Abstract

Financing is one of the important elements in educational institutions. One indicator of a good school is the high cost, but the complexity of financing in educational institutions is one of the factors inhibiting the quality and progress of these educational institutions, therefore there needs to be efforts and models in managing financing in educational units towards achieving the vision and mission of educational institutions, especially institutions. Islamic education. The method used in the implementation of this study was a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study illustrate, in planning for financing management through annual work meetings that are integrated with the Madrasah Activity Plan and Budget (RKAM) in accordance with technical guidelines (technical instructions) for the use of BOS funds. In the process of developing the RKAM, the madrasah holds a meeting of the foundation leadership, headmaster, educators, education staff and programmed madrasah committees. In its implementation, it refers to the madrasah program according to its time schedule. In the evaluation of financing, madrasah makes an accountability report book (LPJ), programs that have not been realized and are considered important will be resubmitted to the next program, programs that have been implemented if deemed important will continue to be budgeted for in the next program based on good and periodic control. Keywords: Management Model, Financing, Islamic Education   Abstrak Pembiayaan salah satu unsur penting dalam lembaga pendidikan. Salah satu indikator sekolah bagus biayanya tinggi, namun kompleksnya pembiayaan di lembaga pendidikan menjadikan salah satu faktor penghambat kualitas dan kemajuan lembaga pendidikan tersebut, oleh karena itu perlu ada upaya dan model dalam mengelola pembiayaan di satuan pendidikan menuju tercapai visi dan misi lembaga pendidikan, terkhusus lembaga pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analisis dengan jenis pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan, dalam melakukan perencanaan terhadap manajemen pembiayaan melalui rapat kerja tahunan yang terintegrasi dengan Rancangan Kegiatan dan Anggaran Madrasah (RKAM) sesuai dengan juknis (petunjuk teknis) penggunaan dana BOS. Dalam proses pengembangan RKAM, madrasah mengadakan rapat pimpinan yayasan, kepala madrasah, pendidik, tenaga kependidikan dan komite madrasah yang terprogram. Dalam pelaksanaanya, mengacu pada program madrasah sesuai time schedule-nya. Dalam evaluasi pembiayaan, madrasah membuat buku laporan pertangungjawaban (LPJ), program yang belum terealisasi dan dianggap penting nantinya akan diajukan ulang pada program berikutnya, program yang sudah terlaksanakan jika dianggap penting maka akan terus dianggarkan pada program berikutnya berdasarkan kontrol yang baik dan berkala. Abstract

Smart Business Map (SBM) merupakan modul pembelajaran bisnis untuk membantu pemimpin bisnis untuk memperbaiki dan mengakselerasikan bisnisnya. Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Grabag merupakan klinik rawat inap milik Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah yang didirikan oleh Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah Grabag pada awal Desember 2022. Perencanaan manajemen dan strategi operasional merupakan kunci dalam mencapai keberhasilan pengembangan klinik. Oleh karena itu, tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sumberdaya manusia dalam membuat perencanaan dan strategi operasional. Kegiatan workshop dilakukan selama 2 hari dengan metode ceramah klasikal dan diskusi kelompok. Adapun lokasi workshop ada di Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Grabag. Sebanyak 30 karyawan Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Grabag hadir sebagai peserta workshop. Hasil dari kegiatan workshop adalah teridentifikasinya alat-alat yang diperlukan untuk menunjang kegiatan operasional klinik, klinik perlu dilengkapi dengan alat-alat untuk menunjang pelayanan rawat jalan dan rawat inap layanan saraf, layanan anak, dan layanan penyakit dalam sebagai layanan unggulan. Marketing harus mampu menyampaikan pesan layanan yang mempunyai keunikan dan merupakan keunggulan klinik, dan promosi saat ini harus dilakukan dengan target kedatangan pasien baik melalui media sosial ataupun layanan jemput bola

Abstract

Reporting patient safety incidents is essential in improving learning and patient safety. It is necessary to identify reporting challenges to improve the reporting process's success. This study assessed the challenges of patient incident reporting and learning systems in Indonesian private hospitals. This qualitative participatory action research is used. In October 2022, data was collected using a videoconferencing application. This study included 34 quality improvement and patient safety team members from 22 private hospitals. In this study, inductive analysis was used. The challenges of patient safety incident reporting are examined in six categories in this study: reporting environment, reporting rules and content, analysis and investigation, governance, action and learning, and patient and family engagement. The challenges mostly come from reporting environment components such as reporting difficulty and ignorance, a lack of time for analysis, the fear of making a mistake in the reporting process, and insufficient management support. Multiple challenges were encountered in different patient safety incident components. A positive environment for reporting patient safety incidents needs a multifaceted approach, including increased hospital leadership commitment and policies and procedures.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the principles of applying al-tsawab (reward) and al-iqab (punishment) in Islamic education. This study employed library research as the research method. The analysis was then conducted using descriptive-analytical content analysis, using sources consisting of articles, journals, and books related to the research topic. The findings of this study indicate that the use of al-tsawab (reward) and al-iqab (punishment) methods must adhere to established guidelines and regulations. Providing rewards and punishments that ignore these principles will lead to conflict between students and even between students and teachers. Rewards should be purely motivating for students. Motivation that leads to a better learning process is crucial. Likewise, punishment should be given to students to prevent mistakes and negligence. Keywords: Principles, al-Tsawab, al-Iqab, Islamic Education Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prinsip-prinsip dalam penerapan al-tsawab (reward) dan al-iqab (punishment) dalam pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode studi riset kepustakaan (library research), Kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi (contentan alysis) yakni berupa deskriptif-Analitik dengan sumber-sumber yang terdiri dari artikel, jurnal, dan buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam menggunakan metode al-tsawab (reward) dan al-iqab (punishment) haruslah mengikuti rambu-rambu dan juga aturan-aturan yang ada. Pemberian reward dan punishment yang tidak memperhatikan prinsip dalam pelaksanaaanya akan menimbulkan suatu konflik antara siswa dan siswa bahkan antara siswa dengan guru itu sendiri. Dalam pemberian reward haruslah murni sebagai motivasi bagi peserta didik. Motivasi yang mengantarkan jauh lebih baik dalam menjalani proses belajar mengajar. Demikian pula dalam pemberian punishment kepada peserta didik haruslah dilakukan dalam upaya pencegahan dari berbuat salah dan kelalaian.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the core ethical values ​​of character education based on Islamic values. This research method uses the library research method, using the content analysis method in the form of descriptive-analytic, with sources consisting of articles, journals, and books related to the topic of writing. The results of this paper conclude that according to Aan Hasanah Islam is a conceptual framework in character education by understanding the concept of human beings who have physical, spiritual and interpretive elements, as well as the concept of Fitrah which prioritizes religious potential and tends to the truth. With these two concepts, character education that is developed is character education based on the development of a person's religious potential. By using a moral perspective in character education, Islam functions as a core ethical value, a core ethical value as a source of individual behavior. There are several core ethics that are derived as values ​​that can be taught through educational methodology.

Abstract

Safeguarding is a critical component of healthcare services, particularly as it relates to protecting vulnerable populations. It aims to shield individuals from violence, exploitation, sexual abuse, and neglect. The concept of safeguarding goes beyond physical protection, encompassing psychological, social, and legal dimensions that uphold individual rights—especially for vulnerable groups such as children, women, persons with disabilities, and those with limited access to safe healthcare services. This community engagement initiative aimed to raise awareness and understanding of safeguarding and risk mitigation in healthcare services. The safeguarding workshop involved participants from Muhammadiyah organizations and utilized group discussions, case studies, role-plays, and scenario-based simulations. Pre- and post-training evaluations were conducted to assess the increase in participant understanding. The results indicated an improvement in safeguarding knowledge and led to the drafting of the initial Safeguarding Guidelines for Health Council of Muhammadiyah Central Board. These guidelines encompass safeguarding definitions, core principles, preventive strategies, case-handling procedures for violence, exploitation, and sexual abuse (VESA), and reporting mechanisms tailored to Muhammadiyah’s context. iven the novelty of safeguarding as a concept, some participants found it challenging to identify forms of VESA or understand preventive measures. Thus, continued efforts through advanced training and broader policy dissemination are necessary to deepen understanding and enhance implementation.
