Fluctuation Percentage is amount of loaded chair from amount of available chair cause instability at income from operation and earnings. Fluctuation inPO. IFS Travel Jambi because of factor is lack of consumer motivation to do purchasing of service and lack activity of promotion. For company which active in transportation service, primary factor in most consumer in self stand a chance to cause sale volume fluctuation is the lack of consumer motivation do purchasing.In this research to know consumer motivation in doing purchasing atPO. IFS Travel used by Theory attributes Motivate Maslow or which is ordinary to be recognized with Hierarchy need of Maslow namely need of physiological, security need, social need, appreciation need, and self actualication need. Regional economic development has the main purpose of that is to increase and expand job opportunities for the people of the area. To achieve this purpose, the local government and the community should jointly take the initiative leveraging the existing potential optimally in developing the region's economy for the benefit of society. Now that the problem in this study is how the elasticity and the coefficient of energy-sector jobs in economic sectors featured in Jambi Regency Floating Market. Whereas in this study is to analyze the coefficient of elasticity and energy-sector jobs in economic sectors featured in Jambi Regency Floating Market. Over the period 2008-2012 from the elasticity of labor absorption in each sector shows the condition of one year ie in 2010 occurred inelastic or elastic increase in PDRB of labor absorption. This scenario is possible because in 2010 there was a global economic shocks that also have an impact on the acceptance of each sector to the absorption of labor in Jambi Regency Muaro also down. But .At trade, hotels and restaurants in Muaro Jambi Regency during the period 2008-2012 shows all criteria elastic means trade, hotels and restaurants are able to contribute in absorbing labor and quite resistant to shock the global economic crisis. From the estimated coefficients of the variables known that labor absorption in all sectors showed positive figures and large enough to contribute to the growth of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) in Jambi Regency Muaro.Keyword: PDRB, Elasticity

The aim of the research is to find out the number of room occupants, average tariff per room, and deflator PDRB that become the factors determining tax revenue of hotels in Jambi City. The research was a descriptive study. The methods of obtaining the data were observation and library research. The data were secondary data of time series. They were analyzed by using regression analysis. The results reveal that the number of hotel visitors staying and using hotel facilities with average payment and tariff per room has a significant influence on hotel tax revenue. On the other hand, deflator PDRB dies not have a significant influence on hotel tax revenue in Jambi City.Keyword : Revenue, Tax, Hotel

This study uses primary data and secondary data and the number taken in a representative sample using purposive random sampling method. Analysis tool to analyze this research uses chochran test. From the results of discussion by using the test results obtained chochran of Testing Decision I: Reject Ho because the Q count (46.4)> Q tab (16.92). So there is no common opinion of respondents about the attributes. Thus, the need to be tested II by removing attributes that have the smallest proportion of YES answers, is an attribute "bank management". Testing decision II: Reject Ho because the Q count (19.57)> Q table (15.51). Not enough evidence to suggest that the same possible answers YES for each attribute. Thus, III Tests need to be done by issuing an attribute with the smallest proportion of YES answers. Decision III testing is to accept Ho for calculating Q (12.69)

Quality of human resources is inseparable from the work productivity of the human resources , since the quality of human resources can be seen from his productivity . Quality of human resources as well as the subject of development can determine the level of productivity will also determine the success of development and productivity is the driving force for economic development . So it can be said that the improvement of the quality of human resources is reflected in the contribution to economic growth is getting better . Factors affecting the quality of the society at large is the factor income , educational factors and health factors . Improvement of health , education and income levels give you an idea on improving the quality significantly.Based on estimates using the OLS method , showing the influence of the human development index (HDI) and the Quality of Life Index ( IMH ) on labor productivity Jambi province has a positive and significant effect can be seen from the calculated value of t is greater than t - table .Keywords: The Quality of Life Index (IMH), The Human Development Index, and Labor Productivity

This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance Batanghari University.Type of research is a quantitative survey research properties for descriptive purposes and an explanatory. Proportional sampling technique stratified random sampling. The sample of this study were employees of the University of Batanghari, amounting to 48 people. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science).The results of the study are: 1) The rate of respondents of 80.80% for transformational leadership often. To work motivation level of achievement of 73.65% of respondents included in the regular category. As for employee performance achievement level of 76.73% respondents included in the category quite capable. There is the effect of transformational leadership and motivation to work together on employee performance at the University of Batanghari.Keyword: Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Performance

The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method by using statistical formula to help analyze data obtained from the field. The data in this research is obtained by distributing questionnaires to 43 respondents who become the sample. Then processed using Product Moment correlation formula, and assisted with soft ware computer that is SPSS 24 to know there is a relationship between discipline and performance. The result of the research shows that the test regression equation test have positive direction toward employee performance with significant level is proved tcount 3,893>ttable 2.0195 in other words have close enough relationship with performance. For a correlation calculation of 0.519, this indicates a positive relationship between discipline and performance. Furthermore, the determinant coefficient obtained by 27%, the rest of 73% influenced by other factors outside the study of this study.

The quality of human resources can not be separated from the work productivity of human resources such as qualified human resources that can be seen from its productivity (Siregar, 2009). The improvement of the quality of the public will have an impact on their productivity increase.The Data used in this research is the data period 2002-2014 year secondary because of BPS Jambi Province. The model used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that Based on estimates using OLS, shows the influence of variable index Infant Mortality (IKB), Index Life expectancy (IHH) and Index Literacy (IndeksMH) jointly significant effect on variable index Quality of Life ( IMH) Jambi expressed from the F-count> F-table that is 12.450> 3.86. Similarly, partially from t-count test results can be seen from the value t count larger than t-table. all variables have a significant influence on variables Quality of Life Index (IMH) in Jambi Province. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan konsumen dengan loyalitas merek pada pengguna kartu prabayar Simpati dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di Pekanbaru. Kepuasan konsumen diartikan sebagai sikap, penelitian dan respon emosional konsumen setelah proses pembelian yang berasal dari perbandingan kesan kinerja aktual suatu produk dengan harapan dan evaluasi pengalaman mengkonsumsi suatu produk atau jasa. Sementara loyalitas merek suatu sikap positif dan kelekatan konsumen berdasarkan perasaan menyenangi, akrab dan bangga menjadi pengguna merek dimana konsumen membeli merek secara konsisten sebagai bentuk komitmen. Hipotesis penelitian adalah ada hubungan antara kepuasan konsumen dengan loyalitas merek menggunakan incidental sampling pengguna kartu pra-bayar Simpati. Instrumen penelitian skala kepuasan konsumen dan skala loyalitas merek menggunakan korelasi product moment dari Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen dengan loyalitas merek, dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.665 dan R² sebesar 0.442, dan F sebesar 77.771, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen memiliki pengaruh sebesar 44.2% terhadap loyalitas merek.

This study aims to determine the effect of using guided discovery learning method for IPA learningoutcomes. Variables that examined are the learning method that consists of guided learningmethods discovery, conventional method, and student learning outcomes IPA. This research isquasi experimental study. Experimental design to be used in the form pretest-posttest controlgroup design. The population were all fourth grade students in elementary school Gedanganak01 West Ungaran and SD Negeri Langensari 01 West Ungaran. The experiments given classtreatment guided discovery learning method and the control class were given conventionaltreatment methods. Data collection techniques of this study is test to measure student learningoutcomes IPA. Analysis of data using (1) the descriptive statistical techniques to describe thecharacteristics of science learning outcomes; and (2) of inferential statistics by t-test to testthe hypothesis of the study with assisted SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results showed that thereis significant influence learning method guided discovery to learning outcomes IPA. This wasshown by the differences in learning outcomes in science subjects between learning by usingguided discovery with conventional learning. These results are based on t -.test Gain Score withSig. 0.012 α (0.05).
