Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah Bagian pendaftaran, dan verifikator. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dengan penyajian data berbentuk tabel dan textular Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana proses pengelolaan berkas klaim rawat jalan BPJS Kesehatan di RS Haji Medan Estate. Kegiatan proses ini meliputi pelayanan, pengolahan berkas, coding dan pengajuan klaim pada verifikator BPJS kesehatan. Pada proses pelayanan, pasien peserta BPJS rawat jalan harus memenuhi dokumen yang terdiri dari identitas pasien BPJS dan surat rujukan. Masalah yang sering terjadi dalam proses pelayanan adalah petugas tidak lengkap mengisi dokumen pasien. Pada proses pengolahan data, berkas dari pasien diperiksa kelengkapan berkasnya serta diperiksa kesesuaian Lembar Bukti Pelayanan (LBP) dengan billing. Apabila sudah lengkap dan sesuai berkas Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa pengelolaan berkas klaim pasien rawat jalan mengalami keterlambatan dikarenakan minimnya petugas verifikator, dan petugas poli tidak lengkap dalam dalam melakukan pengisian berkas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bagi pihak Rumah Sakit Haji Medan menambah jumlah petugas verifikator, meningkatkan kinerja petugas poli serta memberikan ruang kerja yang nyaman kepada verifikator. This research is a descriptive research. Respondents in this research were the registration department and verifiers. The data collection method was carried out using questionnaires and observation. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics with the presentation of data in tabular and textular form. The results of this study show how the process of managing BPJS Health outpatient claim files at RS Haji Medan Estate. This process activity includes service, file processing, coding and submitting claims to the BPJS health verifier. In the service process, outpatient BPJS participants must fulfill documents consisting of BPJS patient identity and a referral letter. A problem that often occurs in the service process is that officers do not completely fill in patient documents. In the data processing process, files from patients are checked for the completeness of the files and checked for conformity of the Service Proof Sheet (LBP) with billing. If it is complete and according to the file. The conclusion from this study is that the management of outpatient claim files is delayed due to the lack of verifier officers, and poly officers are incomplete in filling out files. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the Haji Medan Hospital will increase the number of verifier officers, improve the performance of police officers and provide a comfortable work space for verifiers.

Abstract

Deli Serdang Regency has a complete and unique topography because there are coastal areas, lowlands and mountainous highlands with an area of 2,497.72 Ha consisting of 22 sub-districts, 380 villages and 14 villages. The main potential of the Deli Serdang regency are agriculture, smallholder plantations, large plantations, fisheries, aquaculture, livestock, industry, trade and tourism. Based on this big potential, Deli Serdang District Region has a large potential income tax. Planning and regional income tax management system of Deli Serdang Regency are carried out at the Regional Revenue Department of Deli Serdang Regency. Based on achievement data of tax revenue which is posted on Regional Deliberation Separtment of Deli Serdang Regency website, rate of regional income is still slow. The target line graph and the realization of regional revenues indicate that the targets have to be achieved are still far, because until June 2017 achievement only Rp. 56,950,403,904.02, - while the target to the end of December 2017 is Rp. 484,520,000,000. To achieve the annual target as expected need a strategy. Association analysis is also known as one of the data mining techniques basis of various other mining data techniques. By using the Apriori Algorithm, an analysis of the obstacles in achieving targets can be done to find interesting rules that are useful in supporting the system of achieving local tax targets. The implementation of Association Rule to support the achievement of the tax target is expected to help the process of achieving the target of regional income tax, especially in the Regional Revenue Department of Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires for data collection. The independent variables are service quality, price, and location, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction at Medan Par Par Cake Shop. According to the test results, all instruments were validated as reliable, normal, and accurate. The findings reveal that service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, accounting for 40.3% of the effect, meaning that for each one-point improvement in service quality, customer satisfaction increases by 0.403. Price also has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, contributing 43.3%, indicating that a one-point increase in price leads to a 0.433 increase in customer satisfaction. Conversely, location shows no significant effect on customer satisfaction, with an influence of just 3.6%, suggesting that a strategic location does not necessarily enhance customer satisfaction at Medan Par Par Cake Shop.
