Abstract

Cultivating an entrepreneurial mindset from a young age might inspire youths to pursue entrepreneurship. Introducing the entrepreneurial spirit is crucial for high school students. You are expected to have a business plan ready to be implemented when you become an undergraduate student. Faculty of Economics and Business at Pancasila University (FEB UP) mandates its academics to engage in community service as part of their responsibilities. One type of service involves fostering an entrepreneurial mindset through social interaction. FEB UP lecturers conduct entrepreneurship outreach lectures to help high school students understand entrepreneurship. The seminar activities indicate a strong interest in the entrepreneurial profession.

Abstract

Jiwa wirausaha merupakan semangat kemandirian dalam mencari sumber penghasilan, baik melalui pembukaan usaha maupun dengan menyalurkan kreativitas yang dimiliki seseorang untuk dijadikan lahan penghasilan. Jiwa kewirausahaan harus ditanamkan dan dikembangkan sejak dini, saat seseorang mulai menyadari pentingnya uang sebagai sumber penghidupan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan kepada siswa SMK di Depok bertujuan untuk mengedukasi Generasi Z dalam bidang kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah model pembelajaran kontekstual, yang dilengkapi dengan studi kasus untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari para siswa, yang memperoleh pengetahuan tentang pentingnya manajemen kewirausahaan serta kaitannya dengan digitalisasi dalam bisnis. Hasil pre-test dan post-test mengungkapkan bahwa siswa memiliki keinginan untuk berwirausaha secara mandiri dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Mereka juga mulai melihat peluang kewirausahaan dari lingkungan sekitar, termasuk dari pekerjaan orang tua serta keberhasilan pengusaha nasional yang memulai usahanya sejak sekolah atau kuliah. Untuk mendukung perkembangan jiwa wirausaha ini, motivasi material dan spiritual perlu terus dikembangkan. Siswa juga perlu dibekali dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang tepat dan beretika, agar dapat menjalankan usaha secara inovatif, profesional, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan inovasi digital terhadap kepuasan penumpang di Bandara I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan survei, data diperoleh dari responden yang telah menggunakan fasilitas bandara minimal dua kali dalam setahun terakhir. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1–5 untuk mengevaluasi persepsi responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen (kualitas layanan dan inovasi digital) terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan penumpang). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan inovasi digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan inovasi digital sebagai strategi utama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di sektor transportasi udara.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of competence and training on the performance of teachers at SMK-Al Muhtadin Depok. Competence and training are two important factors that are believed to enhance teachers' performance in carrying out their professional duties. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to all teachers at SMK Al-Muhtadin Depok, and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results indicate that competence has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Similarly, training significantly contributes positively to the improvement of teacher performance. Thus, it can be concluded that the simultaneous improvement of competence and training can drive the enhancement of teacher performance in the school environment. This research is expected to serve as input for school management in designing strategies to improve the quality of human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of implementing the tiered approval system on strengthening vendor verification within the Vendor Management System (VMS) platform at PT X. The research employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents directly involved in the procurement and vendor verification process. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability, with all items found to be valid and highly reliable (? = 0.934). The results of the linear regression analysis indicate that the implementation of the tiered approval system has a positive and significant effect on strengthening vendor verification, as evidenced by a t-count value of 14.173 > t-table and a significance level of 0.001. The 87.3% contribution rate demonstrates that the tiered approval system plays an important role in improving data accuracy, transparency, and accountability in the verification process. The study suggests enhancing digital infrastructure to accelerate approval workflows and providing regular user training to optimize VMS-based verification controls.

Abstract

The increasingly competitive aviation industry requires airports to improve service quality and adopt digital innovation while also responding to growing environmental concerns through the implementation of green airport practices. Passenger awareness of sustainability issues has made environmental image an important factor in shaping passenger satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and digital innovation on passenger satisfaction, with the green airport acting as a mediating variable at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. A quantitative research approach was applied using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM) combined with Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA). Data were collected from 100 passengers through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed to assess both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The findings reveal that service quality has a significant indirect effect on passenger satisfaction through the green airport, indicating full mediation. In contrast, digital innovation shows no statistically significant effect on either the green airport or passenger satisfaction. Furthermore, the IPA results indicate that these environmental sustainability programs play a significant role in improving passenger satisfaction and airport image. In conclusion, strengthening green airport initiatives plays a crucial role in enhancing passenger satisfaction and supporting sustainable airport management.
