Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This paper presents a qualitative analysis of hybrid quantum-classical computing approaches aimed at solving complex optimization problems using near-term quantum processors. Hybrid algorithms leverage the strengths of quantum and classical computing to tackle computationally intensive tasks often constrained by current quantum hardware limitations. Through an extensive literature review and synthesis of recent empirical studies, we benchmark various hybrid algorithms, such as the Quantum Approximate Optimization Algorithm (QAOA) and Variational Quantum Eigensolver (VQE), focusing on their performance, scalability, and practical applicability on noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) devices. The study highlights the advantages, challenges, and future prospects of integrating hybrid quantum-classical computation in optimization domains, providing a comprehensive framework and qualitative insights into benchmarking methodologies and critical performance metrics.

Abstract

Childbirth is a process of expelling the results of fertilization through a flask from inside the uterus out of the uterus through the vagina spontaneously. Pain is an experience of feeling uncomfortable and unpleasant from a person's sensory and emotional side. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Mensage Effinage on reducing the intensity of labor pain in the first active phase. This study used a one-group pre-test post-test design experiment with a sample of 34 respondents. Data was collected using a Verbal Descriptor Scale (VDS) monitoring observation sheet. Data analysis using the normality test on the Wilcoxon Sign Ronk Anamis pararsenic test because the data is not normally distributed or has Wilcoxon status. The results of the study showed that the intensity of pain in the first stage of labor in the active phase can be reduced through effluent massage therapy. This is evidenced by the results of data analysis where p = 0.000 <0.05 so that the Ho result is rejected, H1 is accepted. Effluent Massage Therapy can be used as an alternative that needs to be applied to reduce pregnancy pain in mothers giving birth in the first phase of pregnancy. The conclusion is that massage effluent can reduce the intensity of pain in pregnant women in phase 1.

Abstract

Public service delivery in Bengkulu City faces challenges in efficiency and effectiveness. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Electronic Citizen Administration Service System (SLAWE) implemented by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bengkulu City. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that SLAWE has simplified bureaucratic processes and increased service accessibility. However, its effectiveness is hindered by network instability, manual verification processes, and limited operator training, leading to document processing delays. While procedures align with Standard Operating Procedures, improvements are needed to address public confusion and prevent identity fraud. The study concludes that further socialization is necessary to enhance public understanding of SLAWE requirements and effective usage.

Abstract

This community service program (KKN) was motivated by fundamental issues in RW 5, Kopo village, including an unsustainable waste mangement system, dependence onpaid waste collection services, dan low awareness of waste segregation. The program aimed to iplement an innovative solution in the form of a waste incinerator and conduct supporting activities to empower the community. The methods employed were field observation, and literature study, which were then analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. The primary result were the design and testing of a prototype incinerator, powered by used oil, capable of burning 100 kg of waster per hour alongside various educational and social activities. The program,s implications provide an alternative solution for independent waste mangemenet that can reduce the economic burden on resident, increase enviromental awareness, and strengthen collaboration between the university and the community. This initiative is expected to serve as a pilot model for orther regions.
