Abstract

Kelurahan Padang Nangka terletak di Kecamatan Singaran Pati merupakan salah satu kecamatan di wilayah Kota Bengkulu. Di Kec. Singaran Pati  masih sedikit jumlah usaha dan masih banyak ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang kurang produktif. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga serta memotivasi ibu-ibu rumah tangga agar mau berwirausaha. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga menjadi paham tentang kewirausahaan, mempunyai semangat untuk berwirausaha, mempunyai kemauan untuk berwirausaha, pendapatan keluarga meningkat dan menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi lingkungannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pelatihan dan praktik pembuatan bunga dengan bahan dasar kain panel dan pembuatan kue kering. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kegiatan pelatihan berjalan dengan baik dan warga peserta pelatihan aktif bertanya dan mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan sampai selesai. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan interaktif antara narasumber dengan warga peserta pelatihan.Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah adanya perubahan yang positif pada masyarakat serta peningkatan semangat berwirausaha. Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan, Kewirausahaan, Motivasi

Abstract

This research aims to determine the public's response in measuring the management of Taxpayer Identification Number services provided by the Pratama Sorong Tax Service Office (KPP). The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The number of respondents involved was 100 people. The results of the research show that the KPP Pratama service management indicator that gets the highest score from community responsiveness in making NPWPs is the “Reliability” factor, with an average score of 9.18 and is at the "Very Good" level, followed by the other two factors which are also at the "Very Good" level. Those are the “Responsiveness” with a mean score of 8.83, and for and the Tangible of 8.73. Meanwhile, the other two factors are at the "Good" level, indicated by a mean score of 6.79 for the Assurance factor and 6.72 for the Emphaty factor.

Abstract

In this study, the researcher aimed to investigate the effect of workload and organizational culture on employee loyalty at CV Asanka Wijaya. This is a descriptive-causal study and a quantitative research. The survey method was used with non-random sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling, to select a sample of employees. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis and descriptive statistics. The statistical analysis conducted in this study was a simple linear regression, preceded by tests for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions as preliminary tests. This study indicates that workload has a partial negative effect on employee loyalty. The effect of this variable is 0.501, or 50.1%. and that organizational culture has a positive influence on employee loyalty by 0.362, or by 36.2%..

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to encourage UMKM members so that they can market their products well. Thus increasing the income of UMKM actors. The target of this activity is the community of Pasar Pedati village, Central Bengkulu Regency, especially for small and medium businesses. The method used is the instruction on how to package the product in an attractive way to increase its selling value and how to market the product in the supermarket. From this training, the community and UMKM members find it very helpful and able to apply what they have learned from the training and can start marketing their products not only in the village but also at the local level, but also supermarket level.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah mensosialisasikan mengenai kemudahan dan manfaat pembuatan nomor induk berusaha (NIB) bagi pelaku usaha dan mahasiswa di Kampus Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Administrasi (STIA) Bengkulu. Sehingga Memudahkan bagi Pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) dan juga para mahasiswa. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa dan khususnya para pelaku UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi tentang bagaimana cara dan tahapan dalam pengurusan surat izin jika ingin memulai usaha dan penguatan proses perizinan bagi pelaku koperasi dan UMKM melalui Sistem Online Single Submission (OSS). Dari sosialisasi ini didapatkan bahwa masyarakat dan para pelaku UMKM merasa sangat terbantu dan dapat bisa mengaplikasikan apa yang sudah didapatkan dari sosialisasi tersebut.

Abstract

Counseling on the concept of community-based development in Dusun Sawah Village, North Curup Sub-district, Rejang Lebong Regency, is an important effort in introducing and practicing development approaches that involve active community participation. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of such extension in improving the understanding and involvement of the community in the local development process. The research method used was qualitative with a case study approach. Data were obtained through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of relevant documents. The results showed that the extension program succeeded in improving the community's understanding of the concept of community-based development and encouraging their involvement in various development activities in the village. Factors such as the sustainability of the extension program, active participation of community leaders, and support from the local government played an important role in its success. The implication of this study is the need for continuity of counseling and strengthening the role of community leaders in supporting the implementation of the concept of community-based development to achieve sustainable development at the local level.

Abstract

Background: Transformational leadership is becoming increasingly relevant in the digital era, where the ability to rapidly adapt to new technologies and market changes is key to success. However, effective adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) will not yield optimal impact without adequate digital literacy among MSME actors.Purpose: This study aims to explore the relationship between transformational leadership, ICT utilization, and MSME performance, with digital literacy as a mediating variable.Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a quantitative technique to investigate the correlations between pertinent variables using the SEM-PLS methodology. One hundred MSMEs in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, were the subject of the study, which used an online questionnaire to gather data.Findings/Results: The findings of this study reveal that transformational leadership and ICT utilization have a positive and significant impact on MSME performance in the culinary, creative, and tourism sectors in Yogyakarta. Digital literacy is proven to be a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between these two factors and MSME performance.Conclusion: Transformational leadership, ICT utilization, and digital literacy significantly enhance MSME performance in Yogyakarta's culinary, creative, and tourism sectors. Transformational leadership improves productivity, product quality, profitability, and revenue growth, while ICT utilization, supported by digital literacy, strengthens MSME performance. Digital literacy acts as a key mediator, amplifying the effects of leadership and technology adoption through competencies like photo-visual, reproduction, branching, information, and socio-emotional literacy, enabling MSMEs to maximize technological and leadership benefits.Originality/value (State of the art): This study uniquely integrates digital literacy as a mediating variable between transformational leadership, ICT utilization, and MSME performance in Yogyakarta's culinary, creative, and tourism sectors. It fills a gap in existing research by examining how digital literacy enhances the impact of transformational leadership and ICT on MSME success, offering new insights for digital transformation strategies in emerging markets.
