Abstract

This article aims to elaborate the concept of the purpose of human life as a theological foundation in Islamic education. Humans created by God have a number of predetermined goals. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with literature study methods. The results showed that there are two goals in human life that are closely related to their duties and functions as God's creatures, namely as a servant of God and as a caliph on the earth. The implication of two human goals on the process of Islamic education is how the education process forms a good servant of God and as a caliph on earth who has a responsible character, so as to realize a perfect human being.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the concept of thinking and dhikr as the process of Islamic education by using the method of literature or library research, namely research conducted through data collection or scientific papers with research objects or data collection is literature. The results of the analysis showed that, the concept of Thinking and dhikr are two activities that should not be separated. By intermediaries thinking about the universe, then comes memory as the conclusion of thinking, namely that all this does not happen by itself, but there is a God almighty creator, that is Allah SWT. Because of the real thinking, remember the more real. Islamic education is expected to change the behavior of learners, increase the knowledge of learners by channeling or transferring the concept of science and able to improve good ethics. In short, Islamic education should be able to print the ideal Muslim person as caliph.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji implementasi nilai iman,,islam dan ihsan pada mahasiswa di pergurun tinggi umum, melalui pendidikan agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan metode Dalam penulisan artikel ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research).studi teks atau studi pustaka setidaknya mencakup; pertama, studi pustaka sebagai telaah teoritik suatu disiplin ilmu, yang perlu dilanjutkan dengan uji empirik, untuk memperoleh bukti kebenaran emperik.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pendidikan islam pada mahasiswa harus mampu mengimplementasikan nilai iman,islam dan ihsan sebagai pemahaman yang sangat mendasar sehingga akan mengikat hati dan jiwanya pada kebaikan sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan yaitu membentuk pribadi yang berakhlakul karimah.Pentingnya pendidikan iman,islam dan ihsan menjadi satu kesatuan akan berpengaruh terhadap perbaikan prilaku individu.Pendidikan iman,islam dan ihsan merupakan tanggungjawab para pendidik untuk melahirkan generasi yang berpijak pada landasan iman,islam dan ihsan yang sempurna yang di ridahai Alloh swt.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how Islamic education should achieve its goals in accordance with the concept of human creation as the subject and object of education. This study was conducted by a researcher using a literature review method, which involved reviewing a number of journal articles, books, research reports, and other credible literature. The study's findings indicate that the manifestation of the purpose of human life is essentially twofold: to be a servant of God, which is the actualization of God's mandate, and to become khalifāh in the world. Islamic education actualizes the two manifestations of the purpose of human life so that humans can realize their spiritual and bodily potential, and thus Islamic education plays an important role in the formation of a perfect human being in accordance with the concept of creation (khalq al-insān).

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of pesantren in facing the challenges of the industrial era 4.0. As a traditional educational institution, pesantren has produced Muslim scholars. In addition, pesantren are also able to develop the potential of students to be able to have religious spiritual strength, personality, intelligence, and noble character. The industrial era 4.0 has positive and negative impacts on all sectors of human life, including the education sector. Therefore, researchers want to see the extent of the role of pesantren in overcoming this uncertain phenomenon. This research uses a library research approach, the data obtained is entirely sourced from literature, namely examining literature sources such as articles and other works related to the existence of pesantren and the challenges of pesantren in the 4.0 era. The results of this study conclude that pesantren have an important role in overcoming various problems and the rapid changes that arise in the industrial era 4.0. Strong spiritual values are a fortress from the negative attacks of sophisticated and massive technological advances.  The rapid development of technology will not be a boomerang if it is addressed wisely. Therefore, all Islamic Education Institutions, especially pesantren, must continue to be sensitive to the changing times by continuously developing existing potential through curriculum development programs and literacy habituation patterns without leaving the identity or values of the pesantren.

Abstract

Pesantren becomes an Islamic educational institution that is in demand by many people in hopes of shaping one's character. One of the models of pesantren huts in Indonesia is Salafiyah pesantren. Pesantren Salafiyah is a pesantren that has its own characteristics. Kiai directly taught in front of the students with a focus on the study of classical books or yellow books. The pattern of education has taken root in some people in Indonesia. Character education is strongly instilled through specific specific patterns of messaging. The success of character education is influenced by the example or figurity of a kiai, is implementative in daily activities so as to form a pattern of habituation and attached strongly to the santri self in forming character.
