Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital financial literacy and economic stress on household financial management quality, with self-control as an intervening variable. This research adopts a quantitative approach using Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to household respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results indicate that digital financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on household financial management quality and self-control. In contrast, economic stress does not have a significant effect on either self-control or household financial management quality. Furthermore, self-control does not mediate the relationship between digital financial literacy and economic stress on household financial management quality. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing digital financial literacy to improve household financial management in the digital era.

Abstract

NU Care-LAZISNU is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in Indonesia that has a strategic role in collecting and managing zakat, infaq, and alms funds to support education, health, economic, environmental, and da'wah programs. The problem of inconsistency in zakat collection data that appears in the NU Care-LAZISNU report can be understood as part of the organizational communication issue that requires serious handling. The purpose of this study is how the issue management of the philanthropic institution lazisNu strengthens public trust in NU-Care Jakarta. The research method uses a qualitative approach with interviews with 16 selected informants also conducting observations, related documents and triangulation to test the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the issue management implemented by LAZISNU in building and strengthening public trust in NU Care's philanthropic programs is quite good in building and strengthening public trust in the LAZISNU Philanthropic Institution including transparency, negative stigma, and LAZISNU's communication model in managing issues that affect public trust in NU-Care is quite consistent, and the implementation of broader socialization so that it can increase public understanding of the programs run by NU-Care.

Abstract

Konflik sosial merupakan fenomena kompleks yang tidak hanya berdampak pada ketegangan sosial, tetapi juga memengaruhi secara signifikan tatanan budaya, stabilitas sosial, serta arah dan keberlanjutan pembangunan ekonomi. Konflik yang berlangsung secara berkepanjangan berpotensi menimbulkan kerusakan struktural pada sendi-sendi kehidupan masyarakat, menurunkan kualitas hidup, serta memperdalam ketimpangan antarwilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis intensitas dan karakteristik konflik sosial yang terjadi di wilayah kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jambi, serta mengkaji sejauh mana intensitas konflik sosial berpengaruh terhadap disparitas pembangunan dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi kebijakan yang relevan dalam upaya penanganan dan mitigasi konflik sosial secara berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan pendekatan eksploratif berbasis library research, serta memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari 11 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jambi. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif melalui pendekatan panel data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor perkebunan menjadi sektor dengan intensitas konflik tertinggi, terutama terkait dengan sengketa lahan antara masyarakat dengan pihak swasta maupun negara. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa tingginya intensitas konflik sosial memiliki korelasi positif terhadap meningkatnya disparitas pembangunan, namun juga berimplikasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yang tidak merata. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diperlukan kebijakan yang adaptif dan partisipatif untuk mereduksi konflik sosial, melalui pendekatan resolusi konflik berbasis kearifan lokal, keadilan sosial, dan pembangunan inklusif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of E-Wallet and E-Money on the consumptive behavior of the people of Bengkulu City. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 100 respondents. The results showed that multiple linear regression obtained Y = 29.600 + 0.197 (X1) + 0.202 (X2) + 3.394, meaning that there was a positive or unidirectional relationship between E-Wallet (X1), and E-Money (X2) on the consumptive behavior of urban communities. Bengkulu. The results of the e-wallet test (X1) show tcount 4.019 > ttable 1.984 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that e-wallet has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of the people of Bengkulu city. The results of the e-money test (X2) show tcount 3.186 > ttable 1.984 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that e-money has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of the people of Bengkulu city. Furthermore, the result of the ftable value is 11.784 > 2.70, it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous effect between e-wallet (X1) and e-money (X2) on the variable of consumptive behavior (Y) of the people of Bengkulu city. This can be seen at the significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Organizations are static tools or containers. The organization was founded as a container to achieve the goals that have been set. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: To find out whether the speed of approval, increased effectiveness, increased productivity, ability to pay and security simultaneously affect the interest of online loan users. The method used in collecting data for this research is a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Research Instrument Test the Coefficient of Determination of the Hypothesis.Based on the results of this study it was concluded that there is an influence on the speed of loan approval (X1) on the interest in using Bengkulu online loans (Y) There is an effect of increasing effectiveness (X2) on the interest in using Bengkulu online loans (Y) There is an effect of increasing productivity (X3) on the interest in using loans online Bengkulu (Y) There is an effect of the ability to pay (X4) on the interest in using online loans Bengkulu (Y) There is a security effect (X5) on the interest in using online loans Bengkulu (Y) There is a simultaneous influence on speed of approval, increased effectiveness, increased productivity , the ability to pay and security for the interests of online loan users.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the centralization of market share on Shopee and its implications for changes in the Indonesian e-commerce market structure. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive-analytical approach and case studies. Data were obtained through literature review and documentation in the form of industry reports, scientific journals, and publications related to the development of e-commerce in Indonesia. The analysis was conducted using the Structure Conduct Performance theoretical framework. The results show an increase in market concentration, characterized by Shopee's dominance in terms of visits and transaction activity compared to its competitors. Aggressive promotional strategies, digital ecosystem integration, and network effects are the main factors strengthening this dominant position. The market structure has shifted from a relatively competitive market to a concentrated oligopoly with a single dominant company. This situation has positive impacts in the form of easier market access and increased transactions for MSMEs, but also has the potential to create dependency and the risk of reduced competition in the long term. Therefore, regulatory oversight is needed to maintain the balance and sustainability of business competition in the Indonesian e-commerce industry.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of the modern perfume retail industry, which is becoming increasingly competitive, requiring companies to provide a satisfying shopping experience for customers. Although PT Izone Ritel Indonesia has offered a variety of products, initial observations still show consumer complaints regarding delays in service during busy hours and uneven product availability. This phenomenon indicates the need for an in-depth analysis of the factors determining customer satisfaction at the location.  The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the magnitude of the influence of service quality (X1) and product variation (X2) variables on consumer satisfaction (Y), both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 56 respondents. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the linear regression analysis The multiple regression produces the equation: Y = −1.185 + 0.186X1 + 0.824X2. The research findings indicate that: (1) Service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a t-count value of 2.160 > t-table 2.006 and a significance value of 0.035 < 0.05. (2) Product variety partially has a positive and dominant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a t-count value of 8.389 > t-table 2.006 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) Simultaneously, service quality and product variety have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with an F-count value of 1439.00 > F-table 3.17. The coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.982, which indicates that this model is able to explain 98.2% of the variation in consumer satisfaction.
