Abstract

The challenges faced by today's young generation a lot in the field of employment, the entrepreneurial education leads to survival and self-reliance should be ditonjolkan.Pendidikan entrepreneurship is the curriculum that is being activated for the students. This study will focus on the concept of entrepreneurial interest in entrepreneurship among students SMK Toba Samosir. The aim of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial concepts simultaneously and partially on interest in entrepreneurship. Research hypothesis is the concept of entrepreneurship significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship SMK-Toba SamosirThis research is descriptive quantitative nature of explanatory research, and the research that is based on partial test results showed that the variables Creativity positive and significant effect on the interests of Entrepreneurship Student SMK Toba Samosir, based on partial test results indicating that the variable Innovative positive effect and significant impact on student interest in entrepreneurship SMK Toba district Samosir.Hasil simultaneous testing showed that Creativity and Innovative positive and significant effect on the interests of Entrepreneurship. The value of creativity and innovative variables that may explain the interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students Toba Samosir Se of 72.8% while the remaining 27.2% is explained by the independent variables were not examined and Innovative Variable towards interest in entrepreneurship is more dominant than the variable of creativity against the interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

PT. Mitra Karya Anugrah Medan is a company engaged in the sale of motorcycle parts of Aspira brand which has some problems relating to supervision and work experience. A common issue occured wasthat the lack of oversight in the realization of sales visits to shops and many employees were those who have recently graduated from high school who do not have work experience at all. The lower in employee performance can be seen from the decline in sales revenue over the last three years. The theories used were of human resource management, which deals with supervision, work experience and employee performance. The research used a quantitative approach, with descriptive quantitative studytype and the nature is descriptive explanatory research. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation study. The method of data analysis of this research was multiple linear regression. The population of the study were all employees at PT. Mitra Karya Anugrah Medan totaling 42 people at one time used for the study sample. To test the validity of 30 respondents of similar companies were taken from PT. Sinar Inti Cakra Medan. Results of research on this hypothesis indicated that the supervision and work experience simultaneously and partially affected employeeperformance and supervision was the most dominant factor affecting employee performance. It is concluded that simultaneously and partially, supervision and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Mitra Karya Anugrah Medan

Abstract

Pergerakan Ilmu Pengetahuan sangat menentukan berubah atau tidaknya peradaban manusia, dimana manusia itu sendiri secara kehidupan terus bergerak dan berkembang. Bisnis online, istilah ini mungkin sering kita dengar akhir-akhir ini, bisnis online juga merupakan salah satu industri dengan potensi bisnis yang sangat potensial. Hal ini terjadi seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, yang mana pada saat ini trend dengan belanja online yang sedang marak diterapkan oleh masyarakat seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Dari hal tersebutlah banyak perusahaan yang semula menerapkan bisnis secara offline lalu berbondong- bondong mulai merambah ke bisnis online. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Bisnis tentang dampak bisnis online dan lapangan pekerjaan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Variebel penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel bebas yaitu bisnis online (X1) lapangan pekerjaan (X2) dan variabel terikat dalam penellitian adalah peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat (Y). Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pengemudi jasa transportasi Grab di Kota Medan yang berjumlah sekitar 10.000 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan nonprobalitity sampling dengan jenis accidental sampling, dengan pengunaan rumus slovin (taraf kesalahan 5 %) maka diperoleh jumlah sampel 400 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data penelitian adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial bisnis online dan lapangan pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dimana diperoleh hasil sebesar 11,263 untuk variable lapangan pekerjaan sebesar 10,576 dengan taraf signifikan < 0,05. Secara simultan bisnis online dan lapangan pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifijan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat pada jasa bisnis online transportasi Grab di Kota Medan dimana diperoleh hasil Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel(314,874 >3,14 ) dengan taraf signifikan < 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah baik secara parsial maupun simultan bisnis online dan lapangan pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan masyarakat pada jasa bisnis online transportasi Grab di Kota Medan.

Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial bisnis online dan lapangan pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dimana diperoleh hasil sebesar 2,906 untuk variable lapangan pekerjaan sebesar 16,756 dengan taraf signifikan < 0,05. Secara simultan bisnis online dan lapangan pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifijan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat pada jasa bisnis online transportasi Grab di Kecamatan Medan Marelan dimana diperoleh hasil Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel(531,443 >3,00 ) dengan taraf signifikan < 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah baik secara parsial maupun simultan bisnis online dan lapangan pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan masyarakat pada jasa bisnis online transportasi Grab di Kecamatan Medan Marelan.

Abstract

Job satisfaction that has not been fulfilled due to poor working environment and unfavorable employee competency level. PT. Dewa Rencana Perangin-angin is engaged in the agribusiness of oil palm plantations. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection is done by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The population used is all employees totaling 184 people. Determination of samples in the study using Slovin formula by taking 126 people as a sample, where 30 people will be used to test the validity and reliability of research instruments and the remaining 96 people made the study sample. The results showed that physical and competence work environments simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with determinant coefficient values of 0.109 or 10.9%, while the remaining 89.1% were influenced by other independent variables not examined. The conclusion of the study is that simultaneously and partially the physical work environment and competence have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Gods Plan for the War of the Winds.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is one of the determining factors for the development of a company. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of service, price, quality, and brand on customer satisfaction at PT. Mighty Steel Facilities. The research method is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all visitors to PT. Mighty Steel Facilities. The sample determination method in this study used simple random sampling, which had a sample size of 70 after adjusting to the specified criteria. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the SPSS 24 application. The data analysis technique involved testing classical assumptions, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The research results show that simultaneously the service, price, quality and brand variables influence customer satisfaction. Partially, the service and quality variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the price and brand variables do not affect customer satisfaction at PT. Mighty Steel Facilities. The overall influence of the independent variables on customer satisfaction is 50.4%. Keywords: Service, price, quality, brand. Customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In the food and beverage industry, customer loyalty is a valuable asset. Amidst intense competition, particularly in the café segment, companies need to understand customer expectations to maintain loyalty. Starbucks, as a market leader, employs a comprehensive strategy to build strong relationships with customers, including analyzing the impact of location, price, and brand image on loyalty. This study makes use of a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression model, involving a sample size of 75. The results indicate that location has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, supporting the first hypothesis. Price also has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, validating the second hypothesis. Brand image positively and significantly influences customer loyalty, confirming the third hypothesis. Furthermore, the variables of location, price, and brand image collectively have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence customer purchasing decisions for Cold N Brew coffee products in Medan City. The independent variables studied include consumer behavior, price, and product quality. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a binary logistic regression approach, where the dependent variable is binary (purchase or not purchase). Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who are Cold N Brew customers. The results of the study indicate that partially and simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The significance value of each variable, namely consumer behavior (0.002), price (0.001), and product quality (0.002), with a Nagelkerke R Square value of 0.437. This indicates that the model built can explain 43.7% of the variability in purchasing decisions, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model. Based on these results, Cold N Brew management is advised to continue improving product quality, adjusting pricing strategies, and building closeness with customers to strengthen loyalty and increase purchasing decisions.
