Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang peningkatan peran kelembagaan pegawai syara’ di kecamatan Somba Opu, Kabupaten Gowa, sehingga penelitian ini berfokus pada peran pegawai syara’ bidang keagamaan dalam meningkatkan pengabdiannya kepada masyarakat di kecamatan Somba Opu, juga berfokus pada hambatan dan pendukung serta usaha yang dilakukan pegawai syara’ dalam meningkatkan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pula. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui usaha yang dilakukan pegawai syara’ bidang keagamaan dalam menjawab hambatan, dukungan sehingga meningkatkan peran pengabdiannya kepada masyarakat di kecamatan Somba Opu secara khusus dan pada masyarakat pada umumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode pendekatan secara ilmiah dan syar’i. Hasil penelitian ditunjukkan melalui profil Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) kecamatan Somba Opu kabupaten Gowa semakin meningkat dan ideal dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Hal tersebut terekam pada data-data yang menunjukkan peningkatan peran kelembagaan pegawai KUA kecamatan Somba Opu kabupaten Gowa yang mengantarkan sebagai KUA Teladan pada tingkat kabupaten/kota hingga Nasional adalah sebagai upaya strategi untuk memotivasi dan memberi semangat bagi jajaran KUA lainnya untuk berkopetensi menjadi yang terbaik dalam pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Diharapkan peran pegawai kelembagaan KUA kecamatan Somba Opu yang kualitas pelayanannya sudah memenuhi standar perlu sosialisasi secara langsung tentang bidang-bidang pelayanan yang ada di Kantor Urusan Agama sehingga lebih dikenal luas ke pelosok pedesaan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This re$se$arch focuse$s on analyzing the$curriculum$of phalac scie$nce$at the$State$Islam$ic Unive$rsity of Alauddin M$akassar base$d on astronom$y inte$gration. The$form$ulation of this proble$m$include$s: how is the$curriculum$of phalac scie$nce$at Alauddin M$akassar State$Islam$ic Unive$rsity, how is the$astronom$ical inte$gration of the$curriculum$of phalac scie$nce$at Alauddin M$akassar State$Islam$ic Unive$rsity. This re$se$arch use$s a library re$se$arch m$e$thod by analyzing the$astronom$y inte$gration-base$d astrophysics curriculum$through source$s obtaine$d from$books, article$s, the$se$s, and re$ports on pre$vious re$se$arch re$sults that are$re$le$vant to this re$se$arch. The$re$sults of this study are$the$re$alistic le$arning of astrophysics applie$d by the$Falak Scie$nce$Study Program$at Alauddin M$akassar State$Islam$ic Unive$rsity has 63 course$s with 147 cre$dits consisting of 13 Unive$rsity com$pulsory course$s, 22 Faculty course$s and 26 Falak Scie$nce$Study Program$course$s. Of the$26 course$s in the$Falak Scie$nce$Study Program$that ne$e$d to be$adde$d are$13 course$s, nam$e$ly Lunar E$clipse$Hisab, Solar E$clipse$Hisab, Non-Optic Rukyat De$vice$s, Optical Rukyat De$vice$s, Advance$d Falak Scie$nce$Te$xt Studie$s, Hisab and Rukyat Practice$s, Basics of Astronom$y, Basics of Sphe$rical Astronom$y, Basics of Physics, M$athe$m$atics. Hisab Rukyat Study of Diffe$re$nt Countrie$s, Astronom$y and Culture$, Calculator Algorithm$s and Program$m$ing, Com$pute$r Algorithm$s and Program$m$ing (E$xce$l), Com$pute$r Algorithm$s and Program$m$ing (VB and Android), and Statistics. Abstract

This research aims to explore the application of the local wisdom of sipakatau, sipakalebbi, sipakainge into the curriculum at PTKIN. The focus of this research is the weak design of local wisdom implemented in formal curriculum documents. The author used a qualitative approach with explorative case study as the research design. In-depth interviews, participatory observation and document analysis were the data collection techniques used and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the value of local wisdom has existed in campus social interactions, but has not been formally outlined in the curriculum. The results of the analysis reveal that there are major challenges, namely a lack of balance with institutional awareness and the assumption that local values are the antithesis of the demands of globalization. On the other hand, there are great opportunities through intersectoral cooperation, strengthening the competence of lecturers and reforming curriculum documents based on local wisdom. This research introduces a three-stage implementation model, namely: alignment of the vision and mission of the institution, formulation of learning outcomes based on local wisdom values, and lecturer training.
