Abstract

Researchers took the object of research at PT. Buana Rantai Berkat Abadi caused by a decrease in employee performance. Researchers conducted research at PT. Buana Rantai Berkat Abadi located at Jalan Glugur N0. 31-32. This research approach is quantitative research. Type of quantitative descriptive research. The nature of this research is explanatory descriptive research. The population in this study were all customers of PT. Buana Rantai Berkat Abadi is as many as 133 customers. For testing the validity and reliability used by researchers were 30 customers and for the sample test were 100 customers. Before the regression model obtained is used to test the hypothesis, the model is first tested classic assumptions. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis model, the coefficient of determination of simultaneous testing (F-Test) and partially (t-Test) Research Results as well as conclusions. The conclusion of this study is the quality of products and brands have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Buana Rantai Berkat Abadi but the price does not affect purchasing decisions at PT. Buana Rantai Berkat Abadi. Simultaneously product quality, price and brand influence on purchasing decisions at PT. Buana Rantai Berkat Abadi.

Abstract

The challenges faced by today's young generation a lot in the field of employment, the entrepreneurial education leads to survival and self-reliance should be ditonjolkan.Pendidikan entrepreneurship is the curriculum that is being activated for the students. This study will focus on the concept of entrepreneurial interest in entrepreneurship among students SMK Toba Samosir. The aim of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial concepts simultaneously and partially on interest in entrepreneurship. Research hypothesis is the concept of entrepreneurship significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship SMK-Toba SamosirThis research is descriptive quantitative nature of explanatory research, and the research that is based on partial test results showed that the variables Creativity positive and significant effect on the interests of Entrepreneurship Student SMK Toba Samosir, based on partial test results indicating that the variable Innovative positive effect and significant impact on student interest in entrepreneurship SMK Toba district Samosir.Hasil simultaneous testing showed that Creativity and Innovative positive and significant effect on the interests of Entrepreneurship. The value of creativity and innovative variables that may explain the interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students Toba Samosir Se of 72.8% while the remaining 27.2% is explained by the independent variables were not examined and Innovative Variable towards interest in entrepreneurship is more dominant than the variable of creativity against the interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komunikasi, Motivasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT Pappa Kaya Abadi Medan baik sebagian maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriftif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah sebanyak 76 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji F, Uji T, dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial diketahui Variabel komunikasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Pappa Kaya Abadi Medan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui Variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Pappa Kaya Abadi Medan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui Variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Pappa Kaya Abadi Medan

Abstract

Capella Dinamik Nusantara is a company operating in the automotive sector, particularly in the distribution and sale of motorcycles and their spare parts. As an official dealer, this company collaborates with various well-known brands to provide quality products to consumers. The purpose of this journal is to analyze the influence of promotion, price, and product innovation on purchase decisions at PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara. The population of this study consists of the consumers of PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara. The sample for this research includes 100 consumers from PT. Capella Dinamik Nusantara. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The results of data analysis using SEM-PLS statistical software indicate that the variables of promotion, price, and product innovation have a partial and simultaneous influence, with F-test values >0.062, T- test values with a T-statistic >1.96, and P-value <0.05.
