Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti pentingnya penentuan benih jagung unggul untuk hasil yang optimal. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah menetapkan kriteria benih jagung unggul dengan spesifikasi umur benih 120 hari, kadar air 15-20%, tanaman bersih, populasi klobot kering minimal 85%, dan uji daya tumbuh 95%. Berdasarkan kriteria ini, "Benih Jagung A" diakui sebagai benih jagung unggul. Petani sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan kriteria benih jagung, yang berdampak pada komposisi kimia dan hasil panen.Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini menerapkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT), Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA), dan pembobotan Rank Order Centroid (ROC). SPK terkomputerisasi digunakan untuk menganalisis data, menghitung kriteria, dan mengubah data menjadi informasi yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan petani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode MAUT, MOORA, dan pembobotan ROC secara efektif membantu dalam menentukan benih jagung unggul, dengan "Benih Jagung A" sebagai pilihan terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan solusi ilmiah untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang optimal dalam sektor pertanian. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat diterapkan secara luas dalam pengambilan keputusan di sektor pertanian untuk meningkatkan kualitas benih dan hasil panen.

Abstract

Peminatan merupakan suatu hal yang wajib dimiliki mahasiswa khususnya pada semester 5 program studi Teknik Informatika. Dengan menentukan peminatan seorang mahasiswa, maka mahasiswa dapat fokus pada bidang penguasaan ilmunya dalam menyelesaikan tugas akhirnya di kemudian hari. Terdapat 3 peminatan pada program studi Teknik Informatika yaitu Multimedia & Computer Vision, Jaringan Komputer & Sistem Informasi, Robotika dan Sistem Cerdas. mahasiswa harus memilih salah satu yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan bakatnya. Tujuannya agar mahasiswa dapat fokus menyelesaikan tugas akhirnya di kemudian hari dan dapat mengembangkan ilmunya di bidang tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu mahasiswa dan program studi dalam menentukan alternatif pemilihan peminatan sesuai mata kuliah yang berkaitan dengan peminatan masing-masing. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan suatu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk memilih alternatif dari spesialisasi tersebut dengan menerapkan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT). Adapun hasil yang diperoleh, Jaringan Komputer & Sistem Informasi menduduki peringkat 1 dengan nilai 0,545, Multimedia & Computer Vision menduduki peringkat 2 dengan nilai 0,336, Robotika dan Sistem Cerdas menduduki peringkat 3 dengan nilai 0,333

Abstract

Deli Serdang Regency has a complete and unique topography because there are coastal areas, lowlands and mountainous highlands with an area of 2,497.72 Ha consisting of 22 sub-districts, 380 villages and 14 villages. The main potential of the Deli Serdang regency are agriculture, smallholder plantations, large plantations, fisheries, aquaculture, livestock, industry, trade and tourism. Based on this big potential, Deli Serdang District Region has a large potential income tax. Planning and regional income tax management system of Deli Serdang Regency are carried out at the Regional Revenue Department of Deli Serdang Regency. Based on achievement data of tax revenue which is posted on Regional Deliberation Separtment of Deli Serdang Regency website, rate of regional income is still slow. The target line graph and the realization of regional revenues indicate that the targets have to be achieved are still far, because until June 2017 achievement only Rp. 56,950,403,904.02, - while the target to the end of December 2017 is Rp. 484,520,000,000. To achieve the annual target as expected need a strategy. Association analysis is also known as one of the data mining techniques basis of various other mining data techniques. By using the Apriori Algorithm, an analysis of the obstacles in achieving targets can be done to find interesting rules that are useful in supporting the system of achieving local tax targets. The implementation of Association Rule to support the achievement of the tax target is expected to help the process of achieving the target of regional income tax, especially in the Regional Revenue Department of Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

As the third largest coffee producing country in the world after Brazil and Vietnam, Indonesia is able to produce at least 748 thousand tons or 6.6% of coffee production in 2012. Of this amount, Robusta coffee production reached more than 601 thousand tons (80.4% ) and arabica coffee production reached more than 147 thousand tons (19.6%) .The area of coffee plantation in Indonesia reaches 1.3 million hectares (ha) with Robusta coffee plantation area reaches 1 million ha and arabica coffee plantation area reaches 0 , 30 ha. The use of technology in the cultivation of coffee cultivation in Indonesia, especially smallholder plantations is still minimal technology. Expert system approach by using certainty factor method to overcome uncertainty in identifying nutrient deficiency in coffee plant try to give solution that can be used by coffee farmer especially in smallholder plantation in sidical area of karo regency of north sumatera. By doing a direct observation of the leaves of coffee plants and ensure the symptoms of nutrient deficiency what actually happens in the coffee plant it is with this expert system of certainty of nutrient deficiencies can be known in detail without having to consult directly to the expert. Thus the fertilization process can be done properly, so it will affect the cost of production to a minimum.

Abstract

In an increasingly complex business world, leadership plays a key role in determining organizational effectiveness. Agile Leadership and Transformational Leadership are two leadership approaches that have unique characteristics in managing change and achieving business goals. Agile Leadership emphasizes flexibility, rapid adaptation, and decentralized decision-making, making it suitable for dynamic environments such as the technology and startup industries. Meanwhile, Transformational Leadership is oriented towards long-term vision and gradual organizational cultural change with leaders as the main inspirators. Both approaches have their own advantages, but also face challenges in their implementation, such as cultural resistance in Agile Leadership and dependence on charismatic leaders in Transformational Leadership. This study uses a literature study method to compare the effectiveness of the two leadership models in various organizational contexts. The results of the analysis show that the combination of Agile Leadership and Transformational Leadership can create a balance between organizational agility and long-term stability. By understanding the advantages and limitations of each model, organizations can implement a more adaptive and innovation-oriented leadership strategy to face increasingly dynamic market changes.

Abstract

Expert systems which are part of artificial intelligence and have an important role in the development of information technology in various fields, expert systems answer all the problems we have faced by providing the right solutions based on one's expertise in a field. The expert system for identifying damage to the management of Apis Cerana bee cultivation is a practical solution in treating and repairing damage caused by pests and diseases. Identification of damage to the management of Apis Cerana bee cultivation using a certainty factor method, which will be assessed for its accuracy level by an expert. The result of using certainty factor method is definite proof or not a fact or diagnosis of damage caused by pests and diseases in Apis Cerana bee cultivation. The percentage level of certainty of damage to the management of Apis Cerana beekeeping is obtained and determined by an expert and implemented into a Web-based system.
