Abstract

In providing air traffic services, an Air Traffic Controller must prioritize the safety and smooth movement of traffic. The runway configuration applied at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport Makassar, there was a buildup of traffic departures causing a decrease in the level of smoothness in the aircraft movement area. In the use of runway 03 and 31 configurations, there is a meeting of arrival aircraft passing through the rapid exit taxiway with departure aircraft on the whiskey papa taxiway heading to runway 31. So that the movement of the aircraft becomes obstructed and unsafe for aircraft holding on the taxiway delta. The accumulation of traffic departures often occurs during peak hours, even though the time slot has been enacted. Slot time is the schedule of arrival and departure times allocated by the ATFM coordinator for aircraft movement at a set time/date that is adjusted/aligned with existing airport facilities. There needs to be equity by allocating time to a more tenuous schedule so that there is no buildup. Increased coordination with APP is needed to increase the separation between departure and arrival aircraft, and not instruct aircraft to hold on to the delta taxiway if there has been a buildup of departure traffic, which is expected to be able to reduce this problem. The results of the research that has been carried out by the author at the Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar are expected to provide an alternative to solving problems that arise due to the influence of the runway configuration. The author also hopes that this research can be useful to improve flight safety and create a safe, comfortable, regular and efficient air traffic service at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar.

Abstract

OTP (On Time Performance) is a condition when the departure time and arrival time of the aircraft are in accordance with what has been determined. On time performance is important because an aircraft has a use value when the aircraft is in the air. This study aims to obtain an overview of whether there is an influence between traffic density and on time performance at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. The method used is a quantitative correlation research method. The research population is aircraft operating in 2019/2020 which contains flight data from November 2019 to February 2020 (four months). And for the sample, namely the departure plane from the population using a regional sample (cluster sampling). The data collection technique used is a documentation study containing the number of flights in the winter season. For each aircraft movement data needed for research include: EOBT (Estimated Off Block Time) and time pushback. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is to use statistical data processing in the form of a simple linear regression test and followed by Spearman Rank correlation. The research concludes that there is a strong and inversely proportional effect between traffic density and On Time Performance at Juanda International Airport with a significance value is 0.000 and a Correlation Coefficient value is 0.687. From these results, it is hoped that there will be a review of the traffic departure density operating to reduce delays and increase on time while still complying with the On Time Performance regulations, which are calculated 15 minutes before or after Estimated Off Block Time in accordance with the rules contained in KP 112 years 2018.

Abstract

This research aims to inspects the reaction between Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior also its implications to Employees Performance at PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima Tangerang. By using 100 employees at PT Sharprindo Dinamika Prima as respondents, and samples would taking with using a random sampling design proportional strata. The Data has been processed by SmartPLS SEM Version 3.0. The results of this research was indicated that Organizational Culture has strong reaction towards Employees Performance, Organizational Commitment has strong reaction over Employee Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior has strong reactions over Employee Performance, the outcome from this research simultaneously shows that the Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously has positive react kon employee performance

Abstract

Bronkopneumonia adalah radang pada paru-paru yang mempunyai penyebaran berbecak, teratur dalam satu area atau lebih yang berlokasi didalam bronki dan meluas ke parenkim paru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kejadian Bronkopneumonia pada Anak Di RSUD Labuang Baji PemProf Sul-Sel. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif analitik observasional dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan cross sectional study dan dilaksanakanpada tanggal 06 desember 2017 sampai 06 Januari 2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak yang menderita Bronkopneumonia dan dirawat inap dan di poli di RSUD Labuang Baji PemProf Sul-Sel. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Non Probability sampling dan jumlah sampelnya 49 anak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh Status Gizi dengan kejadian Bronkopneumonia pada anak Di RSUD Labuang Baji (p=0,000), ada pengaruh Status Imunisasi dengan kejadian Bronkopneumonia pada anak di RSUD Labuang Baji (p=0,02), ada pengaruh Paraparan Asap Rokok dengan kejadian Bronkopneumonia pada anak Di RSUD Labuang Baji (p=0,005), dan tidak ada pengaruh Lingkungan Rumah dengan kejadian Bronkopneumonia pada anak Di RSUD Labuang Baji. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh status gizi, status imunisasi, dan paparan asap rokok terhadap kejadian Bronkopneumonia, dan tidak ada pengaruh lingkungan rumah dengan kejadian Bronkopneumonia.

Abstract

Pendidikan kesehatan merupakan suatu proses perubahan perilaku yang dinamis, didalamnya mencakup dimensi dan kegiatan-kegiatan intelektual, psikologi, dan sosial yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan individu dalam mengambil keputusan secara sadar dan mempengaruhi kesejahteraan diri, keluarga, dan mayarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh health education melalui modul kompetensi ego terhadap skala kecemasan pada remaja kelas IX di SMP Negeri 12 Makassar. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode”cross sectional study”. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan cara simpel random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 68 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dari 68 responden (100%) diketahui bahwa sebelum diberikan health education responden tidak cemas sebanyak 20 orang (29,4%), sedangkan responden yang cemas sebanyak 48 orang (70,6%). Setelah melakukan health education pada responden kelompok kontrol yang tidak cemas sebanyak 22 orang (32,4%) dan cemas sebanyak 12 orang (17,6%),sedangkan pada responden kelompok perlakuan yang tidak cemas sebanyak 27 orang (39,7%) dan cemas sebanyak 7 orang (10,3%). Maka dari hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh health education melalui modul kompetensi ego terhadap skala kecemasan pada remaja. Berdasarkan uji wilcoxon dengan menggunakan 2-related simpel test didapatkan nilai ρ Value = 0,01 pada kelompok kontrol dan nilai ρ Value = 0,02 pada kelompok perlakuan yang berarti nilai ρ ˃ α = 0.05 maka menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh. Disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh health education melalui modul kompetensi ego terhadap skala kecemasan pada remaja kelas IX di SMP Negeri 12 Makassar.
