Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and reward variables on job satisfaction variables for Gojek online drivers in the city of Banjarmasin, Indonesia. The design of this research is research with quantitative methods and is afield survey research by taking primary data sources. The research population is Gojek Online drivers in the city of Banjarmasin and a sample of 30 respondents using a purposive sampling method. The data was processed by analyzing multiple linear regression data with the help of the SPSS test tool. The statistical test results and the results of the hypothesis in this study conclude that the work motivation variable and the reward variable simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the online Gojek driver job satisfaction variable in Banjarmasin City, while the partial test results for the work motivation variable do not have a significant effect on the job satisfaction variable. Online Gojek drivers in Banjarmasin City, and the reward variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the J variable ob Satisfaction Gojek Online Drivers in Banjarmasin City, this research only takes objects in Banjarmasin city, it is hoped that further research can expand objects in other cities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Business startup that is run both small and large with digital platform aims to make a profit. To find out the extent of the benefits derived from the business startup that is run requires careful managing. Managing of business startup is expenses and income must be done carefully so that the analysis and calculation of profit and loss of the business carried out with results that reflect the business potential.       Banjarmasin City are many schools including Pesantren Al Hikmah, a river cultural area, where most of the population (52%) live in small business fields and most (48%) of them (families) depend their livelihoods / livelihoods from the sea as traditional trading.       Finally, there has been an outreach and counseling about designing businesses startup by a group of students, but it has not provided adequate results. This is due to not doing a good business startup. Through community service activities it seeks to provide knowledge about how to manage their business with low price of a product so that it can benefit the producers.

Abstract

The background is the Marketing Performance of MSMEs. Currently, many problems arise related to the Marketing Performance of MSMEs. Therefore, problems related to performance need to find a solution. Focus on two issues, namely (1) Is there an influence of Business Strategy on MSME Marketing performance, and (2) Is there a Proactive influence on MSME Marketing performance. Research conducted on companies includes Anttila J., Jussila K., 2018, Ramayah T., The long-term objectives of previous research have focused on Business Strategy and Proactivity issues regarding Marketing Performance. Meanwhile, this research focuses on research conducted in Banjarmasin MSMEs. Specific targets to be achieved. Analyze and determine the influence of partially significant Business and Proactive Strategy on MSME Marketing Performance. Analyze and determine the influence of partially significant Proactive Strategy on MSME Marketing Performance. Based on the researcher's observations, the problem is that the Business Strategy and Proactivity in MSME Marketing Performance are not yet optimal. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The number of samples taken was 48 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while data analysis uses Smart PLS. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence of Business Strategy (X1), on the marketing performance of MSMEs. And there is a significant influence of Proactivity (X2), on the marketing performance of MSMEs. This research is explanatory research, namely testing the influence between Business Strategy variables. (X1), Proactive (X2), while the dependent variable is MSME Marketing Performance (Y), Data collection techniques used by researchers, namely Interviews, Questionnaires, Documentation. and Hypothesis Testing The proposed activity plan in the research aims to provide information that better interactions and relationships are actually a side effect of providing space for MSMEs to be competitive and proactive while still being able to accommodate existing problems.

Specific targets to be achieved. Against the backdrop of current Marketing Performance, many problems arise related to employment, especially the performance of UMKM Marketing, therefore problems related to performance need to be resolved. Focus on two problems, namely Analyzing and knowing the Effect of Ability and Innovation partially on UMKM Performance. (1) Is there an effect of Ability on Marketing performance, and (2) Is there an effect of Innovation on Marketing performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire), Population and sample of 48 respondents, while data analysis uses Smart PLS. The Data Analysis Technique used in this study is PLS-SEM because it aims to test the predictive relationship between constructs by seeing whether there is a relationship or influence between the constructs. proposed activities.
