculosis case rates and their affecting factors are modeled using a spline truncated nonparametric regression method. The relationship between tuberculosis case rates in Central Java and the factors that are thought to affect it does not form a specific plot. . Based on the research results, the best model of the minimum Mean Square Error (MSE) value is obtained at the knot point combination (1, 3, 2, 3, 3), with a MSE value of 0.57. The model, it is known that all factors have a significant effect on tuberculosis cases in Central Java, with a coefficient of determination of 93.41%. That is, the model can explain the diversity of tuberculosis cases in Central Java by 93.41%.

Waste management is one of the main challenges in protecting the environment and our health. Waste processing requires good and correct handling so as not to cause environmental pollution. This research aims to utilize the results of waste processing, especially organic and plastic waste, to reuse them. Waste processing in this research develops Internet of Things technology in monitoring the results of counting organic and plastic waste. The waste enumeration results are sent using the Callmebot API connected to the Whatsapp application. Testing of the Smart Waste system was carried out using the Proteus 8 simulation. From this test, the results showed that all components in the Smart Waste system ran well, and the simulation accuracy was 100%. Keywords: Smart Waste, Whatsapp, Internet of Things, Proteus 8

Kotayasa Village is a village that has the highest number of poor households in Banyumas Regency with 1,662 poor households (78%). This study aims to determine which factors have a significant effect and interpret the binary logistic regression model for poor households in Kotayasa Village. The data used in this research is secondary data from the Office of Social and Community and Village Empowerment in Banyumas Regency. The results showed that the factors that had a significant effect on poor households in Kotayasa Village were electricity, gold savings and livestock. Meanwhile, factors that have no significant effect are sources of drinking water and private vehicles. The results of the analysis obtained the odds ratio values, namely electric power of 3,999, gold deposits of 7,963, and livestock of 1,497. The electric power variable shows that households with electric power less than equal to 900 have a greater chance of being included in poor households of 3,999. The gold savings variable is that households that do not have gold savings have a greater chance of being included in poor households of 7,963. The livestock variable shows that households that do not have livestock have a greater chance of being included in poor households of 1,497. Proses pembayaran biaya sekolah memerlukan pengelolaan data yang terkomputerisasi untuk memudahkan dalam proses pembayaran, pengelolaan data, pembuatan laporan serta notifikasi yang dikirimkan kepada wali siswa. keterbatasan sistem yang dimiliki mengakibatkan pengelolaan data pembayaran biaya sekolah menjadi tidak efektif sehingga dibutuhkan sistem informasi untuk memudahkan pengelolaan pembayaran biaya sekolah dan notifikasi melalui whatsapp gateway. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem yaitu dengan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Sistem dibangaun menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL dengan framework Codeigniter. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam kegiatan pencatatan pembayaran, pembuatan laporan serta memberikan notifikasi melalui WhatsApp Gateway mengenai pembayaran dan informasi tagihan pembayaran.
