Abstract

Desain ini dibuat sebagai alternatif peralatan Explosive Detektor serta memberikan bantuan tambahan jika di bandara tidak disediakan peralatan yang tepat. Peralatannya belum tersedia Explosive Detector di beberapa bandara dan peralatannya yang mahal, penulis ingin membuat desain Explosive Detector dengan biaya rendah dan dirancang dengan teknologi terbaru. Desain Explosive Detector mampu mendeteksi keberadaan dan jenis bahan peledak dengan menghitung besar medan magnet serta besar medan magnet yang diperbandingkan sehingga mereka akan tahu jenis bahan peledak apa yang terdeteksi. Rancangan Explosive Detector menggunakan sensor Magnetometer sebagai konsep dasar.

Abstract

Visual Docking Guidance System adalah sebuah teknologi yang dikembangkan untuk memandu pesawat melakukan pergerakan menuju parkir pesawat. AMTO 147 Politeknik Penerbangan Surabaya terdapat berbagai fasilitas penunjang pendidikan yang mendukung ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini untuk mempermudah taruna dan dosen dalam melakukan pembelajaran teori tentang aircraft parking and towing. Terutama untuk mengetahui sistem parkir pesawat yang semakin canggih. Alat peraga Visual Docking Guidance System ini diharapkan mampu sebagai media pembelajaran sehingga penjelasan tentang teori tersebut dapat dipahami dengan lebih mudah. Sistem dari alat peraga ini menggunakan Arduino sebagai controller utama alat yang didukung oleh komponen lain seperti sensor garis, lampu LED, RF Transceiver, dan LCD yang dapat menampilkan posisi dari pesawat. Hasil pengujian dari alat ini dilakukan saat posisi pesawat tidak searah dengan garis lintasan, maka display pada panel p10 akan memberi perintah kepada pesawat mengenai arah yang seharusnya dituju. Sensor garis akan mendeteksi ketika terjadi perbedaan warna selanjutnya data diproses oleh Arduino dan mengirimkan data ke LED dan rf untuk ditampilkan pada display p10. Kata kunci: Visual Docking Guidance System, Arduino, RF Transceiver.

Abstract

Rancangan Portable Waist and Thigh Toolbag ini bertujuan sebagai penunjang media pembelajaran agar taruna tidak lalai, tidak lupa dalam meletakan Tools setelah digunakan dan juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan Safety dan menghindari kehilangan Tools saat praktek. Metode penelitian rancangan alat ini meggunakan bahan cordura yang ditambahkan magnet, fastener tape, clip buckle belt, pita scotlight, dan benang fosfor sebagai tambahan dan Safety jika digunakan. Hasil dari rancangan ini diharapkan dapat memudahkan taruna membawa dan menyimpan Tools dalam jumlah yang banyak saat praktek, mengaplikasikan ide agar taruna tidak lalai dan tidak lupa dalam meletakan Tools yang digunakan untuk praktek, meningkatkan Safety dan menghindari kehilangan Tools.

Abstract

Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini untuk mempermudah taruna dan dosen dalam melakukan pembelajaran teori tentang Landing Gear terutama lampu indikator Landing Gear ketika Retrack dan Extend dan posisi Landing Gear. Alat peraga lampu indikator Landing Gear saat retract dan Extend ini diharapkan mampu sebagai media pembelajaran sehingga penjelasan tentang teori tersebut dapat dipahami dengan lebih mudah.Pada saat pembelajaran teori tentang Landing Gear ini masih belum ada alat peraga sebagai media pembelajaran yang mensimulasikan cara kerja dan posisi dari Landing Gear, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan ketika pembelajaran teori tentang Landing Gear sebagai alat peraga media pembelajaran yang mempermudah instruktur / dosen menjelaskan tentang teori Landing Gear. Sistem dari alat peraga tersebut menggunakan Arduino sebagai controller utama alat yang di dukung oleh komponen lain seperti rotary sensor, toggle, switch, motor servo, lampu LED, LCD yang dapat mengindikasikan posisi dari Landing Gear.

Abstract

In providing air traffic services, an Air Traffic Controller must prioritize the safety and smooth movement of traffic. The runway configuration applied at Sultan Hasanuddin Airport Makassar, there was a buildup of traffic departures causing a decrease in the level of smoothness in the aircraft movement area. In the use of runway 03 and 31 configurations, there is a meeting of arrival aircraft passing through the rapid exit taxiway with departure aircraft on the whiskey papa taxiway heading to runway 31. So that the movement of the aircraft becomes obstructed and unsafe for aircraft holding on the taxiway delta. The accumulation of traffic departures often occurs during peak hours, even though the time slot has been enacted. Slot time is the schedule of arrival and departure times allocated by the ATFM coordinator for aircraft movement at a set time/date that is adjusted/aligned with existing airport facilities. There needs to be equity by allocating time to a more tenuous schedule so that there is no buildup. Increased coordination with APP is needed to increase the separation between departure and arrival aircraft, and not instruct aircraft to hold on to the delta taxiway if there has been a buildup of departure traffic, which is expected to be able to reduce this problem. The results of the research that has been carried out by the author at the Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport in Makassar are expected to provide an alternative to solving problems that arise due to the influence of the runway configuration. The author also hopes that this research can be useful to improve flight safety and create a safe, comfortable, regular and efficient air traffic service at Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport Makassar.

Abstract

OTP (On Time Performance) is a condition when the departure time and arrival time of the aircraft are in accordance with what has been determined. On time performance is important because an aircraft has a use value when the aircraft is in the air. This study aims to obtain an overview of whether there is an influence between traffic density and on time performance at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. The method used is a quantitative correlation research method. The research population is aircraft operating in 2019/2020 which contains flight data from November 2019 to February 2020 (four months). And for the sample, namely the departure plane from the population using a regional sample (cluster sampling). The data collection technique used is a documentation study containing the number of flights in the winter season. For each aircraft movement data needed for research include: EOBT (Estimated Off Block Time) and time pushback. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is to use statistical data processing in the form of a simple linear regression test and followed by Spearman Rank correlation. The research concludes that there is a strong and inversely proportional effect between traffic density and On Time Performance at Juanda International Airport with a significance value is 0.000 and a Correlation Coefficient value is 0.687. From these results, it is hoped that there will be a review of the traffic departure density operating to reduce delays and increase on time while still complying with the On Time Performance regulations, which are calculated 15 minutes before or after Estimated Off Block Time in accordance with the rules contained in KP 112 years 2018.

Abstract

With the increasing number of requests for air transport services, the traffic and activities that occur in the airspace and airport areas will also increase. People who live in the area around the airport, of course, cannot evade the regulations on the flight operational safety area. For this reason, airports need to pay attention to this, because the existence of an airport is expected to be able to provide positive synergy to all aspects to minimize the things we don't want. This study aims to ascertain whether the efforts made have fully met the standards in maintaining the operational safety area of ​​flights with the existence of flight activities at Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Transportation No. KM 11 of 2010 concerning the National Airport Order. This quantitative descriptive research method refers to the Decree of the Minister of Transportation No. KM 11/2010 concerning the National Airport Order and the Airport Services Manual (ICAO) doc. 9137 Part 6. Control Of Obstacle. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, questionnaires and literature study. The result of this research is a lack of public awareness of 10.7%. In addition, increasing public awareness of the flight operation safety area by 89.3%.

Abstract

Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok Airport has 24 parking stands that are ready to be used to serve the need for aircraft parking spaces. The number of flights is always increasing every year and to prepare for the biggest motorbike race in the world, MotoGP, then this research was conducted which aims to calculate the capacity and needs of the parking stand to serve aircraft during peak hours, and to anticipate an aircraft surge that is predicted to occur during the MotoGP events. The research is using data that contains the number of flights per hour. By using the queue theory calculation method, it can be seen the utilization of the parking stand in crowded or quiet conditions. The results showed that the parking stand was crowded during peak hours, and besides peak hours, the use of parking stand does not reach 50% of the capacity. The results from calculation of the use of parking stand during peak hours and during the MotoGP event show that the parking stand is almost entirely used and the utilization rate reaches 62,5%, so the optimization must be done in order to anticipate unwanted accidents.

Abstract

Passenger comfort is important for the management of Radin Inten II Lampung International Airport. Scheduled equipment maintenance is necessary to maintain airport operational performance, as well as to maximize the maintenance and operational performance of the aviobridge and to improve service to passengers and airlines that use the aviobridge service. At this time the operation of the aviobridge with the maintenance intensity that has been applied, there are still obstacles to the aviobridge but it does not cause the aviobridge not to operate. The service for using the aviobridge at Radin Inten II Airport Lampung is very good and on time, but it is necessary to evaluate the prevention of repairs once a year in order to prevent damage and replace items on the aviobridge that have problems and work abnormally. The maintenance and operation of the aviobridge has an influence on the performance of the aviobridge, therefore this is investigated as a material to determine how much maintenance is carried out to better maintain the performance of the aviobridge to improve the quality of service to users of the aviobridge service.

Abstract

I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport is one of airports in Indonesia with heavy flight traffic. To always improve the convenience of the aviation service users and to keep them trusting the flight service, aviation airlines with airport personnel always make efforts to maintain flight on time performance. One of the personnel on duty on the air side is Operator Aviobridge which is the sub unit of Apron Movement Control where their performance will have significant impact to flight on time performance. Data collection method used in this research is using direct observation and questionnaire filling. Analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive which there is validity test, reliability test, and simple regression analysis. The result of this research shows that the effect of Operator Aviobridge personnel performance to flight on time performance is amounting to 83,4% whereas 16,6% be affected by other factors which is not researched.
