The purpose of the study was to create a valid and practical learning media comic on moral subject. The type of this research was Research and Development by using the Borg & Gall development model which was consisted of 10 steps. The data analysis technique used in this study was a quantitative descriptive analysis. The instrument used to collect data on the development of the moral comic media was a questionnaire and the trial subjects in this research were media experts, material experts, teachers and the seventh-grade students of MTs (Islamic Junior High School). Based on the validation of material experts and media experts, it showed that the results of the validation of material experts with a percentage value of 81% or very feasible and the results of the validation of media experts with a percentage value of 94.2% or very feasible. The results of trial subjects on the seventh-grade teachers as an expert practitioner got a percentage value of 97% or very feasible and the results of the trial on 10 respondents got the general percentage value of 87.6% or very good. Overall, it showed that comic media was very suitable to be used as learning media. The implication of this research was the existence of comic learning media that could be used by teachers while teaching so that the choice of learning media was varied and the learning quality got better.

The term sexual violence is not a new term in Indonesia because this type of violence occurs almost every year in the country. News about this issue demands social empathy. Therefore, journalists need to be careful in investigating sexual violence cases because journalism ethics need to be applicable in digging up information and collecting news to be analyzed and to be reported to the public. The purpose of this research is to find out how female journalists applied communication strategies in investigating sexual violence cases towards women. This research uses a qualitative approach, in the form of a case study, and its data collection techniques are in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data display, and conclusion remarks. The theory used in data analysis was the Social Penetration Theory. This theory refers to interpersonal relationships. According to Irwin Altman and Dalmas Taylor, social penetration theory illustrates the process of relationship ties between individuals that move from a superficial level of communication to the most complex level of communication. The result of this research explains that the communication strategy of female journalists in investigating sexual violence towards women is related to the application of feeling empathy, listening attentively, being open to knowing different views, and holding an even better relationship with the person being investigated for the news.

The prevalence of anemia is still high, as evidenced by data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women was 40.1%. Anemia in pregnancy is a national problem because it reflects the value of the socio-economic welfare of the community and affects the quality of human resources. Anemia in pregnant women can increase the risk of premature birth, maternal and child mortality, and infectious diseases. Ways to overcome and prevent anemia in pregnant women with pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. The high iron content in stonehead fish can be recommended as a non-pharmacological therapy to prevent anemia. To determine whether there is an effect of consuming stonehead fish nuggets on increasing hemoglobin (Hb) levels in pregnant women with anemia in Medan Belawan District. Quantitative research type with quasi-experimental research design with pretest and posttest two group design, research sample of 15 pregnant women with anemia, taken by purposive sampling. Statistical test Paired T-test, there is an effect of consuming stonehead fish nuggets on increasing hemoglobin levels of pregnant women with anemia with a ρ value of 0.000 <0.05. Statistical test Independent T-test, there is an effect of consuming stonehead fish nuggets (intervention group) (control group) on hemoglobin levels with a ρ-value of 0.00 <0.05.

Mental health problems are a challenge for global development and are a hot issue in Indonesia. One of the mental health phenomena that students often experience is self-harm as a maladaptive coping mechanism when experiencing stressors, emotional stress, feeling sad or physically ill, facing problems or situations that lead to distress and the inability to control emotions. Self-love is important for having good mental health because it is an important component in self-esteem and health, as well as building resilience when someone experiences problems. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of Emotion Focused Coping and Self-love on the Prevention of Self-Harm Behavior in nursing students. Correlation and regression research design with Proportional Random Sampling technique. The population in this study were 126 STIKes Flora nursing students. Data were analyzed using linear regression statistical tests. From the research results, it is known that there is an influence of Emotion Focused Coping and Self Love on the Prevention of Self-Harm Behavior in nursing students with a P value of emotion focused coping of 0.001 and self-love of 0.008, with a negative direction, the higher the emotion focused coping and self-love, the lower the self-harm behavior will be. The results of this research are expected for students to be able to apply good coping in facing problems and have good self-love in dealing with the stressors they face

Media convergence has brought almost a major alter in how news coverage is done. News coverage is moving to advanced, intelligently, and interactive media narrating, as well as free, multi-skilled, and technology-powered news generation. One journalist is presently required to report and create news for all diverse designs. Rapid advancement of communication technology has brought both opportunities and challenges for the short film industry in Indonesia. With the increasing accessibility of digital tools, particularly smartphones, individuals, especially youth, can produce short films at relatively low costs. Furthermore, the digital era offers a variety of platforms for showcasing these films to broad audiences, which has led to a growing interest in short film production nationwide. In response, short films are increasingly recognized by established production houses as a medium for talent discovery and creative experimentation. However, despite the ease of access to technology, developing skilled and creative young filmmakers remains a considerable challenge. Therefore, structured training programs for high school and vocational students have become essential. These initiatives are not only a form of community engagement by higher education institutions but also a strategic effort to contribute to the growth of Indonesia’s creative industry, particularly in the area of short filmmaking. The training emphasizes a comprehensive approach, combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience. Students are guided through the complete production process, from pre-production to post-production utilizing modern digital technologies to enhance their technical and creative skills, thereby preparing them to participate meaningfully in the evolving landscape of digital film production.

Media consolidation and sustainability through convergence are proving to be effective strategies. Media Group Network (MGN) implemented a newsgathering convergence approach in 2021 based on human resources requirements. A project dubbed MGN Press brought together journalists from Media Indonesia, Metro TV, and Medcom.id. Multi-skilled individuals who can work across platforms are needed as journalists. The process is examined using the notion of media management strategy in broadcasting, which entails planning, organizing, directing, and controlling, to meet organizational objectives. In-depth interviews and observation are used as part of the case study methodology in this study. The study’s findings demonstrate that changing a journalist’s skill set is not an easy task. It is critical during the planning phase to assign the most qualified individual to oversee the convergence of newsgathering. Additionally necessary is the creation of organizations that represent the three platforms’ journalists. Media Group Network continues to direct and inspire despite a variety of constraints and challenges. The future deployment of newsgathering convergence can be improved using control and evaluation mechanisms. The news collecting convergence method may increase the effectiveness of human resources when it is put into practice.Keywords: Convergence, efficiency, human resources, newsgatheringABSTRAKKonsolidasi dan keberlanjutan media melalui konvergensi terbukti menjadi strategi yang efektif. Jaringan Grup Media (MGN) menerapkan pendekatan konvergensi pengumpulan berita pada tahun 2021 berdasarkan kebutuhan sumber daya manusia. MGN Press mempertemukan jurnalis dari Media Indonesia, Metro TV, dan Medcom.id. Individu multi-keterampilan yang dapat bekerja lintas platform dibutuhkan sebagai jurnalis. Proses tersebut ditelaah dengan menggunakan pengertian strategi manajemen media dalam penyiaran, yang mencakup perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengendalian, untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Wawancara mendalam dan observasi digunakan sebagai bagian dari metodologi studi kasus dalam penelitian ini. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mengubah keahlian jurnalis bukanlah tugas yang mudah. Sangat penting selama fase perencanaan untuk menugaskan individu yang paling memenuhi syarat untuk mengawasi konvergensi pengumpulan berita. Selain itu yang diperlukan adalah pembentukan organisasi yang mewakili jurnalis dari ketiga platform tersebut. Media Group Network terus mengarahkan dan menginspirasi meskipun dengan berbagai kendala dan tantangan. Penyebaran konvergensi pengumpulan berita di masa depan dapat ditingkatkan dengan penggunaan mekanisme kontrol dan evaluasi. The purpose of this study is to identify and investigate the impact of debt policy and dividend policy on the financial performance of automotive enterprises. The method used is quantitative and data is collected from his IDX website, scientific publications and the internet. The population of this study consists of companies in the automotive industry listed on IDX for the period 2020-2022, based on a sample of three companies. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, multiple regression analysis, t-hypothesis and f-hypothesis testing to detect partial and simultaneous effects. As a result, the debt policy variable partially has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, while the dividend policy variable has a negative and insignificant effect on financial performance. At the same time, the two variables did not have a significant impact on financial performance.
