Abstract

This study which is aimed to develop a learning video, entitled "Developing Tutorial Learning Video to Enhance Students’ Practical Skill of Betawi Folk Dance “Cokek Sipatmo” in Cultural Arts Subject for Middle School Students Grade VIII " and is designed for Cultural Arts Education particularly dance for middle school students which has proven its effectiveness to improve the final grades of middle school students. The research participants were Al Azhar Syifa Budi Junior High School students in Jakarta. This research and development followed the stages of Lee and Owens' development. The stages in developing a video tutorial are: (1) conducting a preliminary analysis, (2) conducting a front-end analysis consisting of audience analysis, technology analysis, task analysis, media analysis; (3) Design; (4) Development: one to one production and test processes; (5) Implementation; (6) Evaluation (Validation from content expert, media expert, instructional design expert). Video tutorials can be accessed online for everyone at anytime in any place. The result of this study indicated that the video tutorial is beneficial in the learning process of the Betawi Cokek Sipatmo Dance Practice in the subject of Cultural Arts as evidenced by the increase in post-test scores compared to the pre-test scores.

Abstract

These children with special needs generally have differences both physically, mentally and socially, emotionally. They require adjustments in the learning process. The adjustment is made in order to optimize their development like other children. various types of children with special needs, one of which is children who do not have physical abilities (disabled). Disability can be classified into two types, namely disorders of the function of the orthopedic limb (orthopedic disability) and disorders of the function of the limb of the nerve (neurological disability). Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a part of neurological disabilities (physical disabilities), they also do not escape the attention and reach of educational services. The purpose of this study was to optimize the mobility development abilities of Cerebral Palsy (CP) students at TKLB SLB D YPAC, South Jakarta. The development of the learning model used in this study is the ADDIE Approach (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implement-Evaluate) Learning Design Model which is strengthened by the results of the instrument validity and reliability test data. The results of presenting data are in the form of analysis results and facts that the researchers found in the field, and adjusted to the theory used in this study. The discussion on the presentation of the data is the result of analysis and facts that the researchers found in the field, and has been adjusted to the theory used in this study so that it can optimize the movement development of Cerebral Palsy (CP) students at TKLB SLB D YPAC, South Jakarta through sewing board media. After conducting research and development of the sewing board media that has been developed and proven to be effective, it can be used in optimizing the mobility development abilities of Cerebral Palsy (CP) students.

Abstract

This research aims to help students with cerebral palsy in TKLB SLB D YPAC in southern Jakarta improve their fine motor skills. School learning model design tool effectiveness and reliability, supported by test results, ADDIE (Analysis - design - implementation - assessment) method is used to study the development model used in this study. Researchers present the data results in the form of analysis and facts based on the theories used in this research. The discussion of the presentation is based on research and evidence in the field and has been adjusted according to the theory used in this research to improve fine motor skills. Use media sewing board, South Jakarta TKLB SLB D YPAC cerebral palsy (CP) The student can understand him their illness. After extensive research and development, resulting sewing board has been shown to improve cerebral palsy (CP) fine children's fine motor skills.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of learning strategies and Mathematicsanxiety on learning outcomes in the PRE (PRE). The research was carried out at SMKNegeri 7 Bekasi City, West Java. Using experimental methods with a 2x2 factorial groupdesign. The research sample consisted of 36 students selected randomly. The researchresults show that the PRE learning outcomes of students who use PBL learning strategiesare higher than those who use direct learning strategies after controlling for Mathematicsanxiety. There is an interaction effect between learning strategies and anxiety on students'PRE learning outcomes after controlling for Mathematics anxiety. The PRE learningoutcomes of students who use PBL learning strategies for students who have high levels ofMathematics anxiety are higher than students who use direct learning strategies. The PRElearning outcomes of students who use PBL learning strategies for students who have lowanxiety are lower than students who are taught using direct learning strategies. It can beconcluded that there is an interaction effect between the use of learning strategies andMathematics anxiety on PRE learning outcomes.

Abstract

Problem-Based Learning (PBL) facilitates student learning through group activities and self-directed learning (SDL) to formulate problems related to the competencies to be achieved. The problems collaboratively formulated by all group members are studied in search of solutions. The problems provided by the teacher are unstructured, meaning there is not just one solution but several potential alternatives. SDL requires various types of diligence or student skills. Students who succeed in learning through PBL largely depend on the amount of appropriately personalized support they receive and their confidence in overcoming their shortcomings with that support (Smith & Cook, 2012). However, vocational school (SMK) teachers, especially in technology and engineering, have not yet found ways to provide scaffolding to students learning through PBL to face their optimal challenges. This situation arises because vocational school teachers generally position themselves as facilitators in PBL learning rather than forming a PBL tutor team. This research aims to develop a scaffolding design for SMK students in technology and industry to tackle optimal challenges. Scaffolding focuses on enhancing students' problem-solving skills by providing timely support (Wood et al., 1976). The formative evaluation phase is divided into three parts: one-on-one evaluations by experts and learners, small group evaluations, and field trials. The results of the one-on-one evaluations by experts, consisting of content and media specialists, yielded average scores of 88.49% and 95.42%, respectively, both rated as very feasible. This indicates that the learning materials for the Scaffolding of Optimal Challenges in the PBL subject of Programming and Microcontroller Applications are indeed suitable for use in the learning process within Technology and Engineering SMK environments in Bekasi City.
