This study examines the political economy dynamics of food security in Indonesia and the role of the state in addressing the food crisis. Food security is influenced by complex economic, political, bureaucratic, and socio-economic factors. The state plays a strategic role through subsidy policies, management of food reserves, import regulations, sustainable agricultural development, and food technology innovation. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between taxpayer compliance and national revenue, and its impact on the country’s economy. Data obtained through interviews and document analysis show that a high level of tax compliance directly contributes to increased national revenue. Higher tax revenue enables the government to fund infrastructure projects, education, and other social sectors that support economic growth. Factors affecting tax compliance, such as tax education, government oversight, and incentives or penalties, were also found to play an important role in improving compliance levels. This study suggests that the government should improve the transparency of tax usage, strengthen oversight, and provide incentives for compliant taxpayers to maximize national revenue and promote sustainable economic development.

Panca Prima Cooperative which defaults on the venture capital cooperation agreement (investment capital). Thus, a problem arises whether the Panca Prima Cooperative can be held accountable for default on the venture capital cooperation agreement (equity participation) that is carried out and whether the management of the Panca Prima Cooperative is also responsible for the default carried out by the cooperative. To answer these problems normative research methods are used. Thus, it was concluded that the Panca Prima Cooperative could be held accountable for the default of the cooperative working agreement (capital participation) because the status of the Panca Prima Cooperative was a legal entity and that the Panca Prima Cooperative Management could not be held liable for defaults made by the cooperative Koperasi Panca Prima is a legal entity

Abstract

This study aims to develop an expectation-tree-based Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) model as a more accurate evaluation approach for policies operating under uncertainty. Traditional CBA often fails to capture variations in risky policy outcomes due to its deterministic nature, whereas the expectation tree allows various scenarios to be mapped through probabilities and expected values. Through a systematic literature review, this research integrates CBA principles with expectation tree structures to produce an evaluation model capable of calculating the expected net benefits of a policy. The findings indicate that this approach not only enhances the efficiency of benefit–cost assessment but also strengthens rationality and risk-resilience in public decision-making. Thus, the expectation-tree-based CBA model serves as a relevant and adaptive alternative for evaluating high-risk policies across different sectors.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of Stop Bullying Socialization activities at SDN 1 Andowengga and its impact on student behavior. Bullying is an aggressive action that can have a negative impact physically, emotionally, and socially, especially on elementary school students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the subject of class V–VI students. Socialization activities include interactive lectures, discussions, educational video screenings, role-playing, and Stop Bullying declarations. Data was collected through observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire, then analyzed descriptively. Research results show that socialization succeeds in increasing students' understanding of bullying, fostering empathy, and encouraging mutual respect and caring behavior towards friends. The change in positive attitude can be seen from the reduction of small conflicts, increased cooperation, and the courage of students to report bullying behavior. The success of the activity is supported by the active involvement of teachers and principals, as well as an interactive approach that emphasizes direct experience. Although some challenges still arise, this activity is effective as a preventive and educational step in creating a safe, comfortable, and bullying-free school environment. Research results can be a model for other schools in the development of bullying prevention programs sustainably.
