Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy of the Padang City Amil Zakat Institution in collecting zakat. The methodology used is field research using interview data, observation, and documentation. The results of the study explained that the Padang City zakat collection agency built tithe awareness for the people of Padang City. On the other hand, the community felt the presence of the Padang City Collection Agency. Through a work program: Padang smart, Religious, Prosperous, and Padang care which reaches all in Padang City. Zakat Collection Agency carried out a mapping strategy, built giver and receiver zakat communications, and opened grey/stands in shopping centres and government buildings. This strategy can increase the amount of zakat collected by the City of Padang Collection Agency.Keywords: Strategy, Zakat, Collection Agency.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi Lembaga Amil Zakat (Baznas) Kota Padang dalam memungut zakat. Metodologi yang digunakan ialah penelitian lapangan dengan metode pengumpalan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Baznas Kota Padang membangun kesadaran berzakat bagi masyarakat Kota Padang. Pada sisi lain, masyarakat merasakan kehadiran Baznas Kota Padang melalui program kerja; Padang Cerdas, Padang Religius, Padang Sejahtera dan Padang Peduli yang menjangkau seluruh di Kota Padang. Baznas melakukan strategi pemetaan, membangun komunikasi Mustahiq-Muzakki, dan membuka gray/stand di pusat perbelanjaan dan gedung pemerintahan. Strategi ini mampu meningkatkan jumlah zakat yang dihimpun Baznas Kota Padang.Kata kunci: Strategi, Zakat Fitrah, Baznas.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Sore Ceria Program on RRI PRO 2 Bukittinggi in attracting and retaining listeners through informative, educational, and entertaining content. Using qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation, this study involved the Broadcast Coordinator and broadcasters of LPP RRI Pro 2 Bukittinggi as the main informants, as well as students and listeners as supporting informants. The results of the study indicate that the Sore Ceria Program plays an important role in providing information, education, and entertainment that not only increases insight but also overcomes listeners' boredom. Active interaction between broadcasters and listeners creates a pleasant atmosphere, while educational content provides real benefits, so that this program has succeeded in providing a positive impact in filling listeners' free time in the afternoon.

Abstract

Abstrak:  Pengembangan pondok pesantren di Kabupaten Agam tahun mulai 2021 mengalami kemajuan yang amat pesat, keberadaan pesantren sebagai agent of change suatu lembaga utama yang terdepan menciptakan moral anak bangsa. Fundraising pesantren dapat memainkan peran yang signifikan untuk pengembangan pesantren mulai mencari donatur  masyarakat, lembaga dan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi model komunikasi fundraising efektif bagi pengembangan pondok pesantren, yang sering menghadapi keterbatasan dana untuk pengembangannya. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa adanya peningkatan tiga tahun mulai tahun 2021  sampai sekarang pengembangan pondok pesantren di Kabupaten Agam dengan dukungan donatur dari masyarakat, perantau dan pemerintah di Kabupaten Agam.  Beberapa poin kunci dari model komunikasi fundraising ialah keberadaan struktur organisasi yang jelas, tujuan dari pengembangan pondok pesantren dan  strategi kebijakan pengumpulan donasi secara online dan ofline yang bertujuan memudahkan donatur memberikan donasi..  Abstract:  The development of Islamic boarding schools in Agam Regency from 2021 will experience very rapid progress, the existence of Islamic boarding schools as agents of change, a main institution at the forefront of creating the morale of the nation's children. Islamic boarding school funding can play a significant role in the development of Islamic boarding schools, starting from looking for community, institutional and government donors. This research aims to explore effective fundraising communication models for the development of Islamic boarding schools, which often face limited funds for their development. The research results confirm that there has been a three-year increase from 2021 until now in the development of Islamic boarding schools in Agam Regency with the support of donors from the community, nomads and the government in Agam Regency.  Several key points from the fundraising communication model are the existence of a clear organizational structure, the objectives of developing Islamic boarding schools and online and offline donation collection policy strategies which aim to make it easier for donors to make donations.
