Abstract

Guru sebagai ujung tombak dalam aktifitas kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di sekolah sudah semestinya mendapatkan penghargaan dari sekolah tempat mereka mengajar, karena dedikasi mereka. Salah satu sekolah yang melakukan hal tersebut adalah SDN Kunciran 9 Kota Tangerang, dengan memberikan penghargaan sebagai guru terbaik pada setiap tahunnya. Proses untuk mendapatkan guru terbaik yang dilakukan SDN Kunciran 9 Kota Tangerang selama ini adalah dengan mengadakan pemilihan guru terbaik dengan cara menulis nilai di setiap lembar penilaian guru dan keputusan pun dilakukan secara manual, sehingga waktu yang dibutuhkan agak lama. Data yang tersimpan pun masih dalam bentuk berkas-berkas dengan tidak ada backup nya, sehingga kepala SDN Kunciran 9 Kota Tangerang kesulitan dalam menentukan penilaian dalam pemilihan guru terbaik dalam waktu yang cepat dan tepat serta objektif. Apa yang menjadi kesulitan kepala SDN Kunciran 9 Kota Tangerang dalam pemilihan guru terbaik terjawab dengan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dengan metode TOPSIS dalam menentukan guru terbaik, maka dihasilkan rekomendasi rangking atau urutan guru terbaik, yaitu Guru 3 karena memiliki nilai preferensi paling tinggi yaitu 1, kemudian dilanjutkan dari urutan kedua hingga kesembilan yaitu Guru 4 dengan nilai preferensi 0.78871, Guru 2 dengan nilai preferensi 0.72123, Guru 8 dengan nilai preferensi 0.62635, Guru 5 dengan nilai preferensi 0.61794, Guru 9 dengan nilai preferensi 0.51257, Guru 1 dengan nilai preferensi 0.46919, Guru 6 dengan nilai preferensi 0.19994 dan urutan terakhir Guru 7 dengan nilai preferensi 0.14025.

Abstract

Appreciation of a performance for the best employees is something that must be done by a company to encourage employees to be more enthusiastic in working. Reward is given to employees who have performed the best in the last year, while the awarding of a letter of reprimand is given to employees who have very poor performance. the selection of the best employees so far is based only on attendance and observation from the assessment of performance in one year regardless of other criteria of assessment. so there are often mistakes in choosing the best employees. in this study using Profile Matching method in performing calculations and employee rank. The results showed that employees on behalf of Serly were selected as the best employees with a score of 4.96

Abstract

Making the right decision is very important in a management, wrong decision making can be fatal for both companies and individuals Through the Education Office the government seeks to allocate funds to provide scholarships to students who are economically unable to finance their education and provide scholarships to students who have achievements. In order for the implementation of scholarships to be achieved, it must be in accordance with the principle of 3T, namely On target, Right amount and On time. The provision of tuition fee assistance in the form of scholarships is also given to students in universities. Scholarships are given to students who excel and are underprivileged. The selection of scholarship recipients so far is not maximal because of the assessment that seems to favor one student so that students who really deserve it become unable to get. In this research using Weighted Products method to conduct the assessment process and the process implemented into a system, it is expected that with the system of decision-makers can choose students who really deserve. The results showed that Mahasiswa 4 was selected as a scholarship student with a score of 0.237

Abstract

Laws are rules that allow people in general to actively carry out through special intermediaries who have the authority to carry out legal coercion, economic sanctions such as fines, etc. Children are part of the younger generation as one of the human resources who are potential and successors to the ideals of the nation's struggle in the future, who have a strategic role and have special characteristics and characteristics, require guidance and protection in order to ensure balanced physical, mental and social growth and development. Theft with violence from a legal perspective is one of the criminal acts that is troubling and detrimental to society. Therefore, legal action must be taken. The act of motorbike robbery carried out by a group of people or organized is in essence an act that is contrary to religious, moral, ethical and legal norms, and endangers the livelihoods and lives of the community, nation and state. Based on the Criminal Code, begal is included in "Criminal Acts of Theft Chapter XXII specifically regulated in Article 365 of the Criminal Code. This has been regulated in the Criminal Code Article 365 paragraphs (1), (2) and (3), namely with a maximum penalty of nine years, twelve years, even life imprisonment. The type of research used is Juridical Empirical. The research results obtained, namely: 1). Legal protection for minors who commit criminal acts of theft using sharp weapons in the jurisdiction of the Padang Polrestabes. 2). Obstacles and efforts faced by Padang Police investigators in protecting children's rights as perpetrators of crimes of theft using sharp weapons in the jurisdiction of the Padang Polrestabes. Based on the results of the research it is suggested: The members of the Padang Polrestabes are more active and effective in conducting outreach to the public regarding the large number of crimes or criminal acts of theft that use sharp weapons
