Abstract

Peneliltian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya sampah yang dihasilkan oleh manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya, apabila sampah tersebut tidak ditangani dengan serius akan menimbulkan berbagai masalah terutama penyakit yang berefek terhadap manusia itu sendiri. Salah satu solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah kompos. Kompos dapat dibuat untuk meminimalisasi efek negatif yang ditimbulkan sampah dengan membuatnya lebih bermanfaat secara ekologis maupun finansial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran public relations dalam program CSR Komposting PT. Sinarmas Group Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengaplikasikan triangulasi data,  observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran public relations sebagai CSR telah  dilaksanakan, baik itu pihak manajemen maupun public relations serta marketing mencari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat disekitar perusahaan. Kemudian permasalahan yang muncul ditampung oleh pihak manajemen untuk dirancang menjadi sebuah kegiatan. Public Relations memiliki peran untuk mengakomodir ide dari seluruh karyawan kemudian ide tersebut dijadikan sebuah kegiatan sosial. Kegiatan tersebut di maksudkan untuk memperkenalkan kepedulian perusahaan kepada publik. Sehingga tercipta program CSR Komposting PT. Sinarmas Group Tapung Kabupaten Kampar.

Abstract

This research aims to explore why the Pesantren Al-Maqbul continues to maintain a traditional education system from the ontological perspective of educational philosophy. This qualitative research focuses on the mechanisms of community interaction in Pesantren Al-Maqbul. To get the data, the collection techniques employed were through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study resulted in findings that (1) The reason Pesantren Al-Maqbul still insists on maintaining the traditional education system cannot be separated from the educational philosophy ontology; (2) The influence of the ontology foundation of the educational philosophy of the Pesantren Al-Maqbul on its educational goals can be identified from the tendency of monism, which places Allah's revelation in the form of the Qur'an and Hadith as the only authoritative source of knowledge; (3) According to the view of Pesantren Al-Maqbul, knowledge about God, humans, and the universe is obtained from an in-depth reading of the Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

This study aims to elaborate on and examine Westernization at the first modern university in the Muslim world called Darülfünun and its impact of on religious education in Turkish universities. The study explores the history of the establishment of Darülfünun at the beginning to determine some efforts to Westernize this institution. This research is qualitative with an approach to library study. Data is collected through documentation such as books, articles, and educational policies of the Turkish government over a certain period. This study revealed that Darülfünun, which has now changed its name to Istanbul University, has held several Westernization agendas and inevitably influenced religious education conducted by the other Faculty of Theology in Turkish universities. The secularization and modernization ordered by Atatürk played a significant role in shaping the Turkish educational system. Due to its status as a pioneer of modern universities in Türkiye, Darülfünun has inspired modernization as well as Westernization in universities founded throughout the country.
