Abstract

Virtual education is distance teaching in which teachers and students are in different places but can be connected to each other via the internet network. The virtual education system is divided into two, namely Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual classes. One of virtual education is video conferencing (vicon). A fully capable network is required to comply with Quality of Service (QoS) standards for real-time applications. This study analyzes the QoS of vicon features in LMS at the University of Nasional that is BigBlueButtonBN. Based on the QoS parameters obtained 25% throughput, 100% packet loss, 84.75% delay, 37.5% jitter and 58.5% MOS. Based on the bandwidth requirements of each parameter, the results are 61.2% or 27.9411MB. The MOS value for video 100 is 4, which results in very good images on this vicon.

Abstract

The technology development increase the number of automation system in indudustry. One of them is Chatbot application in education industry. This automation technology is able to lessen university's service in order to facilitate the students' need of information whenever and wherever they are. Lack of student literacy regarding the functions and use of the web in conducting online lectures causes the same number of questions repeatedly to the university, which are actually frequently asked questions that have been written in a list of frequently asked questions (Faq), such as: assignment submission, forget passwords, lectures online, video conference lectures and lecture web applications on android. Chatbot will automatically answer students' question in university web page by providing information and suggesting a proper answer suit to the question. This research will develop Chatbot type based on text by applying Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm . The applied data set while conducting the Chatbot coaching is  the questions data which frequently being asked (FAQ) in the study web, 25 questions with its answer which is divided into 16 labels or classes. The testing is conducted by using 110 different conversations from the dataset but have the same intention. From those 110 conversation, the Chatbot succed in answering 107 questions precisely and made 3 wrong conversation. The testing result shows a good result by having 97,27% accuracy and 2,72% error.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the use of information systems for data management calling for graduates by using a QR code. At the analysis stage, it was found a problem that in calling the graduation participants still used the manual method, this caused the names of the graduates to be confused during the summoning procession. Based on the background of the problem, the researcher aims to make the calling process more efficient, replacing the system that uses QR code technology. The researcher uses the Reed Solomon method as error correction in the QR code Encoding process. This research was conducted through testing of 100 data and a total of 4000 times of testing including error correction, scan distance, and the condition of the card or paper. The results of the test are scans that are read in good condition with a correction level with distance testing of 6cm, 12cm, 18cm, 24cm and 30cm with errors L = 63.6%, M = 74%, Q = 79.8%, H = 93.8%while in damaged condition L = 42.8% ,M = 53.6% ,Q = 65.4%,H = 87.6%Therefore, this error fix affects the QR Code.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain the results of the analysis of factors that make prospective customers who want to open an account at a branch switch to opening an online account. This study uses the K-Means method and uses the age factor, the time period in opening an account as a parameter. The data collection technique is in the form of data collection by questionnaire. The subject of this research is marketing who are members of PT Dika in collaboration with PT Bank Central Asia. Based on the research conducted by the author using the K-Means Clustering method and the rapidminer application, the researchers drew the following conclusions; 1) Of the three clusters, the age factor that has the most value is at age 21 in cluster 3 as many as 3 people. As for the age of 22 to 26 in the three clusters, the three clusters are not much different, 2) Of the three clusters, the most income factors are in group 3 as many as 4 people in cluster 2, namely earning around 1.500.000 – 3,000,000, 3) Of the three cluster, the distance factor from home to the nearest BCA Bank is at most at distance 1 as many as 3 people in cluster 3 and at distance 3 as many as 3 people in cluster 2, 4) Of the three clusters, the processing time factor is mostly in group 1 as much as 3 people in cluster 1, group 2 as many as 3 people in cluster 3 and group 3 as many as 3 people in cluster 3, and 5) From the three clusters, the factor of moving from opening an account at a branch to opening an online account (pemol) is because it's faster, in cluster 1 as many as 3 people, in cluster 2 as many as 2 people and in cluster 3 as many as 3 people.

Abstract

The implementation of paying zakat is obligatory for every Muslim. Generally, there are problems that are lacking in the recording of zakat management. Currently, many still use the manual method which is of course very risky for loss and damage to the recording of zakat. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design a website that facilitates the payment and recording of zakat. With this research, it is expected to ease the mosque management to manage zakat to be more efficient. In this study applying the Agile SDLC model, this study has four stages, namely, timebox planning, iteration, demonstration, and retrospective meeting. Based on the research that has been done, namely the Implementation of Agile Methods on a Website-Based Zakat Management System with the Laravel Framework at the Al-Ijabah Mosque Amil Zakat Agency, the researcher concludes that the system built has met the administrative needs to input data such as Muzakki data (zakat givers). , Mustahiq data (zakat recipients), daily transaction reports. With the construction of this system, zakat transaction data can be stored in the database. So that zakat transaction data is not easily lost/damaged.
