Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan sebuah tinjauan mengenai autentifikasi produk pangan halal menggunakan metode Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Konsep halal merupakan simbol dalam perdagangan pangan dan sebagai penjamin kualitas terhadap produk pangan. Pada beberapa tahun ini, Indonesia menunjukkan komitmen terhadap prinsip halal dengan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal bekerja sama dengan berbagai lembaga untuk penegakan yang efektif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memberikan pengetahuan lebih lanjut tentang penggunaan metode PCR untuk memastikan produk makanan halal sebagai metode yang efektif. Metode penulisan artikel ini didasarkan pada analisis DNA target melalui PCR, yang memungkinkan deteksi DNA gen spesifik dari hewan non-halal dalam produk pangan. Artikel ini mencakup latar belakang mengenai tren pangan halal di Indonesia, perkembangan perdagangan internasional, serta studi-studi terkait aplikasi PCR dalam autentifikasi halal dari tahun 2013 hingga 2023. Namun, artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa kelemahan yang perlu ditangani melalui penelitian lanjutan. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan praktik dan keandalan teknologi autentikasi halal, mengatur pasar pangan halal dan menjaga kepercayaan konsumen.

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan tepung pisang di Desa Karang Sidemen, Kecamatan Batukliang Utara, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tengara Barat dilaksanakan oleh MBKM Membangun Desa Universitas Mataram pada November 2023. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan ibu-ibu desa dalam diversifikasi produk pangan dari pisang. Pelatihan melibatkan partisipasi aktif Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Kaki Rinjani dan menggunakan teknologi Solar Dryer Dome untuk pengeringan pisang. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan kualitas tepung pisang yang memuaskan, efisiensi pengeringan optimal, dan dampak positif pada ekonomi lokal. Pendekatan pelatihan praktik dan partisipatif berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan peserta. Melibatkan masyarakat dalam pengujian produk juga memberikan dampak positif pada penerimaan pasar dan aspek sosial-ekonomi. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan berhasil dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat serta memberikan kontribusi pada ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

Betok fish is an economically important fish and is very popular with the community but not many people have cultivated this Betok fish. For this reason, there needs to be an innovation in aquaculture technology so that Betok fish production increases. Stimulation of the work of pituitary hormones of broiler chickens to stimulate gonad maturation in Betok fish spawning to increase production due to overfishing. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of broiler chicken pituitary extract on spawning betok fish (A. testudineus, Bloch) on latent time of ovulation, fecundity, and hatching rate. The study time for 30 days used 4 treatments 3 times, with P0 treatment: Control, P1 treatment: Broiler Chicken Pituitary Extract 0.2 ml/kg, P2 treatment: Broiler Chicken Pituitary Extract 0.4 ml/kg, and P3 treatment: Broiler Chicken Pituitary Extract 0.6 ml/kg. The results showed that treatment A. 0.2 ml / kg had a good effect on the ovulation latency time of betok fish, which was 8 hours 7 minutes, fecundity of 6618 eggs and hatchability of 94.67%. The results of water quality measurements showed that the temperature ranged from 28o-29o C, dissolved oxygen of 3.2-4.8 mg / L, pH of 7.3-7.7 and ammonia of 0.012-0.013 mg / L.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain the optimum formula of effervescent granules of green coffee extract (EG-GCE) on its physical quality (flow speed, water content, and dissolving granule time test) and effectiveness as an antioxidant. The dried extract was obtained by percolation of green coffee with water and dried using a spray drier. The dry extract will be standardized for specific and non-specific. The dose of the dried extract of green coffee used in the granule effervescent was 250 mg pr sachet. EG-GCE was formulated using wet granulation method. Effervescent granules were tested for physical quality (organoleptic, pH, moisture content, flow properties, and dissolving effervescent granule time test) and effectiveness, consisting of antioxidant activity (IC50) with the DPPH method using the microplate reader. The optimum effervescent granule formula was obtained using the factorial design method. The factors used were citric acid monohydrate with a level of (-1) 8% and a level of (+1) 12%, and tartaric acid with a level of (-1) 16%and a level of (+1) 24%. The determination of the optimum formula (proportion of citric acid monohydrate and tartaric acid) was carried out by factorial design method using the following responses: moisture content, flow rate, and dissolving effervescent granule time test. Furthermore, the One Way Anova (Yate's Treatment) statistical method will analyze data from parametric experiments between batches and between formulas. If there is a significant difference in the statistical analysis between the formulas, then the test is continued using the Tukey post-hoc test method. The pH value of resulting EG-GCE products was within the range of 5.46-6.07, moisture content: 3.12-3.67%, flow rate: 25.78-28.53 g/s, angle of repose: 25.65-30.130, Hausner ratio: 1.14-1.22, Carr's index: 12.50–17.83%, dissolving effervescent granule time test: 1.00-1.33 min. This study demonstrated that citric acid monohydrate, tartaric acid, and their interaction affected the moisture content, flow rate, and effervescent time of EG-GCE. The proportion of citric acid monohydrate (9.94%) and tartaric acid (17.46%) was found to be the optimum formula of EG-GCE, with the following responses: moisture content 3.26%, flow rate 25.72 g/s, and dissolving effervescent granule time test 1.19 min. The optimum formula show strong antioxidant activity with IC50 free of radical scavenging 56.56 ± 0.97 µg/ml.

Abstract

Tumor otak merupakan salah satu pertumbuhan jaringan abnormal yang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan sel yang berlebihan di bagian otak tertentu. Pendeteksian tumor dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan menggunakan library logistic regression sebagai pengkasifikasian. Pada pengujian dengan menggunakan data set sebanyak 1.222 image dengan positive tumor dengan dataset sebanyak 827 image dan no tumor dengan dataset sebanyak 395 image. Pada pengujian ini didapatkan hasil akurasi saat training sebesar 100% dan pengujian saat testing sebesar 95%. Pada pengklasifikasian ini dibagi menjadi dua yaitu positive tumor dan no tumor.

Abstract

Karang Sidemen Village is one of the outermost villages in Central Lombok Regency. Located at the northern tip of Mount Rinjani. As a village located at the foot of Lake Segara Anak, this village has a fertile and prosperous land contour. With the potential for large plantations and forest products, the government then designated this village as a Holtipark Village or horticultural park with various high-value plants including cocoa plants. Cocoa as a leading commodity III has not fully used technological processing and the trade value is still local. The problems that occur in Karang Sidemen Village due to abundant cocoa production with less than optimal handling of the results, in addition to the waste produced from handling its processed products, are one problem that must also be considered at the same time. An alternative solution offered for handling cocoa fruit skin waste in Karang Sidemen Village is by processing waste into compost that can be applied as organic material to increase soil fertility. By utilizing cocoa fruit skin waste as compost, it can provide cheap and environmentally friendly organic fertilizer, reduce the pile of organic waste scattered in the plantation environment, help manage waste early and quickly, reduce the need for land for disposal, and save the environment from damage and disturbances in the form of odor or air pollution. In this community service activity, the community is given socialization on how to process waste and the manufacturing process to the application of compost fertilizer utilization which can later be used as organic fertilizer to maintain, improve or increase soil fertility. With this alternative compost fertilizer, it is hoped that it can reduce the accumulation of waste produced by the community so that the cleanliness and beauty of Karang Sidemen Village as an agrotourism village can be achieved optimally. In addition, with this activity, the community can process their own cocoa fruit skin waste so that it can improve community welfare and income.

Abstract

This paper discusses the analysis of UD. GAJAH MAS and the export process. UD GAJAH MAS itself is a company that produces cotton seed oil. The scarcity of this product is the company's advantage to be able to penetrate the international market. This paper aims to analyze the company's export process and analyze the scarcity of cotton seed oil products which are rarely produced by competing companies. The analytical method that we use is by directly interviewing the owner of the company. We use SWOT analysis to know the strengths and weaknesses of UD. GAJAH MAS. Thus market forces and the company's market weakness will be seen. Then combined with the international market potential to find out the export activities carried out by the UD company. ELEPHANT MAS. From the results of the research we conducted, it was underlined the scarcity of kapok seed oil products which are still experienced in other countries, such as Korea, America and even Europe. With the scarcity of cotton seed oil products have an impact on the high demand from abroad, which requires UD. GAJAH MAS conducts export activities abroad. The conclusion is that with the scarcity of companies that make cotton seed oil products have a positive impact on UD. GAJAH MAS sales, because with the high demand for foreign markets, the company has carried out the export process, and we also analyze the terms and conditions when exporting overseas. Then also learn about the estimated budgeted costs for exporting to various countries.

Abstract

Desa Kolam di Kabupaten Deli Serdang memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor peternakan, terutama sapi dan kambing. Namun, pemanfaatan limbah ternak dan teknologi agribisnis masih rendah. Program pengabdian bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah ini melalui teknologi hilirisasi dan pemberdayaan ekonomi peternak. Program ini melibatkan pelatihan teknis, digitalisasi manajemen peternakan, dan analisis strategi pasar. Pelaksanaan program dari Juli hingga Oktober 2023 berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas produksi pupuk organik oleh BUMDesa Karya Bersama dari 1,5 ton menjadi 4,5 ton per bulan dengan memberdayakan 10 peternak percontohan. Selain itu, platform digital dikembangkan untuk mendigitalisasi data ternak, memudahkan manajemen, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar produk pupuk organik. Analisis pasar juga menghasilkan pengembangan produk baru seperti media tanam campur, yang berhasil memperluas distribusi hingga 20 toko. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan pendapatan peternak tetapi juga mendukung ketahanan pangan dan pembangunan berkelanjutan dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan limbah ternak. Keseluruhan program ini menunjukkan bahwa teknologi hilirisasi dan strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa secara signifikan. Program ini dapat dijadikan model untuk pengembangan agribisnis di desa-desa lain dengan potensi serupa, memastikan keberlanjutan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara holistik.

Abstract

Dalam berkembangnya era digital dan teknologi pada masa kini membuat manusia menjalankan pekerjaan dan kegiatannya menggunakan suatu sistem yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah kegiatan manusia, khususnya dalam bidang transaksi. Pemanfaatan suatu sistem pada bidang transaksi mampu berperan sebagai jembatan dan penengah dalam melakukan suatu transaksi yang baik dan transparan, termasuk dalam perusahaan Lestari Mandiri Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode waterfall yang bergerak seperti air terjun dan pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Tujuan utama dari perancangan aplikasi invoice berbasis web ini yaitu menciptakan suatu sistem yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya untuk digunakan sebagai alat transaksi. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, HTML, dan juga CSS yang didatabasekan dengan phpMyAdmin. Sistem ini dapat memberikan efektivitas dan efisiensi yang lebih baik karena pengaksesan yang lebih mudah.

Abstract

In the current era, as we know, the industry in the field of shipping or logistics services has experienced very rapid growth in Indonesia. Logistics is a term for storing goods on a large scale which cannot be separated from the industrial sector, including the logistics delivery services industry. The development of the expedition services market in Indonesia was stated by Mr. Feriadi, General Chair of the DPP of the Association of Indonesian Express, Postal and Logistics Delivery Service Companies 4 (Asperindo), one of which was caused by the e-commerce market which has developed rapidly. Seeing this problem, we offer a solution, namely a tool that can steer and move goods according to the destination point that has been determined based on the goods code. The product to be designed is named RAMOS (Robot Autonomous Sorter and Mover). This robot can be used in a warehouse and the robot can walk autonomously according to a predetermined destination point. Functions as a tool for sorting and moving goods in logistics warehouses. This product can reduce human effort in moving goods that have been classified, and can reduce errors in the placement of goods that have been determined. RAMOS (Autonomous Robot Sorting and Moving Goods). This robot can be used in a warehouse and the robot can walk autonomously according to a predetermined destination point. Functions as a tool for sorting and moving goods in logistics warehouses. This product can reduce human effort in moving goods that have been classified, and can reduce errors in the placement of goods that have been determined. Then, there is an advantage to this robot, namely that it is able to avoid obstacles or collisions.
